The next morning was frosty and Boyoung found herself cuddled inside her blanket. She blinked her eyes open and stretched herself before looking around. She sat against the headrest of her bed and took a sip of water kept at the side.
It felt like a usual morning until the memories of the last night occupied her mind. She suddenly went still and kept the water away.
Did I dream of all that? - she thought to herself, wishing it was real.
She felt a bit hesitant to accept that all of that happened and she enjoyed it as well, but she didn't want it to be a dream at least. She took her cellphone and gave a call to Inguk right before he entered the room with a tray.
She got startled and cut the call.
"Oppa, you are here" she mumbled and tried not to swoon over his looks as he walked in fully dressed for the office.
"Yes, Good morning," he said keeping the tray on the side table, with her breakfast and hot chocolate.
"Is this for me?" she asked as he sat in front of her on the bed.
"Of course. You were asleep so I didn't wake you up" he said running his hand on her cheek.
His touch suddenly reminded her of last night and she flinched, with her cheeks turning red. It wasn't a dream and she was sure of that by then. She looked away feeling shy.
"Umm... Thank you" she said.
"For what? The breakfast, or ... ?" he teased.
She didn't say anything and hit him playfully on the arm.
"Go away!" she chuckled.
"Okay, I'm getting late anyway, I have a meeting," he said getting up from the bed.
"Hmm, bye Oppa," she said standing on her knees and pecking him on the lips.
"Bye," he smiled and pecked her again.
~
When Boyoung arrived at the office, she found what meeting Inguk was busy with. His secretary informed that he had been inside for a long time with Jung and Sang-Hoon along with the Human Resources Head. Boyoung was soon called in to join as well.
Sang Hoon's words echoed in her ear as she walked inside and sat on a chair next to Inguk. She didn't say anything but her clenched jaws made it obvious how angry she was.
"Miss Park, we have found Sang-Hoon guilty of passing derogatory remarks on women. Hence we are marking him unfit for this company and this will go to his background record as well" Inguk informed.
"Very well Mr. Seo, there should be no place for such people in any workplace," she said gritting her teeth.
"I apologize, for hiring him," Jung said, clenching his fists, furious at Sang-Hoon for spoiling his plans.
"I hope you will be careful next time, Mr. Kim" Inguk said sternly.
As the meeting ended and Sang-Hoon was fired, everyone walked out of the room except Sang-Hoon and Jung.
"Why did you make those impulsive statements?" Jung whispered furiously.
"I was drunk!" Sang Hoon defended.
"You could have become her husband and the Vice President of this company only if you had a little patience! Now I have to change my plan" Jung gritted his teeth.
Sang Hoon shrugged and walked out of the door with no guilt on his face. He took the elevator and reached the parking lot when he realized that Boyoung was waiting for him there.
"What are you doing here?" he asked.
"I came to say Goodbye," she said with a stern face.
"Huh, after firing a man and barring him from earning a living, just because he said something about you? You're a mean person" he said with a straight face.
Boyoung walked up to him and paused for a moment before slapping him hard on his face. He held his face and looked at her with furious eyes.
"The thoughts you have for a woman make you unfit to even exist!" she said. "You have a younger sister, right?"
"So what?"
"I know she is a successful woman. Now, since you cannot be hired for a decent job, it would be nice to be dependent on her for your living" Boyoung smirked.
He gritted his teeth and didn't say a word.
"So next time you have such pathetic thoughts for a successful lady, think about your sister," she said and started walking away.
~
It was almost evening when an important meeting was coming to an end in Star Infinity's Conference room. All the investors along with Inguk, Boyoung, and Jung were present. Inguk avoided interaction with Yoona even if she tried, while Boyoung covered up for him. It had been obvious to Boyoung that Inguk was handling his work very well, but he was getting exhausted managing it along with his shoots. She knew she might have to face the same thing if she picked up any script for herself, but for the time being, he was the one who had to handle two things at once. The biggest matter of her concern was, that Inguk never got enough time to focus on music.
"I think we are done, thank you very much for your time" Inguk greeted everyone in the room.
"Ah, Mr. Seo I wanted to say something" Jung interrupted.
"Oh sure Mr. Kim, go ahead," Inguk said.
"Well, I think we should celebrate the success with our investors right?" Jung proposed.
