"𝐘ah!" Na-hee screamed, her voice slicing through the chaos as she charged towards the student who was on top of On-jo, a wild look in her eyes.

With a fierce shove, she pushed the zombie away, its bloodied face collided with a table. "Cheong-san, follow quick!" she urged, her heart pounding as adrenaline surged through her veins.

Cheong-san nodded, determination etched on his face as he sprinted after them.

Na-hee grabbed On-jo's arm, pulling her up with urgency, her grip firm yet reassuring. "We have to move!" she said, glancing back at the chaos unfolding in the cafeteria.

The air was thick with panic, the sounds of screams and shuffling feet echoing around them. Cheong-san motioned for the girls to duck under a nearby table, the wood splintering slightly under the weight of their frantic movements.

Na-hee turned to On-jo, who was pale and trembling, her eyes wide with fear as memories of her encounter with the bloody student flooded back.

"On-jo, are you okay?" Na-hee nudged her gently, concern etched on her face as she scanned the room for any signs of danger.

Cheong-san urged them to get up, his voice steady as he helped a fellow student who was struggling to stand.

Suddenly, the cafeteria floor was slick with spilled of water from the sprinkler, making it hard to navigate. Just then, someone shoved past them, sending the female student, On-jo, and Cheong-san tumbling to the ground with a heavy thud.

Na-hee rushed to the fallen girl, shaking her gently. "Are you okay?" she asked urgently, her heart racing.

But the girl began to shake violently, and Na-hee instinctively stepped back, shielding On-jo with her body. Panic surged as the girl lunged towards them, her eyes wild and unfocused.

"Na-hee!" On-jo cried out, her voice trembling. Na-hee screamed, the sound raw and filled with fear as the girl pinned her down, teeth bared in a desperate attempt to bite.

With a burst of courage, Cheong-san rushed in, shoving the girl away with all his strength. "Get up!" he shouted, grabbing both girls by the arms and pulling them to their feet.

They stumbled as they regained their balance, the chaos around them escalating. The three of them began to run, Cheong-san leading the way, his eyes scanning for an escape route.

As they dashed through the cafeteria, someone clung to Cheong-san's leg, but he kicked it away with a swift motion, his focus unwavering. Spotting a window in the distance, he shouted, "This way!" and guided the girls towards it, their hearts racing in unison.

Gwi-nam, who had been fighting off his own attackers, caught sight of Na-hee and was about to rush towards them when a student lunged at him, slowing him down. Fear flickered across his face as he shielded himself, the ground beneath them slick and unforgiving.

Finally, they reached the window. With frantic urgency, they pushed a table towards it, the wood scraping against the floor as they worked together. One by one, they climbed tthrough.

"On-jo, you go!" Na-hee urged, her voice steady despite the fear coursing through her.

On-jo nodded, determination replacing her earlier panic as she squeezed through the window. Na-hee followed closely behind, and Cheong-san, ever the protector, ensured they had enough time before he carefully made his way outside.

Once free, the three of them sprinted across the campus, which was just as chaotic as the cafeteria. Students were running in all directions, some crying out for help while others fought off the relentless zombies.

Na-hee felt sweat trickling down her back, her heart racing as she nervously scanned their surroundings, the weight of the situation pressing heavily on her shoulders. They had escaped the cafeteria, but the nightmare was far from over.

Suddenly, a truck rushing in, colliding with the horde of bloodied students before crashing into the wall of the school. The deafening sound echoed through the air, and the three friends- Cheong-san, Na-hee, and On-jo stared in shock, their hearts racing.

The moment hung in the air, thick with tension, before Cheong-san snapped into action. "Let's go!" he shouted, breaking the tension, and they sprinted towards the truck, adrenaline surging through their veins.

They climbed up the side of the truck, moving quickly but cautiously. Just as Na-hee reached the top, a zombie lunged at her, its rotting hands grasping for her. With a fierce kick, she sent it sprawling away, her anger fueling her strength.

"Not today!" she yelled, determination shining in her eyes. Cheong-san waved them forward, urgency in his voice, as On-jo climbed up first, her heart pounding in her chest.

