Alarm went off early in the morning. You woke up and went directly to shower and start your day. After showering, you wore simple black loose t-shirt with grey joggers. You grabbed your bag from couch in your room and walked outside your room and headed towards kitchen to grab orange juice along with an apple. That's your regular breakfast. You leaned on the counter as you opened the can and took a sip along with biting an apple.

After 5 mins, your manager arrived to pick you up. Today you have a meeting with your manager and production team.

"Yeong, did you drink orange juice again?" my manager oppa looked at me in disappointment.

"Yeah oppa and orange juice is good for health" you said as you walked outside of kitchen after finishing your breakfast.

"It isn't good in empty stomach Yeong. You better drink tons of water before drinking orange juice next time" My manager told me in serious tone.

You simply nodded.

Right now, you and your manager was on your way to company. You suddenly remembered your call with Wonyoung last night and smiled unknowingly. Your manager noticed your smile.

"Something happened in morning? You look happy!" he says with light smile on his face.

"Oh I am just happy that we are finally discussing about my next comeback" I answered in calm tone and covered it up quite well.

"Forgot about that for now Yeong, you have to focus on your career first. Love can wait"

I repeat the same thing in my mind and hypnotise myself.

After arriving at the company, we directly walked towards meeting room where production team is waiting. You bowed at everyone as soon as you entered the room along with your manager. You saw few unfamiliar faces too but you politely bowed at them as well.

"Yeong, this is Mr.Yoo. He is the head CEO of MAMA and this is Mr.Jung, manager of boy group Enhypen" one of our production crew introduced making me confused. I politely bowed at them and smiled as I introduce myself.

"Hello, I am Choi Yeong" I bowed at them with polite smile which they gladly return.

[ YEONG POV]

After the introduction, I sat down on the table across them and my manager sat beside me.

"You might be confused on why we are here" Mr.Yoo said referring to him and En manager.

I simply nodded.

"Actually for past few months, netizens has been demanding for this collab. And as MAMA is around the corner, we thought this collab would be perfect for our opening song for this year" Mr.Yoo explained, making me even more confused.

"Um I am quite lost, still" I said in low tone enough for them to hear.

"Lemme get this straight, we have decided you to collab with one of the Enhypen members for this year opening song in MAMA" one of the production team said.

I froze.

"Yeah and this collaboration is in demand for quite a while so it's a perfect timing" my manager said.

First thing that came in my mind was;

"Who? Who is that member?"

"That's sounds amazing. So who is the member I'm collabing with?" I asked causally, not tryna make it obvious that I am nervous.

"It's Nishimura Riki, he is one of the best dancer of Hybe and also the main dancer of Enhypen" their manager said in proud tone.

I simply nodded. For some reason, I was happy it wasn't Jungwon cause I would be so nervous around him but somewhere I was disappointed too that it wasn't Jungwon.

"Our Yeong is a great dancer too. And Riki and her collab is gonna burn the stage this year" my manager added in proud tone as well.

Everyone was happy after my manager & their manager accepted the offer. After discussing for sometimes, Mr.Yoo decided to meet me and Niki together so we can discuss further and also have a small interview. He left after sometime and now it was me, my manager and the production team.

"I know this was supposed to be the discussion for your next comeback but we decided promoting you first would be great as it's been more than 7 months for your last comeback. And this collab will be great promotion cause fans waited for this collab for a long time" one of the production team said.

"Yeah I am excited for the collab but also a little nervous tbh. Cause I've never interact with any artists from different company except Wonyoung" I said with nervous smile.

"Don't be nervous, I think he is a year younger than you. He is 05 liner and you are 04 liner" my manager said.

I nodded at him.

[ MEANWHILE IN HYBE ]

Enhypen manager left the YG building with Mr.Yoo and then drove towards HYBE to break the news to the guys. He already discussed this matter with Bangpd, who agreed on this collab. So now he just have to inform Niki.

He walked inside their practice room and saw all of them practicing their dance while looking at the mirror in front of them. Their manager walked towards music player and paused the song & boys looked at their manager in confusion.

"Boys, gather around. I have some news to say" their manager said as he sat down on ground on the corner.

Without another word, boys came towards him and sat down making a circle.

"I had a meeting with the CEO of MAMA today and as this year MAMA is coming near, they have decided a special collab for their opening song. And I am happy to tell you that they have choose Niki for the special collaboration" their manager said with wide smile.

"Me? Woah really?" Niki pointed at himself, still not believing.

Everyone congratulate him with huge smile on their faces.

"Who is he collabing with hyung?" Heesung asked their manager with a smile.

"He is collabing with Choi Yeong" their manager said with soft smile.

Niki diverted his gaze on the particular person who was shocked to hear that news. Every members exchanged glances and giggles knowingly. Their manager excused himself after sometime leaving only boys inside the practice room.

"Our Niki is collabing with Yeong. I think they are gonna be an amazing match. They both are great in dancing and expressions. I can't wait to see them performing together" Jay said with teasing smile on his face.

"Yeah I think Niki and Yeong will be an amazing match" Sunoo added knowingly.

"That means Niki will get to meet Yeong everyday for practices and that also means they'll eventually be friends now" Sunghoon gasps dramatically and chuckled after.

"Stop it hyungs" Niki said seeing their leader-nim all serious.

[ JUNGWON POV]

After hearing the news of Niki and Yeong collabing. I had a mixed feelings inside me. I was happy and mad at the same time.

I have a huge crush on Yeong for almost a year now. It started when I saw her in GDA awards last year. Her performance really caught my eyes. Her expression, her soft honey smooth voice and also her rapping. She's perfect. My members knows about my crush on her. They always tease me when they caught me watching her live, her reality shows and her stage performance when we are at dorm. I thought this was just a small crush which will go away eventually but it's been a year and still I can't stop this feeling from growing day by day. But sadly, all I have spoke with her is "hello" when we met at award shows or music showcase. I couldn't get a courage to talk with her more than that. All I do is stare from afar.

After our manager left the room, everyone started teasing me while praising Yeong and Niki being great match. I just internally rolled my eyes and stayed quiet. Not until Sunghoon hyung said:

"That means Niki will get to meet Yeong everyday for practices and that also means they'll eventually be friends now" Sunghoon hyung said with a dramatic gasp.

I finally looked up at my members who were giving me teasing smile.

"Come on Jungwon, think of it in a positive way mate" Jake said as he put his arm around me.

"What's positive in this hyung?" I asked him in confused tone.

"Niki is gonna practice with her for almost a month, that means you can go and visit Niki whenever you get free from your schedule and meet her and talk with her more than just a 'hello'" Jake explained and giggles afterwards.

"That's true, I can totally do that"

"Just make sure to actually talk and not just stare like a creepy person" Jay said and made everyone laugh.

"Ahhhh hyungggggg" I whine with small pout and looked down on ground feeling embarrassed.

Everyone laughed.

"This might be the only chance where I can talk with her without worrying about cameras so I'mma grab this chance for real" I thought to myself.