"Sure, we should" Inguk agreed.
"So, since our Vice President's sister is getting married to our President's best friend who is like a brother to him, I would like to invite everyone to the wedding" Jung announced.
Inguk felt disturbed instantly because he knew that would mean Yoona will be part of the wedding as well and he did not want that. Boyoung felt furious too and opened her mouth to say something but Jung cut her off.
"It's okay Miss Park, I already discussed it with your parents" Jung smiled. He was taking advantage of being Hayoung's cousin.
There was no way Inguk or Boyoung could have objected in front of everyone so they had to agree. When the meeting was over, Inguk headed towards his car while Boyoung questioned Jung.
"Ya, you shouldn't have done that, you know about Miss Ahn and the rumor right??" she said.
"Ah, I know about that, but I just wanted to make the investors happy. Just think about the others" Jung acted innocent.
Boyoung rolled her eyes and sighed.
"Fine, but - just make sure there is no trouble at the wedding, okay?" she said.
"Sure," Jung said.
Boyoung packed her things and rushed to her car. Inguk was waiting for her in the parking area, even when they had to go different ways that night. Boyoung was going to stay with her parents and Hayoung till the wedding and Inguk with Soohyun.
"Oppa, I'll miss staying with you" Boyoung felt miserable.
"Don't worry Boyoung, it's just a matter of a few days" Inguk consoled.
It was tough for them to go on different paths, but sometimes a distance is needed to let your true love surface.
~
The few days which they spent away from each other, meeting only in the office, were the most difficult, yet enjoyable for them. The eagerness every morning to see each other, the desire to be together as much as possible during the day, the sadness of not being able to have dinner together and sleep next to each other at night, everything brought them closer.
Soohyun and Hayoung were getting married in a resort that was booked entirely by them. It was a bit far from the main city and studded with beautiful scenery. Boyoung and her family had already reached two days before the wedding as the guests slowly started joining. Soohyun arrived with his family and Inguk on the night before the wedding.
Hayoung was waiting by the fountain along with Boyoung. Both of them were eager to see their partners, but unfortunately, only Soohyun showed up. Hayoung hugged him immediately and expressed how much she missed him.
Boyoung simply stood there, feeling happy for her sister but impatient to see Inguk. For the last few days, they had been busy with the preparation and never got a chance to meet.
"Hi, Boyoung" Soohyun greeted her to which she smiled and shook hands with him.
"So nice to see you Mr. Groom" Boyoung teased.
"Your man is really picky with his stuff, he is busy setting up his room in his cottage," said Soohyun.
"Oh, but I already got it arranged as per his taste last night, I'll go and check" she rushed towards the small cottage that was assigned to Inguk.
She knocked on the door and he opened it with a wide grin.
"Boyoung," he said and pulled her inside immediately.
"Oppa" she shouted and pushed the door to shut behind her.
Inguk hugged her tight and sunk his face in her soft hair.
"I missed you so much Boyoung," he said as his lips tickled her neck.
She wrapped her arms around his neck and ran her fingers in his hair.
"I missed you too Oppa," she said.
He broke the hug and looked at her with a confused expression.
"Did you set up my room?" he asked.
"Yes, I know you don't like resort or hotel rooms because they are too fine and it doesn't feel homely to you" she chuckled.
"Ah, you're the best Boyoung," he said and kissed her on the lips.
She kissed him back softly as they found it tough to break apart. They were craving their lips for so long that they kept kissing each other without knowing how long it had been. Inguk took her to bed and made her sit on his lap, as she smiled against his lips and kissed him back, taking his head in her little hands.
"What are you wearing tomorrow?" He talked in between the kisses.
"A pink silk gown, what about you?" she smiled, kissing him more.
"I forgot" he confessed smelling her hair, being lost completely in her scent.
A knock on the door brought them back to their senses and they broke apart immediately. Inguk opened the door to find Soohyun.
"I know you must be busy but we are waiting for the two of you at dinner," he said.
"Umm, sorry, why didn't you call?" Inguk said.
"As usual, both of you were not picking up " Soohyun shrugged.
"Oh" Inguk rolled his eyes.
"Be careful, Boyoung's parents don't know about you two and your parents are also coming tomorrow. Okay?" Soohyun warned.
"Yes, we will keep that in mind" Inguk agreed.