Na-hee took a moment to adjust her grip on the truck before following. Once they were all on top, they dashed inside the school, the familiar hallways now a twisted maze of terror. They were about to head down the stairs when a zombie appeared, blocking their path. Panic surged through them, and they quickly retreated, finding themselves cornered.

The air was thick with fear as Cheong-san squared off against the zombie that lunged at him, his fists flying in a desperate attempt to fend it off.

Meanwhile, Na-hee stood protectively in front of On-jo, her instincts kicking in. Just then, a zombie lunged towards them, and Na-hee acted on pure reflex. She launched herself at On-jo, pushing her friend out of harm's way. The zombie clung to her legs, but with a swift kick, Na-hee sent it tumbling to the ground, her heart racing as she stomped down on its head, the sickening crunch echoing in the hallway.

In a moment of panic, On-jo grabbed a fire extinguisher, her hands shaking as she aimed it at the zombie still clinging to Na-hee. "Get back!" she shouted, her voice trembling. With a quick pull of the trigger, a cloud of white foam erupted, engulfing the zombie.

Cheong-san and Na-hee instinctively covered their noses, trying to avoid inhaling the smoke. The quick thinking paid off, and they managed to push through the chaos, scrambling to their feet.

Coughing from the smoke that filled the hallway, they sprinted down the corridor, knowing they had only moments before the zombies would regain their senses. They reached their classroom door, pounding on it desperately.

"Open up! Please!" On-jo tells them, her voice hoarse with urgency.

Inside, their classmates were frozen in shock, eyes wide with fear. Na-hee took a deep breath, trying to steady herself.

"Don't open it! Don't!" Na-yeon urged, her voice a mix of panic and anxiety.

But as soon as Na-hee's face came into view, Na-yeon's instincts kicked in. "Na-hee! Na-hee is outside! Open it!" she shouted, her heart racing.

Cheong-san quickly slid a window open, his eyes pleading. "You have to open it!" he urged, desperation lacing his words.

"Move!" Gyeong-su shouted, adrenaline pumping through him as he slid the door open just wide enough for them to slip inside. He shut it quickly behind them, the sound of the door slamming shut echoing in the tense silence.

"Are you okay?" Gyeongsu asked, concern etched on his face as he scanned them for injuries.

Just then, Na-hee and On-jo were enveloped in a tight hug from I-sak, who had rushed forward, her adrenaline still pumping.

"I-sak-ah!" Na-hee muttered, relief flooding through her as she returned the embrace, feeling the warmth of friendship amidst the chaos.

Na-yeon stood to the side, her hands lowered, a mix of relief and frustration on her face. She had wanted to hug Na-hee too, but I-sak had beaten her to it.

"Are you two okay?" I-sak asked them, letting them go, and they both nodded at the same time, their expressions a mix of relief and lingering tension.

Na-hee brought her hands onto her legs, feeling the strain in her back as she breathed in a sigh of relief, the weight of the moment finally lifting. Na-yeon stood by her side, her hands gently gripping Na-hee's shoulders, offering silent support. They embraced tightly, a moment of comfort amidst the chaos.

Na-yeon guided Na-hee to sit down, her movements careful and deliberate, as if she were handling something fragile. Na-hee gladly sank into the seat, her mind racing with thoughts of the meal she had been craving.

All she wanted was to enjoy a slice of pizza, the gooey cheese and savory toppings a distant dream now overshadowed by the threat of the zombified creatures lurking outside.

She lowered her head onto Na-yeon who was behind her, seeking peace in her friend's presence, while the weight of the world pressed down on her. Some gazes from the others in the room were fixed on her, a mix of concern and protectiveness.

Cheong-san, standing near the window, stole a glance outside, his heart racing at the sight of the horde of zombified creatures from Train to Busan. The campus were a nightmare, filled with the bloody creatures.

He let out a deep breath, his gaze lingering on Na-hee for a fleeting moment, a silent acknowledgment of their shared struggle, before he returned to look out again.

Then suddenly, their bodies jolted up when someone banged on the door, the loud thud echoing through the room and making them jump in surprise.

