Percy Jackson's Twin Sister(19)

Hey guys!!! Just a few more chapters to go!! :( lol but again I'm thankful for all of you guys who kept reading my fanfic even though I updated weirdly lol I hope you enjoy this chapter as much as I did!!! and sorry that this chapter is extremely short Dx ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Chapter 19:

Marina's POV

I dodged his attack and rolled over, getting back to my feet quickly. Heracles roared loudly, making the crowd cheer in anticipation. My stomach churned wildly and my body started shaking.

I looked around my surroundings, checking if there's any sight of water, but nothing. Sigh, thank you Zeus for making my life harder.

I moved Victorious majestically and even threw it in the air, catching it while I did a dramatic flip. Heracles laughed as if I was a total joke. I looked at Percy who smiled at me nervously. I prayed to Poseidon, hopefully he can help me use my power in anyway.

"Attack, Daughter of Poseidon!" Heracles roaredd.

I sighed and took a deep breath, I looked at my friends who cheered for me happily. Memories started to make a carrousel around my head, good and bad ones. I felt like this fight was gonna determine if I live or not or as if I'm proving myself worthy to the Gods.

I ran up to Heracles, sword pointed straight. I impulsed myself into the air and swung my sword. Heracles raised his hand and smacked my whole body to the other side.

I felt the pressure as my body landed on the hard concrete. The bones inside my body felt as if they were scattered around my insides. Darkness engulfed my eyes...... I guess this is how the end of a story feels like.

Percy's POV

My blood was boiling at a hundred degrees. My sister whom I met a few days was laying there unconcious, or I hope she was. I couldn't contain myself, I jumped to the arena, hearing the screams of my friends to not go. But that's my sister, I'll do anything.

I heard someome come down beside me, it was Joshua and I could tell he was frusturated as I was. People in the crowed were going crazy, some yelled, "Thats cheating!"

Didn't look like it cause I dont see Zeus anywhere.

"Go and get Marina, I'll take care of this big guy." I said as I uncapped Riptide.

Joshua nodded and ran as fast as he could to my sister. Heracles looked at Joshua and then at me saying, "Well,well,well, if it isnt Percy Jackson... I wasn't expecting you here."

I smirked at him and said, "I mean its obvious that I will, look at what you did to my sister. You.... are definetly going down."

Heracles roared in laughter, "Oh please, you don't even have your precious weapon.... the water."

"Who said I needed water." I said with a crooked smile.

Heracles looked at me confused. I ran up to him, sword ready, Heracles picked up his feet to kick me but I rolled to the side, slicing his leg.

"Argh!!! Not bad for a demigod." He said as he looked at his injury.

"Trust me, I can do way better than that." I said as I took the blood out from Riptide with my fingers.

Limping, Heracles charged at me with his metal club. I dodged each attack, not breaking a sweat. The concrete floor was filled with holes, I knew that I had to watch out for those.

Heracles was gonna charge again, but I threw Riptide in mid air, slicing his right arm completely.

Blood was gushing out like crazy in mid air. It looked like red rain, I brushed my eyes from all the blood that got in me and picked up Riptide.

Heracles landed on his knees and helped saying,"How could you?!"

"I fight for what I love." I said as I walked up to him.

Heracles looked at me wide eyed, he was about to get up but I took Riptide, threw it in mid air, slicing his head cleanly.

The crowd was quiet. No sound escaped, it was if there was nobody here. No Gods appeared at all, I guess Zeus is scared of me after all. I looked at my friends who were waiting for me desperately, each of them screaming at me to hurry up.

"Lay her down the table" The daughter of Demeter or Ceres as you may feel comfortable saying, said as she pointed at the table in the middle.

Her name was Cordelia, beautiful blondish, fifteen year old girl. She's Roman but her dad is Greek, which is what I like a lot about her. Back when us the Greeks and Romans didn't like each other, she was almost sentenced to death for being half greek in Camp Jupiter but instead they let her live. Leo took all of the stuff out from the table and nodded at Joshua.

"What now?" Joshua said as he layed Marina on the bed.

Cordelia came with some herbs and a bowl. She mashed different kinds of plants and mixed with with a little of ambrosia. She then took a wet towel and put it on Marina's forehead.

"You guys should back up, Fortuna medicine is one of the most powerful medicines and only a child of Ceres can take it and the person that's drinking it." She said as she looked at all of us.

We all backed up and watched as Cordelia inserted the medicine in Marina's mouth.

Everything happened so fast, the whole room lighted up with a white light. I covered my eyes and waited for the light to dim.

"You can open your eyes now." Cordelia said nervously.

I did as ordered and I couldn't believe what I saw.

Marina's POV

I gave a slow yawn and opened my eyes slowly. I looked around and saw Percy, Joshua, Annabeth, Annelis, Jason, Piper, and Leo huddled in a corner.

"What's wrong?" I said as I got up from the table.

Joshua came up to me and layed me back down,"Y-you don't remember anything?"

"No..." I said blankly.

Joshua explained everything that has happened so far. The quest, fighting Medea, and Heracles. Everything started coming back to me in a jiffy.

"But theres.... more" Joshua said nervously.

"What is it? why are you guys acting so weird?" I said as I looked around.

A teenage girl with blonde hair came with a mirror and said,"The Fortuna medicine has made a strong impact in your body.... and changed a few things."

"What do you mean change a few things?!" I said madly.

The blonde girl handed me the mirror and I snatched it.  I put the mirror up slowly to my face and I couldn't believe what I saw.

My jet black hair was pure white, my skin went from tanned to pale, and my eyes turned into a light green.

The mirror fell from my hands, my hands started shaking. No, this cannot be happening, this is all a dream. I pinched myself just to make sure that I was in reality, but it definetly seemed like I was.

I waved my hand at my friends so they could come, but a spark of ice came out, hitting Percy in his chest plate. The whole thing froze amd shattered to pieces.

Everybody's mouth were open. What in the Gods is happening to me?!

I got up from the table and ran out from the cabin. I looked at my pale hands and hid them under my arms.

The Roman demigods were looking at me, asking if I was alright but I just kept running till I couldn't go anymore.

"Marina stop!" Someone shouted from behind.

I looked back and it was Joshua running from behind. He looked tired and I mean I couldn't blame him, I have been running straight for the past ten minutes.

He kept shouting at me but I kept running until I tripped on this rock and fell on the grass.

Joshua catched up and put his hands on his knees saying,"Damn ...you run...... fast."

I grimaced at the pain and said, "I don't even think I can run anymore."

Joshua looked up and was mesmerized by what he saw.

"What?"

"Marina..... the grass." He said wide eyed.

I looked to see what he was talking about and now I know why. The whole area was covered in icy grass. It had a blueish white color. It looked beautiful.

Joshua picked me up and took my by the side.

"What happened to me? what did that blond-headed girl do to me!!!" I shouted loudly.

"She tried to help you and she did its ju-"

"Help? dude look at what she did to me!! I look like a freak!" I said as we started walking out from the Roman side.

"Calm down Marina, if she didn't help you, you would have been dead.... and I prefer seeing you like that than dead!" Joshua argued.

I took a deep breath and wiped my eyes before my tears came down. Joshua was right. It if wasn't for that girl, I wouldnt be here now. But what about my powers? what happened to me??
