Chapter SixteenAnna's New Problem

~Author's Pov~

She regrets her decision. She regrets it so much. Not because the said alliance was strong, no, not at all, she easily killed all of them, but the problem was the only man alive sitting at the table.

The whole room was in total ruin. A few of her monsters were even chewing on the corpses.

"You've got to be kidding me..."

The person left alive was eating marshmallows and was waving lazily at her, but if you looked in his eyes you could see the amusement.

"Hai~Anna-chan.Missed me?"

Anna wanted to run away right now and hide underground but that would be pointless.

She could easily kill him but he was important to the plot so she had to put up with him. Also, even if she killed him another copy of him would come and take his place.

Who am I talking about? Of course, I'm talking about Byakuran, one of Millefiore Famiglia.

'Did Tsuna's misfortune rub on me?...'

"Ne ne, Anna-chan, what do you want for that creature?" asked Byakuran as he pointed at the small creature that was on my shoulder.

It was a white eagle with black horns. His wings are black and have a gold color at the tip of its feathers. Its tail was long and looked like the ones peacocks have. There were a few patterns on the eagle made out of gold.

"Nothing.Since I'm not going to give it to you."

Byakuran pouted and took a seat.

"That's mean~I wanted to see what's made off."

I felt the creature flinch before turning into smoke and disappearing.

Poor thing...

"Well, it seems like it's made out of smoke."

"That's a lie. I know it only went back to...wherever they live."

*sigh*"Why are you here Byakuran?"

"I got bored. So I came to the most interesting person I know...meaning you."

"I thought Tsuna is first on that list."

"Nope. Tsu-chan is second~"

What did I do to deserve this...

She (anime)cried as she thought that.

"Anna-chan, I'm going to stay with you for a week! Isn't that amazing?"

With that Anna's soul left.

Nooooooo...

~Time skip~

Anna came back to the ruined hotel surrounded by a depressing aura.

Byakuran was next to her, munching on marshmallows, with a happy expression.

Anna made her way in. At least the building looked better.

"Oh? Anna-chan, I didn't know you went bankrupt. I can give you some money you know?" said Byakuran smiling.

An 💢 appeared on Anna's forehead.

"Boss! You're-" Suguro stopped once he saw who was next to his dear boss.

"B-byakuran-san...you're here." Suguro felt sorry for his boss.

Byakuran loved to annoy Anna and left the rest alone. Why? No one knows.

"Hai~Sugu-chan~Its good to see you."

Anna went past Suguro and entered the building. She went towards her room while Byakuran followed her.

Anna glared at him and said.

"Don't you have anything better to do?"

"Nope!"

*sigh*

The rest of the day was spent with Anna trying to get rid of Byakuran and him annoying her more.

~One week later~

The building is now back in one piece and Anna's guardians recovered. And even better, Byakuran was leaving.

"Yes! He's finally leaving!" she shouted.

All this week she was annoyed by Byakuran and now he was finally leaving.

Anna was waiting at the doorway.

Byakuran whispered something to Anna before leaving.

"That bastard..." Anna went back to her room thinking about what Byakuran said.

"See you in the future Anna-chan."

Just as she closed the door, she was knocked out by someone, but not before hearing a voice.

"Have fun in the future Anna-chan."

Byakuran!

Hiro just got back from a mission and was going into Anna's office. He entered and looked around.

Not here.

So he tried the second place where she knew she could be. The restaurant.

He opened the door and scanned the area.

Not here either.

Just as he was about to leave Mieko, Anna's sun guardian said.

"Boss should be in her room. She had to deal with Byakuran-san for a week."

"Hn."

And with that, he left and made his way to his boss's room.

He knocked once on the door but no response. He tried again but silence again.

I'm not going to wait for her to wake up.

He slammed the door open only to be surprised.

"..." (She's not here.)

With that Hiro begun his search. He looked everywhere he could think of but to no use. He asked the others but they didn't know either.

They all searched for their boss but they couldn't find her.

Hiro entered Anna's room and looked around for any clues until his eyes landed on a paper.

He took the paper and read it.

Hai~Hiro-chan~

I knew you'll be the first one to find this paper. You must wonder where your boss is...well I sent her to the future~

Hiro KI was starting to leak as he continued to read the letter.

You can go with her but only you~Don't say a word to the others.

Hiro thought for a second and decided that him going with their boss is going to be enough. He sent a quick message to Obi, the lighting guardian, before continuing to read the letter.

If you want to go to the future, then you need to go to Namimori in Japan and find the Vongola Decimo. His lighting guardian has the Ten-Year-Bazooka. Using that you will be able to go to the future, but you will be able to come back only after you dealt with the problem there.

Hiro tore apart the paper and paid for a ticket to Japan.

Seems like I'm going to the future...

I'm working on the next chapter just after I published this one. I'm full of inspiration but I wonder if I get to publish another chapter today or get to publish it tomorrow.