~
The next morning was a busy one. Both Inguk and Boyoung were the busiest in managing the arrangements and the guests. They hardly had any time for themselves as well. But Inguk made sure to make Boyoung meet his parents when they arrived. Not that they were meeting her for the first time, they had already met her during the shoot of Doom at your Service, but this time it was special. Inguk and Boyoung's parents were very fond of them, Inguk had a friendly relationship with Boyoung's parents while she was always the one taking care of Inguk's family, ever since they had decided to become best friends.
But that day, someone's arrival caused a stir in their calm and happy day. When Jung came in with the Investors, Inguk's mother couldn't simply ignore Yoona. She met her very calmly, without any grudges. Boyoung watched them from a distance and worried about the smile Inguk's mother had on her face when she was with Yoona.
"Boyoung, don't you have to get ready?" asked Inguk as he was passing by.
"Umm, Yes, I will go ...." she said looking disturbed.
"What happened?" Inguk asked.
"Nothing, you should go and get ready too, you're the best man," she said.
"Yes, and you are the maid of honor. Be quick, bye" he said before leaving for his room.
Boyoung nodded and went in to get ready.
~
An open ground was decorated for the wedding to take place. The altar was studded with pink and white flowers while the aisle was covered with a velvet carpet. Chairs covered with satin cloth of matching colors with the flowers were placed on either side of the aisle.
Inguk, who was wearing a wine-colored Tuxedo, stood next to a nervous Soohyun at the Altar.
"Soohyun-ah, you still have time to run away if you want" Inguk whispered in his ear.
"Shut up!" Soohyun gritted his teeth while Inguk chuckled.
"Why are you so nervous?" Inguk asked.
"I don't know, All of it feels like a dream and I just can't wait to see her," Soohyun said.
"Ah, C'mon you have seen her so many times, it's not going to be any diff- " Inguk froze when he saw the Maid of Honor walking down the aisle.
Boyoung was dressed in a sleek pink off-shoulder silk gown. Her hair was open with soft curls running down to her bare shoulders. She was wearing a dazzling hair vine to finish her look. Inguk couldn't believe what he was experiencing, his heart was racing, his breath felt soft and it seemed as if the time had stopped. He couldn't hear anyone else, he couldn't see anyone else, he could only adore how beautiful she was.
Soohyun saw the look on Inguk's face and chuckled.
"You've seen her so many times Inguk-ah, what's the difference?" he taunted.
Inguk cleared his throat and tried to look away but before he could do that, Boyoung looked at him and smiled, which made him feel giddy and weak on his knees.
He smiled back at her sheepishly while she took her spot across from him on the altar, waiting for the bride to join. She couldn't deny that Inguk looked irresistible that day. His well-fit tuxedo and sleek hair always made him stand out.
Hayoung walked down the aisle with her father, as the crowd cheered. Inguk took the mic and sang his song, Flower, as she entered. Boyoung smiled happily on hearing him sing after so long, she wondered if he missed this part of his life. His voice felt soothing to her ear and she could feel that he had so much love in his heart when he sang. She almost got teary and so did the wedding couple.
As the ceremony progressed Inguk's focus was mostly fixed on Boyoung, imagining how wonderful it would be if they were the ones getting married someday. But he hadn't even told her that he loved her, because he never got the right chance. He wondered if she would be ready to get married to him.
The vows were finally over and the ending of the ceremony was approaching. Inguk and Boyoung took a seat in the front row while the couple stood at the altar for some photographs.
Inguk noticed a concern on Boyoung's face as she was looking at the couple.
"What are you thinking?" he asked.
"Oppa, I have acted so many times for a wedding, that I don't know how I feel about my actual wedding," she expressed a concern that most actors face.
"How do you want your wedding to be?" asked Inguk with a smile.
"I don't know, I am just wishing that life would surprise me in some way," she said looking at him.
"Is there anything you like the most?" he asked.
"I like the little things, like the vows, the kiss, and how the man carries his woman to the room" she chuckled.
"You like all of that?" he smiled.
"Hmm, what about you, what are you thinking?" she asked.
"I was just wondering if couples really do it on their wedding night?" he said with a shrug.
"Oppa!" she hit him on the arm. "Shut up" she frowned while he laughed at her.
"Kidding, I was just kidding" he smiled.
