"KNOCK, KNOCK CHELS." i hear joey's voice say as i was looking at myself in the mirror, trying to make sure i look decent.

i turn to the door to see joey at the door, leaning against the door frame.

"you're looking really cute, chels. baby blue is your color." she speaks as she walks in and sits on my bed.

i smile as i look at my best friend. "is it too much?" i asked curiously, turning around to look at her.

she shook her head as she looked at me. "no, it's the perfect chelsea scott look." i smile softly as i look down at it happily.

eventually, everyone else showed up and the five of us drove to the outdoor ice rink in santa monica.

we paid for our tickets and shoes, lacing them up. the five of us skated for a little bit.

we noticed some people recognize us by glancing over at us but they didn't try to come up to us which was good.

as we skated, i felt Corey skate to me as i was skating with ava. "looks like a tall brunette just showed up." i furrowed my eyebrows as i look at him.

corey pointed in a direction making me turn to look. when i did, i noticed milo standing next to a short blonde, grabbing his skates.

i kept my eyes on him as he turned around, his eyes moving over to me. a bright smile formed on his face as he waved over to me.

i went another lap around the rink and as i did, milo and his friend met up to me.

"well, i wasn't expecting to see you here tonight." milo said happily as he started skating next to me. his blonde friend was on the other side of him.

"yeah, it was joeys idea for us to come out here tonight." i tell him as i glance at his friend.

he glanced at her as well and smiled. "this is my best friend, meg. we met through the zombies movies." he introduced us.

she smiled and waved at me. "hi, i love your music by the way." she compliments me.

i smile and thank her. "i hope you don't mind it if we join you." he spoke back up.

i shook my head as i looked over at him. "i don't mind." i smile lightly as we continued skating.

i got to know meg as we skated and she was super sweet. they told me stories from when they filmed together and i told them about some stuff milo did when we were filming feather.

i could tell the two were super close together. when milo started skating with corey, i looked over at meg.

"you two seem super close." i point out to her. i'll admit there was a deeper meaning behind it and i wanted to make sure she picked it up.

it looked like she did too by the look on her face. "yeah, we're just really good friends, like a brother." i just nodded my head as i looked over at him.

he was laughing at something corey had said as they skated together.

i could see the two of us becoming really good friends.

i wouldn't be opposed to it at all.
