Chapter 26

Bea POV

"Bei, lets get this dog!" Pangungulit ni Kianna. It has been 3 months since I brought her to Tagaytay. As time passed, she started to remember everything.

"But dont you have a dog already?" Kianna managed to pull us into a dog shop here in Cebu. We're with ate Ly and ate Den.  We're here in Cebu for GatoradexNike's  event. Jusko Kianna event pinunta natin dito hindi aso:((

"Dali na" Kianna said while hugging this pomeranian. 5 months na daw sabi nung salesman

"Ang cuuuuute!" We heard ate Den yell from across the shop. She was hugging a dog din. While ate Ly was shaking her head. Same ate Ly, Same.

"Dali na kasi" Kianna continued pushing me into allowing her to buy that.

"Kawawa yan! You have two giant dogs sa house mo" I said. And we're all the way in Cebu. How will she manage to get it home??

"I lost" Ate Ly sighed. She was behind me na pala. I looked at ate Den and she was already browsing the shop for puppy supplies while ate Ly was holding the yellow labrador puppy. Oh Lord, this would be me.

"Look oh! Ate Ly agreed with Den!" Kianna said while still persuading me. I looked at her and- please dont pout. Please dont pout. Please dont- Kianna held the puppy up and gave me her puppy eyes while pouting. The dog was even making pa-cute! Ugh.

"What are you going to name that thing?" I was starting to give in.

"Maybe Kat" Kianna said while playing with the puppy. Kat? Anong Kat?

"Cat? You cant name a dog Cat" I said scrunching my nose. I even heard the salesman chuckle

"Sorry,maam. Ang cute nyo po kasing magjowa"  the salesman said. I smiled at him and turned back to Kianna. God if I didnt love this woman, I'd leave her here sa shop.

"Pleaaaaaaaaaase? Dali na Bei" pangungulit pa nya while poking me.

"Kianna, I love you but naming a dog, Cat just sounds wrong. Besides, may event tayo. Where are you going to keep that?" I said and I heard ate Ly clap behind me.

"Thats a nice argument. Sana pala naipanglaban ko kay Den" ate Ly sighed while petting the puppy in her arms

"Look, Ly oh! Denly" ate Den came rushing towards us holding a cart full of puppy suplies and a dog tag with 'Denly' engraved. I laughed at ate Ly but suddenly realized I might have the same fate as her.

"Here. Hold him while I shop for his things" Kianna suddenly gave me the pomeranian and went with Deb to shop supplies. I looked at the puppy in my arms and he did look cute.

Minutes later, the puppy dozed off in my arms. Wala nako magagawa. She's going to buy it even if I say no eh.

"Beeeeeeeei! What do you want to name him?" Kianna walked towards us holding a black dog tag.

"Certainly not Kat. How about Keon?" I said.  While looking at the dog. I suddenly heard a camera flashed.

"Ang cute nyo eh! Look oh! He's asleep in your arms" Kianna said while showing me her phone.

——————————"How did we manage to get ourselves into this?" Ate Ly asked me while ate Den and Kianna were walking ahead of us with their puppies. Ate Ly and I were stuck carrying all the puppy supplies.

"Who decided to get out of the hotel kasi!" I said pointing out that ate Ly had the idea of shopping before the event kaya nakalabas kami ng hotel.

"Pet-friendly naman yung hotel. We should be ok" ate Ly said while scratching her neck. Pano ba naman kasi kami umuwing may bitbit na puppies.

"Oh andyan na pala kayo-" napatigil sa pagsasalita si sir jb. Yung manager nung event namin for Gatorade and Nike"Bat biglang may bitbit na kayo pauwi?" Nagtatakang tanong nya while he was petting Keon.

"Si Kianna kase""Si Den kasi" sabay namin nasabi ni ate Ly. Sir Jb just laughed at us and told us to prepare na for the event.

"Come here, Keon" I said with a baby voice. Napatawa nalang si Kianna while getting ready. I finished early. I was wearing a white nike fitted crop top, black cargo pants and a black and white windbreaker.

"Are you ready to go to the event? Yes? You are?" I cooed while playing with the puppy. He was wearing a nike shirt eh! Kianna found them sa store kanina.

