Chapter 9

After a long day of chores and spoiling Mix, they're cuddling on the sofa with a blanket on their backs while munching on some popcorn and watching Teen Wolf.

Mix is sitting between Earth's lap as Earth's legs is in a cross position. Mix's back is facing Earth's chest while Earth's head is on Mix's hair and arms around his waist.

Earth didn't really like horror series/movies, not that he's scared or shit but he just didn't understand the concept. According to him, after people died, they just 6 feet under and only got up from the dead because they're bored.

From time to time Earth would criticise the scene or he would say 'He should've...'

That made Mix got annoyed a bit.

"Oh c'mon, he should've-"

"Will you shush the fuck up for a while? I'm trying to watch it," Mix snapped as he put a few popcorn in his mouth.

After Mix managed to watch 2 episodes without Earth's 'he should've..', he asked Earth to watch something else because he's sure that Earth's sulking after Mix shushed him. And of course, Earth answered, "I wanna watch My Little Pony the Movie."

"You gotta be shitting with me right now," Mix throws a 'you got to be kidding me' face to Earth. But Earth just shows him puppy eyes and Mix gave in.

"I can't believe you like things like this," Mix muttered.

"And I can't believe you like horror," Earth says back as he took a handful of popcorn into his mouth.

"Well, at least it's a lot mature than My Little Pony," Mix replied with a sigh.

When Mix's sister asked them to babysit her kids, they always do something that entertain the kids. But Mix's youngest niece is close to Earth. They both always draw and waste a bunch of Earth's computer paper or even watch My Little Pony or even Doc McStuffins. And surprisingly, the strong and serious Earth Pirapat liked it.

They started watching it and Earth is grinning like a child. And Mix couldn't help but smile sweetly at his boyfriend. And turned his attention to the screen.

Somewhere halfway in the movie, Earth heard a loud yawn in front of him. It's Mix's.

"Are you sleepy?" Earth whispered to Mix's ear. The hot breath tickling his ear sent vibrations all over his body. Mix nodded sleepily.

"Come on then, we'll go brush our teeth and we'll head to bed. Alright?" Earth said. Mix got up and went to the bathroom while Earth cleaned the living room and turned off the TV.

When Earth went to the bedroom, Mix is already in bed sleeping soundly. Earth smiled sweetly as he walked over to bed covering himself under the blanket.

Mix heard the blanket ruffle and shifted, he turned to Earth's side for cuddles. Earth kindly accepted the open arms and his arms around Mix.

Mix had his head on Earth's chest, hearing his heartbeat beating in a pace. Mix closed his eyes in tiredness but also in hesitation.

Mix had a question to ask Earth for quite a while, in a 'while' he meant by 3 years living in the apartment.

He heard Earth's sleepy loud yawn.

"Good night, babe," Earth said as he kissed his head.

"Good night, handsome," Mix kissed his lips and Earth smiled wholeheartedly by the nickname.

Mix laid his head on Earth's chest back and started thinking about Earth's reaction towards his 'wish'. They're rich, not filthy rich or those kinds of fuckers who bathe in cash. No, they're rich that's all. But this one thing will made Earth say no.

Mix decided to try not worry anymore. He closed his eyes and drifted off to dreamland.

{Earth POV}

-The Next Day-

My eyes fluttered when my dream ended. Its a wonderful dream, with me and Mix in it.

I turned to see Mix who's sleeping so soundly on his side on the bed. He probably move a lot and ended up from my chest to his pillow. Watching him sleep in the morning is comforting even though it takes a long time to wait for him to wake up. But I don't wanna disturb him.

I smiled like a mad man when I looked at Mix. Until an amazing idea.

I wanna do something nice to him today, making breakfast for him yesterday was actually quite fun.

I sat up and bend down to kiss Mix's temple. I got off the bed and went to the bathroom and did my daily hygiene routine.

After that, I went to the kitchen. I put on an apron and started making breakfast for my dear sweet Mix.

