Chapter 5 (what dom has been anticipating)

We talked at the table for a little while, and then my mom decided to give us a little "alone time", and winked at me before we went to my room. I blushed at the thought, I really shouldn't have told my mom about my crush on him. Marshall's pov As we walked to Gary's room, I couldn't stop admiring him. He just looked so.. handsome. I couldn't explain it, there was just something about him. When we got to his room, we just talked about everything, like usual. It's like we never even were apart, just talking on and on like old times. There was suddenly a moment of awkward silence, and I got some unknown confidence I didn't realize I ever had before. When he was looking away, I suddenly put a hand on his face, and pulling it back towards mine. He blushed at this, and I looked deep into his eyes. In a moment of shear confidence and panic I kissed him, and to my surprise, he kissed me back. This went on for a little while until we heard a knocking at the door. We quickly broke it up and Gary opened the door. We looked as suspicious as ever, blushing and not being able to look her in the eyes. Gary's povDid that really just happen? I couldn't believe it. He kissed me. It made me feel all amazing and terrified all at once. What was next, I couldn't help but wonder. As we walked out of my room, my mom gave me a knowing wink, indicating that when she asks later, lying won't get me anywhere.

Finally