"Brother-in-law!" Dae-su shouted, his voice a mix of urgency and relief as he recognized Wu-jin, who was desperately holding the door closed against the relentless pounding from the outside.

"Oh shit! come in!" Wu-jin urged, his tone frantic as he finally managed to swing the door open just in time. It slammed shut behind Dae-su with a resounding thud, sealing them off from the chaos outside.

Dae-su let out a breath he didn't realize he was holding, his chest heaving as he leaned against the wall for support. "Holy crap, they're aggressive" he added, his eyes wide with adrenaline as he grabbed the white cloth hanging beside him, wiping his face.

Wu-jin turned to look at him, his brow furrowed in concern as he noticed the state Dae-su was in. "What happened to your face, huh?" he asked, his voice laced with disbelief.

"I don't know, some crazy jerk sprayed me with a fire extinguisher" Dae-su replied in despair, his voice tinged with frustration as he ran a hand through his sweaty hair.

Na-hee glanced at On-jo, then back at Dae-su, feeling a mix of sympathy and cringe at the absurdity of the situation.

Dae-su then panted in exhaustion, his breath coming in quick gasps. "What's happening?" he asked, his voice shaky as he tried to piece together the frantic moments that had led him here.

"No one knows"

"Train to Busan, you know the movie. It's like that" Cheong-san exclaimed, his voice a mix of anxious and fear. He looked around the dimly lit classroom, as he stepped forward towards his classmates.

Na-hee's mind raced as she recalled the film, her eyebrows furrowing in deep concentration. The creatures outside were really just like the zombies in 'Train to Busan' their forms and hungry eyes sending a chill down her spine.

But was it real? The idea that zombies had emerged from the realm of fiction into their reality felt like a nightmare she couldn't wake up from. Her heart pounded in her chest, and she felt her breath quicken, the air suddenly feeling thick and suffocating.

*Oh boy, we're doomed* she thought, a wave of despair washing over her. The weight of the situation pressed down on her, and she struggled to keep her composure as panic threatened to take over.

"Is this really happening?" she whispered to herself, her voice barely audible over the chaos.

"Zombies are at school? You watch too much TV" the others scoffed, trying to dismiss the growing tension in the room.

The others exchanged nervous glances, their skepticism wavering as Cheong-san's urgency filled the air.

Cheong-san then pointed outside the window, his heart racing. "Then watch this! Outside, it's true!" His voice trembled as he took a deep breath, adrenaline coursing through him.

He grabbed Dae-su by the arm, pulling him toward the window, desperate to prove his point.

As they peered outside, the world had transformed into a nightmare. The once bustling schoolyard was now overrun with zombified creatures, their forms shambling aimlessly, moans echoing in the distance. The sight was surreal, like a scene ripped straight from a horror film.

"Shit. What's happening..."

"The door, Gyeong-su!" Joon-yeong quickly warned, his eyes wide with panic. Gyeong-su, caught up in the shock of the moment, had momentarily forgotten his duty. He rushed back toward the door, his heart pounding, and braced himself against it.

Wu-jin and Dae-su stood frozen, disbelief etched on their faces. The reality of their situation crashed down on them like a tidal wave. Cheong-san was right, it was just like the movie 'Train to Busan.'

"Okay, we need a plan" Na-hee said, her voice steadying as she took charge. "We can't just sit here and wait for them to break in. We have to find a way out." The group nodded, adrenaline kicking in as they prepared to face the terrifying reality outside.

"We can't go outside, or anywhere. We're trapped" Ji-min tells her, her voice filled with urgency.

"We have to do something!" Na-yeon told the group as she stayed close to Na-hee. Her eyes begging the others to do something in this situation.

"holy fuck! What is that?!"

They yelled out in a mix of panic and hope when suddenly a hand pressed against the window with a loud thud. The glass rattled, and their hearts raced as they realized it was Su-hyeok, his face pale and desperate.

"It's Su-hyeok!" they shouted urgently, adrenaline surging through them.

Without a moment's hesitation, they opened the window, the cool air rushing in as they helped him scramble inside the room. Su-hyeok landed with a thud on the floor, breathing heavily, his eyes wide with fear.