{Mix POV}

I woke up with a yawn. Earth is not in bed. I heard clinking from the kitchen and I smell eggs and sausages. Yum.

Earth probably in the kitchen.

I remove the charger off my phone and checked the notifications.

All of the sudden, my phone vibrated because there's a called. With my blurry morning vision, I checked the contact. It's Aye, my other best friend from high school. Like Khao, we both studied in the same uni just different majors.

I groaned as I swiped my thumb to the green button.

"Hey!" She shouted. Now I regret putting it on speaker.

"What?" I asked in my morning voice.

"Did u just woke up?" She asked.

"Yes," I answered simply.

"What the- Mix!" She shouted, again.

"What..?" I asked again, with my eyes closed. Gosh I'm still sleepy.

"Don't you remember? We're having a programme for the first years today!" She said with a sigh.

"But I'm busy," I said. It's a lame excuse, I know.

"Really? Don't make excuses to me, Mix. I know that you're just wanted to spend your day with your sugar daddy," she scoffed. Honestly, that's kinda rude.

"Okay, I have two things to say. One, you call Earth anything but a sugar daddy. And two, I really am busy today," I sat up on bed, resting my back on the headboard.

"You just woke up, how could you know you're busy?"

I was thinking hard about shouldI say.

"Well, I have my schedule," I said.

"And what's the 'schedule'?" She asked again.

Tsk! Aye, you're annoying me way too much.

"I'm.. going to.. uh.. ballet practice! Yes!" I answered finally.

"You're lying. We're both classmates," She said.

UGH! Aye, sometimes you're way too smart.

"Ugh, fine, fine. You got me. I'll go," I finally gave in.

"Good, and you can bring your lover if you want," Aye said in a teasing tone.

"Whatever," I rolled my eyes.

"You better come here before 12 pm, if you're late, I'll kill you," I didn't really took her threat seriously. To prove it, I yawned as she says that.

"Okay, okay. See you soon, bye," I hung up.

I sighed as put down my phone on the night table. I laid back on bed as I yawn loudly. I'm soo sleepy.

Then, when I have the diligence, I sat up and put down my foot on the cold floor. Damn it's cold. I think we put the AC in a low temperature.

I walked over to the kitchen and I saw Earth, wearing a blue apron and making breakfast. Not going to lie, he look very husband like.

{End of POV}

Earth was frying up quarter cuts of sausages when he heard footsteps from the hallway of from the bedroom to the living room. When he turned around, he saw Mix with his hair in all different directions, his face that really shows that he just woke up and he rubbed his left eye.

"Good morning, handsome," Mix said as he hugged Earth, resting his head on Earth's chest.

"Oh, so you calling me handsome now huh?" Earth chuckled and Mix looked up with pouting lips. And of course, Earth gave him a morning kiss. When they pulled apart, they smiled as they looked at each other.

"What's cookin'?" Mix asked as he hugged Earth's side with his arms wrapped around his P's waist.

"Eggs and sausages. You can make sandwiches if you want," Earth said as he turned his attention to the food.

"Okay, I'll make sandwiches after I wash up," Earth nodded in response. And Mix went to the bathroom and wash up.

Earth in the other hand, is turning the heat off after he served the simple meal that he made on the plates for him and his nong.

Mix came out of the bathroom with fresh face.

"Hey," Mix said when he saw Earth placing the two plates of food on the dining table.

"Hey," Earth smiled to him. And Mix smiled back. Mix went to the kitchen that is just in front of the dining table to make sandwiches.

"Grilled cheese sandwich, Earth?" Mix asked as he took bread from the packaging.

"Uhm, no. Is there strawberry jam that I bought the other day?" Earth asked.

Mix checked in the cabinets and found the strawberry jam. He checked the expiry date and thank goodness it's still good.

"Yup, there is," Mix said.

"Then, I'll take a peanut butter and jam sandwich, please," Earth said with sang the 'please'.