"Lets go na, baby" yaya ni Kianna. She was wearing an all black outfit. Black cropped jacket, black sports bra and loose black nike button pants.  I carried Keon and Kianna locked our hotel room.

"He's my baby. Akin naaaa" she said habang inaagaw si Keon. Napasimangot naman ako.

"Di na ako?" I said while pouting. Kianna just chuckled

"Di na" she answered. Sinamaan ko naman ng tingin yung dog. Aagawan pala ako. Dapat di ko na pinayagan makuha."Aw inaaway ka ni Bei?" Kianna cooed the dog. Mas lalo naman akong nainis kay Keon. He's just a dog, I know. But ang sarap na talaga itapon.

"Ugh annoying ka" I said while staring at Keon. Pinalo naman agad ako ni Kianna

"Inaaway mo naman ehhhh" Kianna said while pinching my ears. That hurts! Physically and emotionally noh! Bati naman kami ni Keon kanina. Biglang aagawan ako?

"Backstabber" I muttered while still staring at Keon.

"Such a baby" Kianna said while shaking her head. Ah ngayon ako na yung baby ganon?

"Ang daya! Bat kayo may aso?" We met Mika

"Ask your teammate" I said bitterly. Not that im angry with Keon ha. Slight lang.

"Haynako, Bei. We bought him kanina. Sina ate Ly din meron!" Kianna said and right on cue, Alyden came in with their puppy Denly. I just noticed how big the puppy is. 4 months palang but its already bigger than our pomeranian

"Love naman, let me hold him" we heard ate Ly whine. Mukhang di sya pinapayagan ni ate Den na hawakan yung dog——————————"Last 5 months nalang national team training natin" Tyang Aby said over dinner. The event went smoothly. We got the chance to meet with the fans and also do activities with them while introducing Gatorades and Nikes collaboration.

"We'll leave next week diba? For Japan" ate Ly stated. Sa Japan kami magtratraining for 1 and a half week? Then balik na sa Manila tapos tuloy tuloy na training because the U23 tournament in Thailand will start at August na. February palang naman ngayon. We started training as soon as the holidays were over.

"And bawal aso don" I grinned. Yes! No more Keon!

"Ngiting tagumpay" Said ate Ly while laughing. She has the same situation eh. Inagawan na din sya ni Denly. Napasimangot naman si ate Den and Kianna

"You're both cruel and mean" Ate Den said and rolled her eyes.

"Mana mana lang tsk" Kianna said while shaking her head.

"Nako! Kulang nalang kanina na itapon na ni Beadel si Keon" singit ni Tyang.

"Grabe makatingin. Napansin ko din" Mika said and they were all laughing. Halata naman pala! Itapon ko na nga?

"Eyes off, Bei" Kianna threatened me.

"My eyes are only for you noh!" I said. Natigilan naman si Kianna. One point for BDL!

"Tara na nga Mika, uwian na"Tyang teased. Nagtawanan naman sila ate.

"Tch. Pasikat" I heard Kianna whisper. Eh pasikat na pala tingin sakin, sulitin ko na. I leaned closer to her and stole a quick kiss from her.

"Gising pa mga bata!" Mika said causing  them to laugh. While Kianna, she was blushing. Another point for BDL!

"Pulang pula na si Kianna oh! Pano kaya kung si Ly pa yung nagblush?" Ate Den teased Kianna

"Edi maroon!" I joked. They laughed except for ate Ly syempre. I'll ready my coffin na.

"Maghihintay ako sa Japan. Di ka na namin isasama pauwi" Ate Ly said sending me a death glare.

——————————After dinner, we went up straight to our hotel rooms. Kianna was already done with her night routine and I just finished. Keon was already asleep sa carrier cage that we bought for him.

"I love you, babyyyyyyy" I said while jumping on the bed and landing next to Kianna.

"I love you, too" Kianna said, obviously sleepy na. She buried her face on my chest and cuddled me.

"Im so glad you came back" I muttered while kissing her hand. She looked up and smiled at me.

"I'll never leave, baby. I promise" she said and we both dozed off to deep sleep