"holy shit it is bare-su!"

After he made it inside, he quickly extended his hand toward Nam-ra, who was still outside, her expression a mix of determination and fear. "Pres, go quick!" he yelled, the panic evident in his voice as he urged her to climb up.

Nam-ra didn't hesitate, she quickly climbed the ladder, her heart racing as she focused on Su-hyeok's outstretched hand.

As she reached the top, Su-hyeok grasped her wrist firmly, pulling her up with all his strength. Just then, Na-hee stood up on her seat, her eyes widening as she saw the familiar figures of their friends struggling. She carefully made her way to the window, her heart pounding in her chest, determined to help them.

Na-hee reached out, her fingers brushing against Nam-ra's as she helped her inside. The moment their hands touched, a spark of relief washed over Nam-ra, but it was quickly followed by a flinch, a reminder of the chaos they were in. Na-hee gently helped Nam-ra onto the ground, her eyes scanning for any signs of injury.

"Nam-ra, are you okay?" Na-hee asked, concern etched on her face as she examined her friend for any cuts or bruises.

Nam-ra nodded, her breath shaky but relieved to be back with her. "I'm fine" she replied, though her voice trembled slightly.

Na-hee was suddenly pulled into a tight hug, the warmth of Su-hyeok's embrace enveloping her like a protective shield. "Are you okay?" he asked, pulling away gently, his eyes scanning her for injuries.

"Yeah, I'm fine. Thank you" she replied, trying to catch her breath from the suddenness of his hug.

The adrenaline still coursed through her veins, and she gripped Su-hyeok tightly, feeling the tremors of fear still lingering in her body. It was the scariest moment of her life, and she felt an overwhelming sense of gratitude that they had all made it back together.

Some others watched the two with a mix of relief and jealousy, their gazes glaring at the back of Su-hyeok's head. Exhausted, Su-hyeok finally collapsed onto the cold, hard floor, fatigue washing over him like a tidal wave after all the running.

"It's that it, zombies?" Su-hyeok exclaimed to everyone, panting heavily as he lay sprawled out on the ground, his chest rising and falling rapidly. The reality of their situation was starting to sink in.

*I'm afraid it really is zombies.* Na-hee answered in her thoughts, as she bit onto her lip anxiously, her head messing her up.

Just then, a zombie lurched into view outside the door Joon-yeong was guarding, its eyes glinting with a predatory hunger. Joon-yeong's face drained of color, his breath hitching in his throat as he slowly sank to the floor, the weight of fear pulling him down.

"Joon-yeong, I think you're right, they can't open doors" Gyeong-su said, his voice trembling with nerves as he tried to reassure his friend.

The sight of the undead creature clawing at the door sent shivers down his spine, and he felt a chill creep into the room.

"Uh... Let's hold it shut for now" Joon-yeong replied, his uncertainty as he glanced at the door, his hands trembling slightly.

While Joon-yeong and Gyeong-su kept the door from opening, the others begin to look for a phone that could help them. The sound of scratching and muffled growls echoed ominously, urging everyone to act quickly. Just then, I-sak's voice rang out, cutting through the anxiety like a beacon of hope.

"I found one!" she exclaimed, holding up a phone, the screen flickering to life in the dim light of the room.

Relief washed over the group as they quickly rushed toward her, their eyes wide with hope. "Whose phone is it?" they urged, their voices in urgency.

"I found it on Yeong-ju's desk" I-sak replied, her brow furrowing as she examined the device. "Shit, it's locked!" she exclaimed, her voice laced with annoyance, the frustration evident in her tone as she swiped at the screen.

"Hey, I-sak, do something!" Na-yeon urged, her impatience evident as she leaned closer to the phone, desperation creeping into her voice.

"What do you want me to do? I told you it's locked." I-sak replied defensively, her eyes darting nervously toward the door.

Just then, Cheong-san glanced toward the door, his eyes widening in horror as he spotted Yeong-ju outside, her zombified form staggering toward them. She banged on the door aggressively, her moans a chilling reminder of the danger they faced.

"Look, she's here! Give it to me" Cheong-san said, snatching the phone from I-sak's hands with a sudden burst of determination.