~
It was the late evening after the wedding had ended and Boyoung was walking towards the hall where the after-party and dinner were supposed to take place. While she was crossing Inguk's parent's room, she heard some loud voices which made her stop. Although she didn't want to overhear any of their personal talks, when she heard Yoona's name being called, she couldn't stop herself.
She stood near the door, which was slightly open, and tried to listen.
"Give her a chance son, maybe she has changed for good," said Inguk's mother to him
"Eomma, I have said it multiple times and I will say it again. I have no feelings for her anymore." Inguk replied.
"But she knows you more than anyone else, you were together for so long, you can at least try" his mother insisted.
"Please Eomma, I know she is your best friend's daughter and I always thought I was the one who did wrong to her. But someone made me realize that we were just not meant to be together." Inguk explained.
"Son, I know how close you two were" his mother argued.
"No Eomma, we were just kids. Besides, have you forgotten what her father did to Appa's small business? Don't you remember how your best friend cut ties with you because I broke up with Yoona?" Inguk put up his point.
"I talked to Yoona, she said she is regretting and she wants to make up for it" his mother informed.
"Eomma, I know I might be disappointing you again, but - I cannot do what you want. I won't" he stated sternly.
Boyoung wiped a tear that had rolled down her cheek and rushed towards the hall before anyone could see her. She was shattered to know that Inguk's mother insisted on giving Yoona a second chance.
Newlywed Hayoung and Soohyun were sitting with Boyoung when Inguk joined them at the table. Boyoung tried her best not to let him know how disturbed she was, but she couldn't hide anything from him.
"Boyoung are you alright?" Inguk asked.
"Yes, why what happened?" she faked a laugh.
"You look worried"
"Umm, maybe because my sister is married now, I'm just a little anxious" Boyoung shrugged.
"It's Okay Eonnie, I am really happy," Hayoung said holding her hand.
They were happy until Inguk's parents joined the next table with Yoona. Boyoung almost lost her cool at that sight and Inguk felt troubled. He exchanged a tensed look with Boyoung and tried not to pay attention to them.
"Son, can you join us for a moment?" Inguk's father requested.
Inguk took a deep breath and looked at Boyoung. She felt afraid from inside but managed to put up a smile because she didn't want Inguk to be rude to his parents in any manner.
He went ahead and joined the table, sitting next to his mother.
"Why don't you have something," Yoona extended a soup bowl towards him.
"No thanks," he said looking away.
"Oh, just have it, Son," insisted his mother.
"Soohyun is actually waiting for me, we had to discuss something so -"
"Just sit with us for a while then you can go," said his father.
Boyoung watched them from the corner of her eyes. She could see that to Inguk's parents, Yoona was someone who knew Inguk very well and they were perfect for each other. His parents felt their breakup was just due to a naive reason and now they must get a second chance. All of it made her rethink her decisions. She always felt parents knew the best for their children, what if they were right this time too?
A sudden noise brought her back from her thoughts. She saw that Inguk was coughing badly, almost collapsing on his chair. Soohyun and Hayoung stood up from their chairs to help him but Boyoung reached there in a split second. She picked him up and tried to make him stand.
"Oppa!" she shouted.
Soohyun immediately gave her a hand and made Inguk stand properly while he was hyperventilating from the continuous coughing.
"What happened, what did you eat?" Boyoung held his face which was red by then.
"Huh" he struggled to speak. "The soup," he said.
Boyoung checked the soup immediately and got furious.
"Who got the soup for him?" she shouted.
"I did," Yoona said with a blank face.
Boyoung gritted her teeth, her eyes were welling up with tears. She was holding on to Inguk's hand tightly.
"Don't you know, he is allergic to mushrooms! " she screamed.
Inguk's parents who themselves had forgotten about that and did not care to notice what soup they were having, instantly felt guilty and miserable.
"I'm so sorry son" his mother cried.
"Don't worry" said Boyoung, "it's not your fault, I will manage, trust me"
She took charge of Inguk from Soohyun and told everyone to calm down.
"Oppa, is your medicine in your room?" she asked.
"I - " he struggled to speak as his coughing was getting severe. " I forgot to bring it," he said.
Inguk's parents and Soohyun panicked for a second.
"It's okay, I have some in my bag, let's go from here," Boyoung said.
