CHAPTER 38 : COME BACK

Jennie's POV

trying my best to get the best outfit for our next date.

Yeah he always said he doesnt mind what im gonna wearing.. but care it too much.. being picky thats me anyway..

I think its been 1 hour im choosing my outfit. I takeout all my outfits from my wardrobe and drop it all on my bed.

Ughh its hard to choose tho!

Maybe i should ask him??

Nahh..

His answer always the same

"Just wear anything babyy. You always looked beautiful to me."

Every time he said that..

I felt ..

The blood rushes to my cheeks... im getting more embarrassed when he always caught me with that face..

But i cant deny the fact that..

I love it when he said that..

Alright enough for that..

I think i already decide what im gonna wear..

Simple black dress it is just okay right?

Ding dong ding dong

Aishh this boy always did that. Pretend not knowing my passcode..

I grabbed my things and rush to the main door..

Not bothering to peek who is it.. cause i know its him..smiling from ear to ear..

I unlock the door and opened it..

My smiles faded away when i saw its not him..

But..

A few strangers..

"So you are Jennie?"

"Fuck off."

I was about to slammed the door shut but they are too quick.. they push the door back opened..

I ran to my room and locked it..

On that time i scold myself.

I should listen what Y/N said.. "dont open the door before you know who is the guess."

Knock knock

"Open the door, sweetheart."

I dont know what should I do.

I hide myself under the bed.

They bang the door loudly than before.

"Dont make it so hard, babygirl.." i felt cringed with that pet name. Especially when it come out from others except Y/N.

"I count until 3."

"3..."

"2..."

"1.."

I felt relieved a bit when i heard the footsteps walk away from my room.

Bang

Not anymore.

"I told you right. Dont make it so hard, babygirl.." one of the man chuckled.

I could see the footsteps from my position.

I cupped my mouth to prevent myself from make any noise.

A split second i felt my leg was been dragged out from the bed.

"There you are hahaha."

"LET ME GO!"

i kicked his ball make one of them hissed in pain.

I get up and try to run but another man pull me.

"Where do you think you going lady?"

I struggled to release myself from his hold ... but im too weak to do that.

"Playing hard huh? I like it."

I bite his wrist make him groan in pain and he quickly release me.

I thought im already safe but..

Nah..

When the third stranger cupped my mouth with a handkerchief..

My sight getting blurred.

"Sleep well, beautiful."

That the last thing i heard before i passed out..

Y/N's POV

"So you had bring Jennie to the match before?"

I nodded.

A slap landed on my right cheek..

Well i deserved that.

She was about to slap me again but her boyfriend grabbed her hand.

"Cool down, Jisoo."

"How could i cool down? He already put my bestfriend to the danger before!"

I just closed my eyes and sighed. I should not listen to Jennie's beg before.

"Well passed is passed, Jisoo.  Now lets help him to figure out where is Jennie ya.." Hyunjin try to calm Jisoo down.

"Now, Y/N.. do you have any clue that flash on your mind?"

"How could I know?"

"Try to think, buddy.."

My phone rings .. got attention from all of us.

I took it from my pocket..

I looked at the caller ID.

Private Number

"What you waiting for Y/N? PICK IT UP!" Jisoo sternly said.

I pressed the accept button and turn the speaker on.

"Hello?" I begin.

"He..hello Babee.." a trembling familiar voice.. of course its Jennie.

"Baby where are you?"

"Please come here. Im scared." I could hear her sobs.

Its make me hate myself for hurting her again.

"Tell me where are you?"

"A ware-"

"Hello Bear.." another voice cut her off.. maybe he snatch the phone from her.

"What do you want?"

"Are you sure you gonna do what i want?"

"JUST FUCKING TELL ME!"

"Woah.. you are grew up well.. is it because of this girl?"

"Dont touch me!" Her background voice make my inner self getting more anger.

"DONT TOUCH HER! I WILL KILL YOU."

"HAHAHHAA! Wow.. a bear being a protective huh.."

"Just tell me what do you want and dont hurt her."