He strode toward the door, holding the phone up to Yeong-ju's face, hoping the face recognition would work.

On-jo watched in disbelief, her heart racing as she tried to process the surreal scene unfolding before her.

"Cheong-san" Na-hee called out, her voice cutting through the tension like a knife. He turned, eyebrows raised in curiosity, the urgency of the moment etched on his face.

"Yes?" he replied gently, trying to mask his rising panic.

"You don't need the passcode for 112 emergency calls" she teased, a playful smile dancing on her lips despite the chaos surrounding them.

Cheong-san's face flushed a deep shade of crimson as he chuckled awkwardly, He turned back to the group, the phone still clutched tightly in his hand. They quickly typed in the number, and as the phone rang, hope ignited within them, flickering like a candle in the dark.

Finally, someone picked up, and they felt a surge of relief wash over them.

"Hello, what's your emergency?" The voice on the other end of the line was calm, almost too calm given the circumstances.

"Hello, this is Hyosan High School. A ton of zombies appeared at lunch, they are eating people!" Cheong-san exclaimed, his voice trembling with urgency, the words spilling out in a rush.

"Don't say zombies! They won't believe us, Cheong-san!" Na-hee told him quietly, her eyes darting nervously toward the door as if expecting the undead to burst in at any moment.

Cheong-san sighed, trying to keep his composure amidst the madness. "Did you happen to watch Train to Busan?" he asked, his voice tinged with desperation, hoping the operator would understand the gravity of their situation.

"Alright, Hyosan High, zombies. Please state your name and phone number. You do realize you could get into a lot of trouble for calling in a false report, right?" the operator said, his tone dripping with sarcasm, clearly skeptical of Cheong-san's claims.

"It's true! Everyone- anyways, come quickly!" Cheong-san pleaded, his heart racing as he felt the weight of their lives resting on this call.

"Alright, Lee Cheong-san, your number is 010- Get somewhere safe so that you won't get bitten, alright? We'll be there soon" the operator instructed, but his voice carried a hint of sarcasm, clearly not believing his story.

The call ended abruptly, leaving the group in a stunned silence, the reality of their situation crashing down on them once more.

Na-yeon walked over to On-jo, her heart racing as she felt the weight of the situation pressing down on her. "Let's call them again!" she urged, her voice tinged with urgency and desperation.

"I already did, but they won't pick up" On-jo replied, her tone heavy with frustration. A thick silence enveloped them.

The peaceful yet intense silence was shattered once more by Na-yeon's voice, her irritation bubbling to the surface. She marched toward Nam-ra, who was sitting down with an air of calmness that felt out of place.

"Yah, you're the classroom president, right? Why aren't you doing anything?" Na-yeon snapped, her frustration boiling over.

Na-hee sensed the rising tension and quickly moved to Na-yeon's side, gently pulling her back, hoping to diffuse the situation.

Nam-ra met Na-yeon's gaze with her usual blank expression, her eyes betraying nothing. "What? What do you want me to do?" she asked, her disbelief evident in her tone.

Na-yeon's impatience flared. "Just anything! Tell Mrs. Park to come and call the police!" she shot back, her voice rising in pitch, the tension between them thickening like a storm cloud.

"Do you want me to leave?" Nam-ra retorted, her voice steady but laced with annoyance.

Before Na-hee could interject, Na-yeon jumped in, her words sharp. "If you're offering?" she replied, a hint of sarcasm lacing her tone.

Na-hee turned to her friend in disbelief, her eyes wide. "Yah, Na-yeon, stop it." she urged, her usual playful demeanor replaced with a serious tone that caught Na-yeon off guard.

"Na-yeon, just be patient" On-jo chimed in, trying to calm the storm brewing between her classmates.

"Stupid. Typical." Nam-ra stated, her voice dripping with disdain.

On-jo's eyebrows furrowed in confusion. "What's typical?" she asked, genuinely puzzled by Nam-ra's comment.

"Now that we're in this situation, you consider me your classroom president?" Nam-ra replied, her voice flat but with an underlying hint of hurt.