"Are you sure you have it Boyoung?" Soohyun asked to confirm.
"Yes, I know he is forgetful, so I always carry extra for him. We should go now. I will manage don't worry" she said before slowly taking Inguk to his room.
Inguk's mother simply stood there wondering if she had been wrong about Yoona and Inguk all along and maybe it was not the time that decided how close two people can get.
~
Inguk's room was lit with a dim yellow light. He was sleeping peacefully after having his medicine, while Boyoung was sitting next to him. It was way past midnight, but she still did not find time to change her dress. She had taken Inguk's coat off and opened a few buttons of his white shirt, to let him relax.
She took her hair vine off and placed it on the table. She had already informed everyone that Inguk was alright and everybody was off to sleep. She did not want to spoil it for the wedding couple.
Just when she thought she should change into something comfortable, she heard Inguk's voice.
"Boyoung ..." he said.
"Oppa, are you feeling better?" she asked touching his forehead.
"Hmm, I am fine now," he said pulling himself up to sit.
"Good, I will get you something to eat- "
"No, wait," he said leaning towards her. He wanted to kiss her.
"What are you doing?" she asked pushing him away.
"Thanking you for taking care of me" he shrugged.
Boyoung gulped in, as she had still not forgotten about what Inguk's parents were intending. She had thought about it for a long time and made up her mind.
"Oppa" she got down from the bed. " I have something to tell you," she said.
" What is it?" he asked.
"We should break up," she said stepping away from the bed and looking the other way.
"What?" he shouted and got down from the bed. "Are you kidding me?" he said walking up to her and turning her around.
"No" Boyoung shivered. "I am absolutely serious and in my senses," she said holding her tears.
"Why? What did I do?" he asked feeling miserable.
"You did nothing, it's just that... I think I am coming in between you and your parents now" she said.
"What?" Inguk was shocked and confused.
"I know how terrible you felt after breaking up with Yoona because it destroyed your family. But now you are arguing with them again because of me!" she said in a slightly higher tone.
"Boyoung, did you hear our talks?"
"That's not the point. The thing is, that your mother was right. Yoona ..." Boyoung chocked. " she was close to you and I have hardly known you for a few years, I don't know if I - " she was interrupted by Inguk.
"Stop!" Inguk said sounding angry. "Do you think my feelings are a joke?"
"That's not what I -" she spoke but Inguk didn't let her.
"That is exactly what I think, Boyoung. All of this, our entire relationship is just a joke to you"
"Why do you think so?" Boyoung said getting furious at his allegations.
"Because you don't consult me even once before announcing such decisions!" he said.
"I - " she panicked. " I knew you would say no because - "
"So you knew I would I say no? Is it not enough for you to know that I have fallen for you and I cannot let any other woman take your place?"
"But I don't want you to go against your family- "
"And what about me? WHAT ABOUT ME?" he shouted.
"Don't shout, Mr. Seo!"
"My mother, my father, and you. You all claim that you want MY happiness, but all of you think that you can decide what's best for me!"
"Fine, if you want to shout, I don't want to talk to you. I am leaving" she said rushing out of the room.
"Yes, go away," he said feeling frustrated. He went and sat on his bed with a fallen face.
He took a few deep breaths and got himself to calm down.
I shouldn't have done that - he thought to himself, instantly feeling guilty for his actions and rushed out to follow her.
He kept searching for her everywhere in the garden, but couldn't find her. It was very late at night so only a few dim lights were on and not a single person was around. He felt panicked and searched everywhere before he saw her near the place where the wedding took place.
"Boyoung..." he called out for her and ran towards her.
She saw him, with her eyes filled with tears, and walked away. Inguk tried to stop her but she didn't. She kept walking away from him until she reached the Altar. Inguk went for her arm and stopped her right there.
"Boyoung, I am sorry for shouting, I wasn't shouting at you, I would never do that, I was just angry at the situation," he said holding her by her arms.
"I don't want to talk to you! You are always blaming me for something or the other" she said loudly.
"Me?" he said releasing her from his grip.
"Yes, you. You always question my decisions as if I am a mean person!" Boyoung argued.
"Great!" Inguk gritted his teeth. "It is you who take decisions without asking me, what else am I supposed to say? "
"I think of your good! Alright ! " she shouted.
