Chapter 20: I Love You [Final]

Juvia's POV

"Hey, everyone listen! The Director has ordered us to immediately gather in the Royal Garden, for Gray-kun and Lucy-san's engagement announcement party. We were out in charge of the emergency preparations." Chief Macao said

"Yes!"

"Hurry hurry! Hurry up, guys!" Chief said

Engagement...It's really over for the two of us huh?

"Let's hurry and make this a good party!"

Everyone is busy preparing the hall for the party. I fix the flowers in the table with Erza when Kinana-san came approaching us with a sign board.

"Why don't you both write something?" she said

"I feel like I'm dreaming." I said

"I'm sure it's some kind of mistake..." Erza-san said

It's already evening and any moment now the two will arrive. Cana-san, Erza-san and I are on the cater area checking the foods in order.

"You two, after it's announced, let 'em pop, kay?" Kinana-san said and gives a party poppers to Cana-san and Erza-san.

"And you hold this and take it to the backyard. You'll be handling it to Lucy-sama later so treat it with care." Laki-san said giving me a bouquet of flowers. Why Juvia? Can't someone else do this? Why of all people, you picked Juvia to give it to her.

"What're you doing, hurry." Laki-san said because I'm still staring and not getting the bouquet. She gave it to me and point to where I should wait.

I went to there and Alzack-san bumped into me and I dropped the flowers.

"I'm sorry are you okay?"

I picked up the flowers and I found a four leaf clover with it. "Why? Why do I find it now, of all times?" I can't help but to cry and stare at that clover.

Normal POV

Laxus, Lucy and Gray arrived at the hotel, and everyone that they passed into Congratulate them. Gray stopped on walking and faced Lucy. "What is it?" she said

"Okay everyone! Listen up! They will arrive soon!" Lisanna yelled to the hall and everyone clapped their hands. The Chief is still walking around checking everything.

Gray came up to the second floor and everyone cheered for him.

"Congratulations!"

"Congratulations Gray-chan! Banzai! Banzai!" the Chief yelled. But only Gray alone is up there. He seems to be looking around looking for someone.

Erza came in to the hall with a fire extinguisher in hand. "For real?!" Cana asked

"Shut up. I'm gonna destroy this party." She said

"Juvia! Where are you?" Gray yelled "Juvia Lockser!" everyone stopped clapping and Erza slowly puts down the extinguisher.

"First of all I have to apologize. I'm sorry I doubted you about Lyon Vastia. I...was envious of your past with him. I declined my engagement to Lucy. I'm sure I'll be sent off someplace rundown within the next few days. I might even be fired. So...It's up to you to follow me or not. I get too jealous and I'm a wuss. I'm self-centered man." Gray said in front of everybody.

"That's not true!" Laki yelled

"Even so I don't want to lose you. I finally understood what this pain in my chest means. You are my heart's support. A thorn I can't pull out. Juvia...Come out.Juvia!"

Juvia came out and walk at the center of the hall fixated her eyes on Gray. "What are you trying to say? A thorn...stop beating around the bushes...Juvia don't understand what you're saying, Gray-sama. Juvia don't need those words. Not those words...What I want to hear was—"

"Juvia!" he said and went down stairs to Juvia. Juvia's tears keeps falling through her eyes while looking at Gray. "Juvia...I love you. Please marry me?" he said and hugged Juvia

Erza and Cana popped the party poppers! "Congratulations Juvia!" Erza said

"Good for you!" Cana said

"Good enough for me!" Chief Macao said and opened a bottle of champaign.

Everyone celebrated and popped their party poppers together. Laxus and Lucy are upstairs watching everything. Lucy remembers what Gray said earlier.

Gray went down to his knees, swallowing his pride for the sake of the woman he loves.

"Stop it!" Lucy yelled unexpectedly. She covers her mouth with her hand in surprise.

"How boring! You're surprisingly boring and plain, huh?" Lucy said proudly but you can trace the trembling in her voice

"I am plain. I'm just a normal man." He said and Lucy's eyes teared up but she holds it back.

"Gray is so cool, huh? So cool even you'd fall for him." Laxus said

"Don't get it wrong. It was just rare to see a man that didn't do as I say. I just teased him a little." Lucy said and grabs her phone from her bag and deleted the photo of them. Lucy's tears finally falls down but she keep her stead. She wipes them out and leaves the hall.

"Hello? It's Laxus. Gray? That was really something. I'm so moved. So for me, I can't have you leave the company at such critical times. See you at work." Laxus called Gray on his phone and leave the hall also.

"Hello, Juvia. Fairy Hotel is where you work right?" a salmon colored hair man in a suit said on his phone, carrying his luggage on the reception area.

"Natsu-san? Yeah. Why?" Juvia asked

"I'm here...and I'm going to check in. Plus...I've found her." Natsu said

"Ehhh??? Really?! Where are you?"

"Let's talk later. Bye." Natsu said and hang up the phone.

Natsu approached the girl he was looking for. She's beautiful with composure while standing in front of the hotel outside. He noticed that the girl's eyes are full of sadness. He handed a pink rose to that girl.

"Tears don't suit a beautiful lady like you." Natsu said and the girl takes the rose

"Thank you, this is nothing." She said wipe her tears

"I'm Natsu Dragneel. I've been looking for you Lucy Heartfilia."

a month later~

Juvia's POV

Today is our day. Our wedding, I'm glad that everbody is here. Even Natsu-san with Lucy-san. I'm surprised at first when he introduced Lucy-san to me. So she's the girl he was looking for. I'm happy for him and Lucy-san. I'm glad that they've found each other.

I began on walking to the aisle. I was really nervous; I tighten the grip of my hands on the bouquet of flowers that I am holding. My heart keeps on beating fast. I walked slowly following the tune of the music. I began on recollecting all of my memories with Gray-sama as I see him at the end of the aisle. He is wearing a white tuxedo with a blue bow tie. I saw a surprised look on his eyes as he saw me, I smiled at him. I think he is crying, crying because of happiness. I reach him and I put my arm around his arm.

"You look really beautiful." he said that makes me blush hard

"You look handsome too Gray-sama." he chuckles. The priest started the ceremony.

"Gray Fullbuster, do you take Juvia Lockser in sickness and in health to love, to honor and to serve, to be your lawfully wedded wife?" asked the priest

"Yes, I do" He said as he looked at me

I'm Gray-sama's bride. I'm going to be the wife of Gray-sama, the one whom I truly admire.

".....as your lawfully wedded husband?"

"Hey." Gray-sama said and I snapped out of fantasizing again

"Y-yes, I do!"

"Now for the exchanging of rings."

Gray takes my left hand and put the ring on my ring finger and I do the same. After that I hugged him, I clung into his neck and said to him that I am really happy. Gray takes both of my hand and he kissed me.

Everybody cheers and we go out now at the church and everyone throw petal of roses to us. Juvia see that everybody was happy what I know that Gray and Juvia were the happiest of all. Before we go to the reception we take photos at the church as remembrance of our wedding.

"Gray-chan~!"

"Like I said, stop calling me that."