Na-hee felt a pang of sadness for Nam-ra, who had always been the qquiet. She opened her mouth to speak but found no words.

"But no one is coming!" Na-yeon complained once again, her voice rising in pitch, panic creeping in. Na-hee instinctively patted her shoulder, trying to soothe her friend. "That's why I'm telling them to call!" Na-yeon insisted.

"Just stop complaining, Na-yeon" Gyeong-su added, his voice laced with annoyance.

The air between them crackled with tension as Na-yeon turned to face him, her eyes blazing with fury. "Who are you to butt in, you shithead?" she shot back, her tone sharp like a knife.

Gyeong-su's jaw tightened as he glanced at her, his anger simmering just beneath the surface. He took a step closer, invading her personal space, his frustration increasing.

"What did you just call me? Shithead? Did you just call me a shithead? You shithead." His voice rose, each word dripping with annyance and irritation.

"You Shithead" he cursed under his breath, the heat of the moment pushing him to grab Na-yeon's wrist, his grip firm.

Na-yeon felt a mix of anger and surprise at his boldness, her heart racing as she tried to pull her hand free. "Let go of me, Gyeong-su!" she demanded, her voice steady despite the whirlwind of emotions inside her.

"You never listen, do you?" he replied, his tone firm now.

"Fuck you!"

Cheong-san and Wu-jin then grabbed ahold of Gyeong-su, calming him down as he struggled to contain his frustration. Na-hee, feeling the tension in the air, instinctively reached for Na-yeon, who was visibly upset.

"Come on, Gyeong-su, let it go" Cheong-san urged, his voice steady but laced with concern.

"Na-yeon, stop it!" Na-hee scolded, her eyes narrowing at her friend.

"Calm down, it's nothing new anyways" Joon-yeong added, trying to diffuse the situation with a hint of sarcasm.

"I mean, who is she to whine? She's done nothing by herself" Gyeong-su remarked, his frustration bubbling over.

"Let it go, Gyeong-su. The door, hold the door!" Su-hyeok reminded him, his voice sharp as he gestured towards the entrance.

Na-hee felt a sigh leave her lips, they were literally in the middle of a zombie apocalypse, and here they were, squabbling like it was just another day at school. The disbelief washed over her like a cold wave.

"Sorry, Gyeong-su!" Na-hee called after him, her voice softening.

Gyeong-su raised his hand in a half hearted gesture, signaling that it was okay, but Na-hee could see the storm brewing in his eyes. He was still mad at Na-yeon.

As Gyeong-su walked towards the door, the atmosphere shifted. Suddenly, everyone stepped back in fear when a figure barged into the classroom, causing Gyeong-su to stumble.

The room fell silent, hearts racing as they braced for the worst. But as they took a closer look, relief washed over them, it wasn't a zombie, but their teacher, Coach Kang.

He was panting heavily, sweat glistening on his forehead from the exertion of running away from the chaos outside.

"Guys... are you alright?" he asked, his voice shaky yet filled with urgency. Silence enveloped the room as he let out a sigh of relief, finally realizing he was safe among them.

Coach Kang began walking towards them, his expression a mix of concern and determination. Gyeong-su stepped forward, his voice trembling slightly as he asked.

"What about you? Are you bitten?" The fear in his eyes mirrored the anxiety that gripped the group.

"No... Hey, guys. Let's block the doors first" Coach Kang instructed, his tone shifting to one of authority. He quickly scanned the room, assessing their surroundings for anything they could use as a barricade.

Na-hee scanned Coach Kang from a distance, her instincts on high alert. His eyes darted around the room, searching for any signs of danger, but Na-hee's gaze remained fixed on him. She recalled how the people turning, of how the infection could spread in the blink of an eye. What if he was hiding a bite under that layer of sweat and ppanic

She could feel the tension in the air, thick and suffocating, as the others began to follow Coach Kang's orders, pushing desks against the doors.

She glanced at Gyeong-su, who was still visibly shaken but focused on the task at hand. Na-hee felt a pang of guilt for doubting their teacher, but her instincts urged her to be cautious. She couldn't afford to let her guard down, not now.
