As he was about to leave we all said our farewells. Then Seojun says something which stops Chan midway and freezes me as well.

Chan's POV

I swear to God, words have never hit me in this way. It feels like there are three mes. The first one is white faced shocked.. 

"Seriously? Does the kid KNOW the meaning of that?! Like seriously, how can he just call me that! Isn't that just.. WRONG??"

The second one was red as a tomato:

"Me? His brother in law? That means me and Jihyo together...

JY- Chan! Baby! You are getting late! Breakfast is ready!

CH- I am coming hun! *comes downstairs* What's for-- Oh my Jihyo!

JY- You got that right! Today's breakfast is...

CH- Vegemite toast!! Jihyo you are such an amazing wife! 

And the third?

"Chan! You are such a mess! Like look at you! *judging hard*"

(A/N's Note- I swear to God, I cringed, and I cringed SO SO SO SO SO BAD while writing this!! Like, I was gonna puke!😣🤢😬) 

I return back to reality when I get a message. It was Sooyun. That girl has good timing. "Well, I guess I will leave now. Thanks for the great food Ms. Park! Bye!" I say with a smile, trying not to make things more awkward then they already were right now. Well, soon I reached in front of my house. Just as I was about to enter I get Sooyun's call. I pick it up to tell her that I have reached but before I could say anything at all Sooyun goes on blabbering:

On the phone,

SY- Oppa? Where the hell are you? I have called you a 50 TRILLION times till now?! You got me worried!

Seeing her worried I thought of a good little prank to play on her.

CH- Sooyun-ah! Help me!! I- l got into an accident-- and right now I am in the hospital!! 

SY- WHAT?! WHEN?! WHERE?! OH MY GOD DUDE WHERE ARE YOU WILL YOU TELL ME ALREADY?!!! 

Then I stayed quiet for a few seconds. 

CH- OPPA! SERIOUSLY I AM GETTING REAL TENSE RIGHT NOW!! SAY SOM-- *heavy breathing* 

Oh God! Not another asthma attack! 

CH- Oh my God Sooyun, I am fine and I have reached home now! I was just playing a prank on you! 

SY- Who told you I wasn't? *slight chuckling* Look up at the window!

I see Sooyun at the window laughing herself out! 

CH- Ughhh... Yoonie-ah! You scared me!

SY- Now now Chris, will you talk to me on the phone or will you come in? 

CH- I am coming!

With that I keep the call and enter the house. Everything happens normally, Sooyun and Felix eat their dinner, all 3 of us freshen up and go to bed. 

I crashed into my bed almost as soon as I entered my bedroom. I was exhausted, but my thoughts were not allowing me to sleep. There were so many things to think of. Today was one crazily eventful day. Not only Jihyo and the whole 'Seojun incident', a lot more as well. Lot more as in Sooyun and Jungwoo. I hate to admit it, but they seem perfect for each other. In fact I can't imagine Yoon with someone else. It is kinda like how the saying goes, 'Some matches are made in heaven.' Well, that I can't decide, it is her love life and she may be with anyone she likes. But IF you hurt her Mr. Sooyun's Future Boyfriend, whoever you are, oh boy you are so dead.. 

Within a few minutes, my eyes started getting heavy, and soon, I was in deep sleep.

Sooyun's POV

I keep my phone and glasses on the side table. I lay down on bed but was unable to sleep. Huh.. I switch on the lights again and grab my glasses and my book. Well, might as well read a few pages I guess. Without looking I take a random book from the side table. Jane Eyre. "Oh! Isn't it the book that Jungwoo lent me?" I ask myself. Just I say his name, my phone beeps. Who might have texted me this late? I see the message to see who it was:
