"Love! Come here, quick! I have a surprise for you." Sanzu shouted.

"Yes, love." you answered, walking to his direction.

As soon as Sanzu caught your figure, he showed you a box. "Open it. I'm sure you'll like it." he said.

"Thank you, love. I appreciate everything that I receive from you." you replied.

Inside the box was a necklace with an amulet heart containing a liquid that's close to blood.

"Ah! Before you say anything else, yes that's my blood inside the heart. Aren't I sweet?" he said, laughing.

"That is sweet, love. Can you help me put this on?" you asked politely.

"Of course. Anything for you." he answered.

After Sanzu put the necklace around your neck, his boss called. You were left alone in his room, just sitting peacefully on the wooden rocking chair.

Minutes later, someone knocked on the door. You opened it to see Kakucho.

"Greetings, sir Kakucho. Is there anything that I can help you with?" you said.

"What happened to you, Y/n? It's been months since I last saw you and you're a whole lot different now!" he responded, being shocked.

"Nothing happened, sir. Now, if you'll excuse me I have to leave." you replied.

"Wait, wait. Yes, you need to leave. You wanted to leave, right?" he said, stopping you from closing the door.

"Leave? No, sir. I don't want to leave Sanzu. We're doing great right now." you responded.

"What? Didn't you want to escape this place? To go back to your true love, Senju?" Kakucho continued on with his interrogations.

"Senju? Sir, I don't know what you're talking about. It's better to leave me alone. Please." you answered.

"Sanzu did something to you, didn't he? Tell me so I can help you." he said.

"I don't need anyone's help. Sanzu is being kind and loving to me so why would I want to leave?" you replied with no tone.

"Oh.. well. Ok, I'll go now. See you around, Y/n." Kakucho said then left to go somewhere.

You closed the door and went back to sitting on the rocking chair. You sat there, staring at the wall.

Everything has fallen apart to you right after that day where Sanzu caught you lying. He tortured you for days until your sanity drops to complete zero.

Y/n and Sanzu went out for a walk. It's been a while since you got out and inhaled the fresh air.

"How are you feeling, love? Do you like the scenery?" Sanzu asked, holding your hand softly.

"I feel.. I like the scenery." you answered.

"Look. The water's clear that you could see your own reflection. See?" he said as he crouched down near the running river.

You also crouched down next to him and caught sight of the gorgeous river.

"It's beautiful with the trees around it." you responded.

As you look at your own reflection on the water, you hear voices inside your head.

"Can you see your own reflection on the water, love?"

"I only see a beautiful lady by my side."

"Y/n? Let's go. Here, I'll help you get up." Sanzu said as he reached his hand to you.

"Thank you, love." you said, grabbing his hand and standing up.

While walking down the side of the road, Sanzu opened up a conversation.

"You know, we're close to where we first met. I could never forget how we met each other for the first time." he said, chuckling at the end.

"Is that so? I may have forgotten it as memories of it aren't popping in my head." you replied.

"Hm? Really? Let's just say it was a romantic one." he responded.

"Love. I love you." you said to him out of the blue.

Sanzu paused on his tracks and just looked at you. You were also stopped from walking, questioning on what paused him.

"I haven't heard that from you in months! I love you too, love." he said in joy.

"Can I ask you a question?" you asked.

"Haha! You are asking one now. Yes, go on." Sanzu replied.

"A while ago, Kakucho kept mentioning something. I find it weird because we never really had any interactions before." you said.

"Uh.. just don't mind him. He probably mistook you for someone else. Now, let's go home." he answered.

"It's been bugging my mind that I can't stay focused. Will you please tell me, love?" you insisted on knowing the answer.

"I said let's go home. Don't make me repeat myself, Y/n." he said in anger.

A ringing sound struck your head and made you fall down on the ground, screaming.

"Y/n? Y/n!" his voice starts to muffle from your hearing.

You were there covering your ears while crouching down on the ground. 'Make it stop' kept on repeating inside your head.

"I.. thought you were gonna help me."

"Sanzu's right. I am his girlfriend."

"Guess she was lying to you, Sanzu."

"Senju's dead. Didn't you check that body bag?"

You were screaming from the top of your lungs, tears pouring down, and Sanzu was there all confused on what's happening to you.

Suddenly you were pulled to the road.

"Senju..!" you whispered in surprise.

You saw an illusion of Senju smiling sweetly at you as she was holding your arm.

You were then run over by a fast speeding car. Sanzu shouted your name and rushed to catch your hand but he was too late.

"Y/n my love, we would've been perfect together. If only you have completely abandoned her. Thank you for loving me even though your words were dishonest."