"So now you alone will decide what's good for me? How thoughtful of you!" he taunted frowning at her.
"I see, I am big trouble in your life, right? Don't you remember how you kept pushing me away saying that you didn't want to mix professional and personal life? Do you know how much I suffered?" she screamed.
"Okay, so now we are bringing past issues? You've gone insane Boyoung"
"Yes, let's say I am insane," she said walking towards him. "so think twice before continuing this relationship. Do you want to be with this insane person all your life?" she said pointing towards herself. "Do you want to be stuck with a person like me who troubles you all the time with her impulsive decisions because she cares too much about you?"
Inguk kept looking at her and took deep breaths.
"I do," he said. "Can't you see I always stand by your side and handle all your tantrums until you understand what to do? I am ready to do that all my life!" he shouted.
"Be careful of what you say Oppa, do you really want to take the responsibility of a woman like me whom you have hardly known for three years and who fights with you over petty issues?"
Inguk rolled his eyes and gritted his teeth. He held her by the shoulders and spoke loudly.
"I do, but I think you are the one who is in a doubt"
"What do you mean?"
"Are you ready to be with a man like me, who is too cautious about failing in all of his relationships, but would do anything for you no matter what it takes?" he shouted.
Boyoung kept staring at him without speaking a word for a while. They were so angry at each other that they were panting.
"I do," she said.
"Then why did you want to break up when you know I cannot live without you," he asked, still angry at her.
"Because I didn't want you to struggle with your parents because of me!" Boyoung shouted."You think I am mean, but all I think about is you and only you," she said sternly.
"And what about me? Don't you know you mean everything to me? Why do you always think that you are the one who should sacrifice and you are the wrong one?" he argued and pulled her closer.
"It's because I didn't want anything wrong to happen with you, I wasn't sure if you were confident about your feelings for me and I was just worried I might be forcing you into this relationship," she said looking directly into his eyes.
Inguk scanned her face and gritted his teeth.
"You were still unsure, of my feelings for you?" he said gulping in. That was the angriest she had ever seen him.
"Yes," she said acting confident.
"Then Boyoung, after everything that you said today, I want you to be sure of one thing," he said looking at her furiously. She shuddered thinking he would break up with her.
His face was merely inches away from hers and she could feel the heat radiating from his eyes.
"Saranghae," he said helplessly panting due to the heated argument. His expression turned soft in a fraction of a second. "I am... in love with you, Boyoung" he whispered.
She gulped in, unable to believe that he was confessing his love for her. She had dreamed of the day when he would say that, but she never thought it would be in the middle of an argument.
"And, do you think I don't?" she continued in her angry tone, but with a lump in her throat.
When she saw that Inguk kept looking at her with hopeful eyes, she took a sigh and cleared her throat.
"I love you too, of course!" she said almost crying.
Inguk finally smiled softly and took her little face in his mighty hands.
"Do you really love me, Boyoung?" he asked in a shivering voice.
"I do, I love you a lot," she said scanning his face.
"I have always loved you..." he said resting his forehead on her temple.
Boyoung pursed her lips and sobbed from the mixed emotions she was going through. She looked up at him, staring deep into his eyes.
"I will love you until my last breath," she said.
He kissed her on her forehead and looked down into her eyes.
"Me too"
Boyoung let her tears fall and she spoke further.
"Oppa, are you happy with me?" she asked
"Yes, I've never been happier " Inguk replied with a smile mixed with tears.
"Then do you promise that you will always correct me when I'm wrong, support me when I'm right and love me, for all the days I have ahead?" she asked.
"I do," he said smiling at her and caressing her cheeks. "Do you promise that you will always trust my love, be by my side, and love me for the rest of my life?"
"I do," she said as tears gushed down her eyes.
Inguk didn't wait anymore and pulled her close to crash his lips on hers. She felt his hands running all over her body in a frenzy. He was desperate for her and he couldn't hold himself back any longer. She clenched his shirt and kissed him back, opening her mouth slowly and letting his tongue inside.
Right at that moment, they felt water droplets falling on them as it started raining heavily. They broke apart for a second and looked at each other, Boyoung's hands were resting on his shoulders and his armed were wrapped around her waist. She looked at the droplets falling from his hair and face as his lips looked swollen. She gulped in and captured his lips in her mouth.
"Mmm," he groaned and let out a sigh as she kissed him with desire.
They were drenched completely in the rain, and wet by their actions.
Inguk could feel her eager fingers pulling onto his hair and trying to get him closer, but they were already the closest they could get at that moment. Kissing each other with the rain gushing down their lips felt like they were drinking each other.
Inguk broke apart for a second and looked at her.
"Boyoung, I want to be yours... only yours" he whispered as the water kept running down his face.
Boyoung looked at him taking deep breaths.
"and I want to be yours " she replied and kissed him back.
He pecked her for once and broke apart, bending down to lift her in his arms. She gasped and encircled her arms around his neck as he pulled her up comfortably.
He took her lips in his mouth and kissed her as she dug her fingers in his wet hair. He carried her slowly towards his cottage without breaking the kiss even for a moment. Boyoung smiled in between the kisses as she felt giddy and kissed him more. They were nearly out of breath when they reached the door.
They broke apart for a second to catch their breaths. Boyoung stretched her arm to unlock the knob and Inguk pushed the door open. As they got inside, Inguk shut the door with his leg which made Boyoung chuckle.
"You're laughing now?" he said with a smirk.
"So what? Don't you plan to make me happy tonight?" she asked.
"No honey," he said reaching for her ear, " I plan to make you scream" he whispered while she blushed and hid her face in his chest.
He spun her around in his arms and carried her towards the bed. Her leg coincidently hit a vintage radio kept on a shelf, which started playing.
As soft music started, it contrasted with the fierceness they had. Inguk put her down on the bed and hovered over her, kissing her forehead, nose, lips, chin, and further down the neck. He then pulled her up on his lap and took her lips in his mouth, trailing kisses down her jawline towards her bare shoulders.
"Should we turn off the lights?" she asked holding his head as he continued to kiss her.
"No, I want to watch you," he replied.
She knew sometimes just his words were enough to get her aroused.
Her fingers were entangled in his hair as he kissed her on the neck and grabbed the ends of her gown which were falling on her arms. He pulled it down and trailed kisses on her arms. He took both her hands and kissed them before pecking her on the lips again. He stared deep into her eyes and took his hand at the back to search for the zip of her gown and slowly pulled it down as the song played in the background in the soothing voice of a woman.
[ I've waited a hundred yearsBut I'd wait for a million more for you]
Boyoung shut her eyes and wrapped her hands around his neck as the zip reached its end and he ran his hand on her bare back. She kissed him on his cheek and nape, while he pulled her dress down and she helped him by slipping her arms out of it.
[Nothing prepared me forWhat the privilege of being yours would do]
She gasped as he dragged her wet gown to her waist, she had nothing on her and felt shy instantly to even look at him, but he kept watching her breathing heavily and swallowing the lump in his throat. He slowly touched her neck and moved down which made her shiver.
[If I had only felt the warmth within your touch]
She opened her eyes and pulled him closer by his shirt, which was almost a see-through as it got wet. While he struggled to balance himself by the force she used, she opened the buttons hastily and took the shirt off in a hurry. He smiled at her as she touched his drenched bare chest and moved her soft hands on his tight skin. He blushed and looked down.
[If I had only seen how you smile when you blush]
Boyoung chuckled as he pushed her down on the bed and started kissing her on the neck. She pushed her head back and shut her eyes as she felt his lips, tongue, and teeth devour her skin. She kept pulling his hair as some memories came rushing back to her mind. With every touch of his lips on her as he moved down, she recalled how handsome she found him ever since they met for the first time and how she still remembered all the little details which made him stand out.
"Ah" she moaned as he bit her on the soft skin. She arched her back as he reached up to her face again. His face was red, he was panting heavily and his silver chain was hanging down his neck. Just that sight was enough for her to make her yearn for him even more.
[Or how you curl your lip when you concentrate enough
Well I would have known
What I was living for all along]
She used some force and pushed him around on his back, he was startled at first but smiled and supported her head which hovered over his face. She pecked his lips and trailed soft kisses down his neck and chest. He took deep breaths and shut his eyes as she moved down on his well-crafted chest. It made him feel giddy when her gentle lips fell on his tough abs.
"Boyoung ..." he moaned in her name as her fingers rested on the button on his trousers.
