10/Twisted Man

'That was easy.. lying to him.' you spoke in your mind.

You scanned the room, looking for an escape route but there was no luck.

"I'm back! Here's your food. I prepared it just for you." he said.

"That's a lot. Thanks, Sanzu." you replied.

"I called everybody to officially introduce you to them. Isn't that great? They get to know you!" he spoke, full of joy.

"Uh.. yeah. That is great.." you responded.

"I'll be waiting for you so hurry up. You don't want them to be waiting, especially the boss." he said.

"Yep. It'll be quick." you answered.

Sanzu left the room for you to finish the food he had prepared. Not letting any other thoughts come inside your head, you finished the meal fast.

"Everyone! Meet my girlfriend, Y/n." Sanzu introduced you in front of his coworkers.

"Uhm.. hi." you spoke quietly.

"Is that it?" Rindou asked.

"Not very lady-like but she's beautiful." Ran commented.

"You, Sanzu, are delusional. We all know what you're playing at." Kokonoi said, still stressed out.

"Believe me! Y/n's really my girlfriend. We're not faking it." Sanzu shouted.

"I have a lot of work to do." Mikey said then left.

"We get it. Can we leave now?" Takeomi said in an annoyed tone.

"What? No. You don't get it. Y/n, speak to them!" Sanzu said.

"As if she'll tell the truth. You pretty much traumatized the woman!" Kokonoi responded.

"Sanzu's right. I am his girlfriend." you said with a straight face.

"Wow. Great job, Sanzu. Congrats! Ok, let's go guys." Rindou said and hurriedly left.

"Ugh, whatever. This was pointless anyway. Trying to talk to you guys is pointless!" Sanzu shouted at his coworkers leaving.

All that's left in the room is you and him.

"Are you ok? You look frustrated." you said to him, laying your hand on his shoulder.

"I'm fine. You should go take a rest now." Sanzu said as he sent you away.

"What about you? Not gonna come with me?" you asked.

"I have things left to do." he replied.

Before you left, he said, "I left a glass of water on the table next to the bed. It should help you calm down."

"Alright. Thanks for that." you responded.

Back at Sanzu's room, you sat by the edge of the bed, deciding whether to drink the water or not.

"I seriously cannot trust that man nor anyone else here but.. I am thirsty."

You ended up drinking the glass of water in hopes of filling your thirst. You felt drowsy after you finished drinking.

'Damn.. it.'

"Where are you taking her, Sanzu?"

"To the warehouse. Where else?"

"Why? What are you planning inside that twisted little head of yours?"

"Just shut your mouth, Takeomi. This is none of your business."

"Boss will order us to throw her away somewhere if he finds out."

"Like I said, it's none of your business."

You were sort of waking up, hearing these blurry voices around you but your body was out of energy so you were forced to pass out.