"Sure," Mix smiled as he continued making the sandwiches.

Earth waited patiently for Mix as in scrolling through Instagram or even checked a few messages from Arm or his parents on his phone.

"Here's your PB and J sandwiches, sir," Mix smiled as he placed a plate of bite sized peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. He sat down in front of Earth and said, "You don't have to wait for me you know."

"Yeah, I know just. The food will taste awful without the sweetness," Earth teased as he started eating. Mix scoffed with a smile and shake his head.

"It's cheesier than a cheeseball," Mix muttered, not knowing the fact that Earth could hear him.

They both ate the simple breakfast. None of them spoke. Earth felt uncomfortable and Mix could feel the awkwardness in the air. They eat while talk about stuff. But they don't have a topic to talk about.

"So, um.. do you have plans for today?" Earth asked as he took a bite of the sandwich.

"Yes," Mix simply said. He continued eating the meal. Then, Mix asked him, "What about you?"

"Ugh, same. I be at work for a couple of hours," Earth said. Mix listened obediently.

"There's a photoshoot, for a mgazine. And they asked for a collab with Astro Stuff and VELENCE, " Earth continues.

Mix got up and jogged quickly to the kitchen to get his cheese sandwich that is toasted in a sandwich maker. Earth craned his neck to see what Mix is doing so sudden. Then Mix came back while saying, "Getting my grilled cheese sandwich. "Earth nodded.

"What 'bout you? What're your plans?" Earth asked.

"Senior shit. Aye force- well not force but 'asked' me to join them for a programme with first years, " Mix says with pouting and curled his 'Peace' fingers when he said asked. As always, Earth smiled at the pouting Mix.

"Why did you said its shit? I enjoyed it when I was at the programme, " Earth asked before he munched to an another sandwich.

"Was. P', was. That was 4 years ago. And probably you enjoyed it because I'm there," Mix said as he took his last bite of breakfast. Earth grinned because, well, Mix is right.

Then, Mix got up and took his empty dish to the the sink and place in there.

"Can you wash it for me, P'?" Mix asked as he looked at Earth. His P' nodded. Earth knew he wants to get ready because after Mix put his down his plate in the sink he instantly ran to the bathroom.

*FAST FOWARD (bcz its getting longer n im lazy asf)*

{Earth POV}

I'm washing up the dirty dishes while humming to some songs that were playing from my AirPods.

After a while, I was washing up the last plate and finally putting it on the dry rack. At the same time, I heard Mix calling from the bedroom. "Earth!"

I went over to the bedroom and saw Mix in his uniform and he's rummaging through the closet finding something.

"What's wrong?" I asked. Mix looked up to me and turned back to the closet.

"Have you seen my bag?" He asked. I was thinking hard where is it. I know what it looks like, and I knew that I saw it this morning. Also, not me trying to ignore the chorus of MIC DROP from BTS.

"I think it's in the living room," I said. He instantly ran to the living room, finding his bag.

"Got it!" Mix says from the living room. I followed him to the living room.

Then he went to me and placed a peck on my cheek, "Thanks P'."

"You're welcome," I smiled.

"Sorry but I don't have much time left. I only got 10 minutes before the programme starts. If I'm late, Aye's gonna kill me," he explains. I chuckled in response.

"I'll drive you there," I said watching him filling up his bag with his stuff.

"No need, P'. Khao and Podd are gonna pick me up," I nodded.

"Well gotta go," he says zipping his bag closed and rushingly wearing his shoes.

"Bye, P'," Mix placed a peck on my cheek and lips. I smiled to him.

"Okay. Oh, wait!" He turned around. I hand him his cheese sandwich that he made this morning.

"You might need this, for extra energy," I said, grinning. He smiled as took the sandwich .

"I'll pick you up after you finish the programme, okay?" I asked.

"Okay. 3pm," he simply said.

"3pm," I repeated. I kissed his cheek.
