*time skip of after they get to the safe haven and are now on the breg flying back to WICKED's base.

I looked around to see everyone who had made it onto the berg. They had told us it was a long ride and for everyone to rest, but I couldn't. So sat next to a cute girl. She was a blondie. "Minho. What's your name?" I asked. I see her open her eyes to peek at me.

"Sonya." she said and closed her eyes again.

Was it wrong for me to talk to a girl I thought was cute? I mean I didn't even know if Ji-ho was still alive or not. I mean she had the ability to talk to Thomas through her mind. Wouldn't she have said something by now to let us know she was okay.

"You're pretty cute." I said smirking to see the blondie blush. It reminded me of the way Ji-ho would blush at every compliment I gave her.

"You're not too bad yourself." I heard her say. She eventually fell asleep upon my shoulder. Maybe it was time for me to move on...Ji-ho would have wanted it.

As soon as the berg landed, Thomas was taken away. We were told that he had the Flare and it was going out of control. Some shucking bull klunk they were trying to feed us after lying to us all our lives.

We were put into dorms and told to shower and eat. During this time I had gotten to know Sonya a little better. We haven't gotten anywhere near a relationship, but we were flirting more than I had thought.

"So finally moving on?" Newt questioned me as we slept on our beds.

I froze at his question. "What do you mean?" I said.

"Come on. Don't act like a dumb shank. Everyone's happy to see you happy again. I'm just asking if you're moving on now." Newt said kicking the top of the bunk, as he slept in the bed below mine.

"I wouldn't say I'm moving on...I still can't ever forget her. I could never. It's just that Sonya is helping me to remember those times I had with Suzy." I said picturing Ji-ho's smiling face. I instantly felt guilty for I had almost kissed Sonya last night, but we were disturbed by Teresa walking into the room.

"As long as you're happy. I'm sure Suzy would have wanted you to be happy as well." Newt said and I heard him slightly snore.

The next morning we all were eating together. I sat next to Sonya and Newt. "Have a good night sleep?" Sonya asked me smiling. I nodded and smiled back. We talked for the rest of breakfast and continued to just wait around. It's been two weeks now since we arrived here and last saw Thomas being taken away. What's even stranger is that Brenda and Jorge had been working for WICKED the whole time and were sent to help us through the city.

"So I heard that while you were in the maze you had a lover." Sonya said as we sat in the corner of a room where everyone hung out from time to time.

"Who told you." I said getting angry. I could see her back away in fear.

"Newt."

I took a deep breath. "Yes...her name was known as Suzy in the maze, but only she knew her real name. WICKED took her away the same day they sent Teresa." I said.

"Real name?" Sonya said curious.

"Yeah...I'm sorry I can't tell you. It's just something that I can keep to remember her...I don't even know if she's alive or dead." I said sadly. I felt Sonya cup my face into her hands, just as Ji-ho had done before. She leaned closer towards my lips and kissed me gently.

"Minho!" I heard Frypan call out as he ran into the room. "Oh...sorry. Did I come at a bad time?" he asked. I rolled my eyes and got up.

"What?"

"You're never going to believe who I saw!" he said excited.

"Just spill it already you shank!" I said irritated. Sonya now beside me lightly touching my arm.

"Suzy! She's here! She's alive!"
