Chapter 20

"Looking for something?" A voice asked, "Or should I say someone?"

Abdeli stepped into Niall's view and his eyes widen at the sight.

"Let her go." He said strongly, slowly taking a step forward.

Abdeli's hand tightened around Amanda's throat, "Don't come any closer or her head comes right off."

With one squeeze, Amanda let out a gasp.

"She didn't do anything to you. It's me you want to hurt. Kill me instead."

"That's where you're wrong." Abdeli snarled, "If she didn't appear, then we would've been together and-"

"You know how the prophecy works, Abdeli. You have to be born into an Elite."

"I was supposed to be an Elite and you were supposed to be mine." She growled.

"We agreed on a no strings attached arrangement." Niall stated.

"You knew I had feelings for you." Abdeli lowered her guard, "You knew I loved you."

"I was young and stupid," He reasoned, "I'm sorry I-"

"Nothing, will change my mind. She will die and you and your friends are going to join he-"

Elide and Harry striked and managed to get Abdeli to loosen her grip on Amanda. Harry had teleported behind her, as Elide used her invisibility to make Abdeli uncomfortable to the point where she had to let go of Amanda's neck. Elide pushed Abdeli straight into Harry's arms and led Amanda straight to Niall.

Harry instantly trapped Abdeli's arms behind her as Elide joined him and chained her up with indestructible vampire metal.

Meanwhile, Niall enveloped Amanda in a huge hug and buried his head into her bruised neck. She slightly winced as he apologized multiple of times and planted kisses all over her face.

"I'm glad you're okay and safe." He smiled, bringing her closer to him.

"I missed you so much." She cried into his neck.

"I did too, I did too." He wiped away her tears.

"What are you going to do with her?" Amanda whispered.

"Execution." Niall replied bluntly.

"What about Elliot and Tyre?"

"The rest of the clans are handling them. You're safe now and I'm never letting this happen to you again." He cried, "I hope you can forgive me for breaking my promise. You're hurt because of me."

Still sobbing and burying her face into his chest, she shakes her head. "You couldn't have known she'd come after me. You didn't plan that... you saved me."

"Okay lovebirds, ready to go? We should probably leave and get back to the group." Harry interrupted.

"Harry!" Elide slapped him, "They haven't seen each other in over two weeks, cut them some slack."

"Sorry babe, you're right." He mumbled, dragging Abdeli out the room. "We'll be downstairs waiting."

"Can you walk down the stairs?" Niall asked.

"Um-"

"Hop on my back, Princess." He chuckled, turning around.

She jumped up on his back and he carefully jogged down the stairs to join the rest of the rescue crew in the woods.

"Amanda!" Lina and Artemis shrieked and ran towards the couple.

Niall chuckled and set her down.

"Lina! Artemis!"

"I'm so sorry, I should've been faster an-"

"It's alright. I'm okay now Lina." Amanda smiled.

"Welcome back." Zayn and Liam greeted her with a hug.

"Nice to see you well, Amanda." Louis hugged her, "Mission accomplished."

Amanda nodded, "It's nice to see you guys again."

"Likewise." Adonis smiled.

"Okay, so Javier's group took care of Elliot and Vincent's group, Tyre and his men." Liam spoke, "Abdeli is currently being escorted to the exectution site and will be executed in the next five minutes."

"So our work here is done." Adonis concluded. "Those who want to see the execution are free to join the others, the rest should head back to the safe house."

"Let's go home, Princess." Niall smiled.

After dropping Louis and Liam off at the airport, everyone went back to their respective homes.

The two were going to meet up with their mates in Australia. Seeing as Michelle couldn't travel since she's 8 and a half months pregnant and Denmy refused to leave her best friend's side, Liam decided to accompany Louis on the trip.

Meanwhile, the rest of the Elites returned back to the house Amanda originally woke up in.

"Babe, wake up. We're home." Niall shook her softly.

She rubbed her eyes and sat up, "Where are we?"

"This is our main residence that we lived in for decades—the place you first arrived at," He chuckled. "C'mon, I'll give you the official tour if you're not too tired."

"Might want to skip mine and Elide's room." Harry called out, carrying a giggly Elide into the house.

"Do you need help with the tour?" Lina asked.

"You did it last time," Niall smiled, "I got this."

"See you inside mate." Zayn nodded, grabbing a few bags.

"Come along now gorgeous." Niall wiggled his eyebrows, making her laugh.

"How long have you guys lived here for?"

"Almost our whole lives." Niall confessed, "Even during our childhood, our parents would send us here during breaks to become accustomed to each other."

"Well that obviously worked, you guys are so close to each other." She smiles at him as he helps her out of the car.

"We're brothers." Niall smiled and kissed her cheek. "That over there is Liam's and Denmy's cottage."

"Cottage? It's huge!" Amanda gasped.

Niall chuckled, "I guess cottage isn't the right word for it then. Anyways, the house we're living at is the 'main house', but it's really Louis' and Michelle's family home."

"Then why are you all living there?" She asked, with a confused expression.

"Well for one, most of our 'cottages' are either under construction or not even built yet."

"So Zayn and Lina have one?" She asked.

"It's under construction; a work in progress that should be done by next month." Niall said.

"What about Elide's and Harry's?"

"They just need to furnish the place."

"And yours?" She asked.

"It's not built yet, I was waiting because it's ours and I wanted your input in our home." He blushed and scratched his neck.

She stopped and faced him, "You're too sweet! Oh Niall, I'm sorry I kept you waiting for so long! I shou-"

"Hey, I don't mind. You were worth the wait, Princess." He smiled at her, leaning in to connect their lips.

"NIALL, AMANDA! LOUIS AND MICHELLE WANTS TO SKYPE RIGHT NOW." Harry shouted.

"Do you think it's about the baby!?" Amanda pulled away, excited.

"Why don't we go find out?"

The two rushed into the house and joined the others in the living room. Everyone was crowded behind Zayn's laptop and stared at the screen, until two familiar faces and a baby popped up. Everyone instantly gasped and congratulated the couple.

"Guys, meet Andrew Tomlinson." Louis cooed.

"He made it right in time." Michelle laughed, kissing Louis.

"I literally walked into the room when she was about to push." Louis chuckled.

Michelle pouted tiredly, "I was scared you were going to miss it."

"Never."

"Michelle! We miss you so much!" Lina exclaimed.

"Yeah! Your sarcasm was greatly missed." Elide giggled.

"I miss you bitches too!" Michelle replied, covering her baby's ears.

Amanda laughed, "The baby can't hear yet, what's the point in doing that?"

"Amanda!" Michelle greeted, "It's nice to see you! Louis told me all about what happened, I'm glad you're safe and that things with Niall are going great!"

Amanda blushed, "Thanks, we missed you guys."

"I can't wait to go back home!" Michelle spoke.

"When are you guys coming back?" Harry asked.

"When she's healed and ready to travel." Louis answered.

"So in about three weeks!" Denmy popped up.

"Denmy!" Lina and Elide shrieked.

"Lina! Elide! How are you girls? I miss you two so much!" Denmy spoke, "Where's Amanda?! I want to talk to her too!"

Amanda joined the two girls in the screen and the four of them got into a conversation about everything that went on the last couple of months. Michelle joined them shortly and they all talked about the baby.

For those who don't remember, Denmy and Michelle were sent away to Austrailia because Michelle found out she was pregnant. The two were sent to live with Jai and Ariana, close friends and also vampires.
