Author's POV

It's been a week since your unexpected encounter with Jungwon. After that, you got busy in your practices for MAMA performance. After all, your manager decided to give you three of your most powerful songs for the performance. You stayed till 1am and practices everyday. Your manager got concerned and told to practice only till 11pm.

That's why, right now you are packing your stuffs to go back to dorm after long day practicing. Suddenly your manager texted you.

,,Yeong, Mnet staffs called me and asked me about when you and Niki are gonna start practicing and I told them that we have yet to discuss so can you please meet up with Niki and decide when can you both be free? Please! " your manager text said.

,,Okay oppa, I'll contact Niki and ask him" you replied his text.

After that, you sat back down on couch and searched for Niki's number which was saved when you met him last time.

Niki's POV

We just finished our practice for today and now me and hyungs are ready to go back to dorm. We all packed our stuffs and then started walking outside our practice room. As we were walking towards elevator. Suddenly my phone rang.

I took out my phone from back pocket and saw Yeong Noona calling. I looked at Jungwon who was curiously eyeing me and then i picked up the call.

,,Hello Noona" I told as I picked up the call.

,,Niki, my manager texted me a while ago and told that it'll be better if we meet up and discuss from when can we practice for the collab stage so where are you? " she asked me in Japanese, making me smile.

,,Actually my practice for today is done so maybe we can meet up right now and discuss " I replied in Japanese too and hyungs looked at me with confused eyes.

,,Okay so where should we meet? " she asked.

,,How about we meet at the xxxx cafe near YG building, it'll be easier for you to come " I replied in Japanese but hyungs only understood YG so their eyes was fixed on me especially Jungwon hyung.

,,Okay then, see you there in few minutes" she replied.

,,Okay Yeong-san" I replied in my Japanese accent making her giggles as she hung up.

As soon as i hung up the call, our elevator door opened as well and we started walking towards our van at the parking lot.

"So what did Yeong say?" Jungwon hyung asked me in calm tone.

I giggled knowingly.

"I am meeting up with her at the cafe right now" I answered with a smile.

"You guys talk in Japanese?" Jake hyung suddenly asked.

"Yeah she knows alot of language and she's fluent in Japanese so why not right?" I smiled and saw Jungwon hyung silently walking beside us.

"Maybe me and Jay can talk to her in English too" Jake says with a giggles.

I nodded as we all entered the black van which takes us to dorm everyday but today, it's gonna drop me off at xxxx cafe first. I sat beside Jungwon hyung who was quiet. I tap his arm making him look at me.

"What's the matter hyung?" I asked softly not letting anyone hear us.

"Nothing, have fun" he replied and I know he was jealous.

I giggled and answered back at him.

"Hyung, we are meeting to discuss about the collab and when are we gonna start and all that. Not to hangout" I clarify him and finally he smiled.

"Oh okay then! Take care" he smiled softly and looked outside of window.

I chuckled and shook my head.

"This hyung should really talk with her. He is head over heels for her" I thought to myself.

Jungwon POV

As soon as Niki told us, he was gonna meet Yeong at the cafe. I really thought they are gonna hangout but turned out, they are meeting to discuss about the collab. I was looking outside the window as we were on our way to drop Niki. I can't help but smile as our last meet crosses my mind.

"I really wanna meet her again" I thought as I enjoyed the view outside.

Yeong POV

After the call with Niki, I started walking outside the YG building and headed towards the cafe we discussed to meet. I was walking towards the cafe and suddenly my phone rang again. I took out my phone from back pocket and saw Haruto was calling me.

,,Yeah Haru, what's up? " I picked up the call as I kept walking on the sideways.

,,Where are you? Are you down for ramen today as well? I need company" Haruto replied with soft tone.

,,What time? Cause right now I am kinda busy" I replied him.

,,Maybe after an hour then" he replied with a smile.

,,Okay deal. Let's meet outside the YG building after an hour" I said with soft smile.

,,Okay then See you Yeong" Haruto replied and hung up the call.

I arrived at the cafe and walked inside to find the place cause Niki is probably not here yet. I went and sat at the corner table where we can get privacy and we can talk about the collab stage without risk of someone hearing us.

"Hello ma'am,what can i get you?" Waiteress asked with soft smile on her face.

"Actually I am waiting for someone right now. Can I order after he's here?" I told her politely.

"Sure no probl-" before she finished her sentence, someone spoke up.

"Two iced americano please" it was deep male voice. I looked up at the person and it was Niki.

Waiteress was startled by the sudden voice but then she nodded and wrote our orders and walked away.

"Hello Niki-san" I greet him with a smile and bowed a little.

"Ahhh Noona, don't do that" Niki shook his head as he said in his cute Korean accent.

I giggled at him and then we did fist bump as he sat across me and then took off his mask.

I was hesitating to take off my mask as I was barefaced but then i saw Niki was barefaced too but still was looking ethereal and then i took off my masks too.

"So how is your practice going in a group?" I asked him to start the conversation.

"It's all good. Just tiring. What about you?" Niki asked softly.

"Mine is same too. It's tiring" I giggled softly. "So when do you think you'll have time to practice for the collab?" I added.

"As our group practice is going at the daytime and also your solo practice is at daytime. Should we do our collab practice at the evening or night? Only if you can" Niki said with soft smile.

"Yeah I think that's perfect. We can practice both performance everyday that way" I said and smiled back at him.

Niki nodded with a smile.

"Where are we gonna practice though?" Niki asked softly making me giggles.

"Ofc at Mnet practice room" I giggles as I answered him.

"Oh yeah! Should we meet up after practice everyday and go there together? As it'll be late when we leave so I think it's better if we go together" Niki suggested with a smile.

"Yeah we can do that" I nodded with a smile.

Just then, waiteress brought us our orders and placed it on table with a smile.

"Please enjoy-" she looked up at me and then at Niki and again at me. "Oh my gosh, Choi Yeong and Niki" she said in shocked tone.

"Oh no no, it's not what you think and we are just hanging out as friends" Niki said right away.

"Please don't tell anybody that you saw us together. It'll be mess. Please" I asked her with my puppy eyes.

"Aigooo ofc not, I won't tell anybody. I am true kpop fan so I wouldn't do anything that'll bring trouble to my favorite idols" Waitress smiled brightly and took out her notepad and pen. "Can I get an autograph please?" she added.

"Sure" I grabbed her notepad and pen and signed it right away.

Niki took it after me and signed it as well. We smiled brightly at her as she excused herself and walked away.

We started sipping our iced americano & started talking randomly getting to know each other more. After a while, my phone started to ring. It was at the table so I can see who was calling and Niki saw it too.

,,Haru❤️" was calling.

"Yeah Haru?" I picked up the call. "Oh okay okay" "yeah yeah see you in a while" "okay bye" I hung up and placed my phone back at the table.

"Who is Haru?" Niki asked softly while raising his brows.

"It's Haruto from Treasure but please stop doing that with your brows. It's nothing. We are just friends" I explained him and chuckled after.

"If you say so" he replied in teasing tone.

"Stop it Niki" I giggled and looked down and sipped my coffee again.

Niki laughed seeing my reaction and I chuckled too.

[ TIME SKIPPED ]

After meeting Niki and hanging out with him for almost an hour, you parted your ways and now you are on your way to YG again to meet Haruto. Meanwhile Niki was on his way to dorm and his mind was roaming around you meeting Haruto this late and the way you called him by his nickname. It wasn't that Niki was jealous but he was worried for his Jungwon hyung.

"What If Yeong is already taken? What will happen to Jungwon hyung?" Niki thought as he looked outside the window.