[Your love is my turning pageWhere only the sweetest words remain]
She felt dizzy and bewitched. She took a few deep breaths, calming the storm down her stomach, and undid his button and zip. And before she knew it, he pulled her up by the shoulder and pinned her down on the bed.
She smiled slightly with a sense of wittiness as he panted heavily.
"Tell me what you want," he said struggling to breathe and gulping hard.
She kept looking into his eyes and gasped for air.
"You, I want you " she whispered.
His eyebrows got tensed as he felt himself getting ready for her. He could hardly hold it any longer. He captured her lips and moved his hand down to her legs. He pulled up the wet gown on her legs to give him access to her bare thighs. She flinched at his touch and her body shivered.
[Every kiss is a cursive lineEvery touch is a redefining phrase]
He broke the kiss and stood on his knees, undoing whatever was remaining on his trousers and taking them down. While she looked at him in awe, he felt his cheeks turning red. He removed her gown which was crumpled on her waist and threw it off the bed.
She gasped for air as he leaned on the top of her and every part of her body felt crushed against his. She never knew that his weight on her body would feel so pleasurable. She could feel his skin under her which made her feel hot. He held one of her hands and intervened his fingers with hers. She gulped in anticipation.
"Saranghae," he said.
"Nado Saranghae Oppa" she replied.
"Tell me if it hurts" he panted, on the verge of breaking in, but still checking if she was okay.
"I can't wait to feel you" she spoke in whispers with her eyes filled with love and desire. She held his face with her other hand and caressed it.
He gritted his teeth with the intensity of his yearning. He was elated to have the privilege of being hers. He gently took her legs and latched them around his waist.
"Do you know how much I want you, Boyoung?" he said in a husky tone.
She kept scanning his face, her heart pounding more than ever and her breathing heavier than ever. She had one hand caressing his cheek and another intervened with his fingers when he moved in with a jolt, making her scream.
"AH" she moved her hand to his hair and pulled it hard. He almost collapsed on her body but somehow managed to lift himself. She moved her face away and shut her eyes as a tear rolled down. He stayed in that position for a while until he was sure that she felt alright. To her, he felt warm, filling, and sensational, it was everything she could ask for.
[I surrender who I've been for who you areFor nothing makes me stronger than your fragile heart]
"Look at me, please," he said panting and she immediately followed.
He rested his temple on her forehead and took gasps of breath before he moved deeper.
"hhssss" she winced. "hhhh" and panted, with her toes scratching the back of his legs. She wanted to close her eyes but she knew he wanted her to look at him.
His jaws stiffened as he met her eyes while slowly increasing his intensity and watched her moan helplessly, crumbling and shivering on the bed.
"Does it..." he gulped in. "... feel good?" he spoke before moving firmly. "Ah.." which made him groan.
The only voice she had at that time was a breathless whisper or a moan but she somehow managed to speak.
"Of course, " she said, incapable of looking at him anymore and moving her head back with her eyes closed. He kneaded her hand which he was holding and keeping balance with the other hand. She threw her head further back and clenched his hair as her back arched and moved in rhythm with him.
He thrust a little more but kept it gentle, still concerned if she would be able to take it. She screamed in pleasure, tears continuously gushing down her eyes.
[If I had only felt how it feels to be yours
Well I would have known
What I've been living for all along]
"More..." she demanded as she inhaled sharply for some air.
"Hmm," he said dropping his head on the crook of her neck as he loudened his moves.
"Oh," she squealed and twisted her head on the bed. "What are you doing to me, Mr. Seo"
He moved rapidly making every bit of himself shatter for her. Their bodies were drenched with sweat and the air filled with moans. He moved to her ear and bit her on the lobe.
"I'm loving you, Ms. Park" he whispered.
[Though we're tethered to the story we must tellWhen I saw you, well I knew we'd tell it well]
She moaned, screamed, and shouted uncontrollably. Her body twisted, turned, contracted, and relaxed. He took her mouth and kissed it to calm her down.
"Oppa" she panted with her body shaking. " I can't," she gulped in. " I think I'm ...." she was not in a position to speak.
"Boyoung..." he whispered as he let her culminate before he did.
He groaned as tears fell from his eyes when he himself reached the end and peeled himself out, dropping helplessly on her side.
[With a whisper, we will tame the vicious seas
Like a feather bringing kingdoms to their knees]
