Ch 12- Where To?
02:35, 14 April 2013Caralina's eyes fluttered open, her sight immediately adjusting to the dim candle light.
She was back in the small room with the many coffins and no windows. Her back was pressed to the floor, kept warm by the many blankets she was entangled in.
She saw her clothes from the previous night on the floor. She defineatly could not keep them now. They were torn to shreds.
The previous night came back to her slowly.
Her waking up beside Alucard, hunting down her first pray, making that mother forget that terrible night, sharing blood with Alucard and becoming his mate, and then coming back here as their needs became too much to bare.
She had loved every bit of it. The way he softly kissed her. The way their bodies seemed to fit perfectly into each others, as if they had truly been made for each other. The way he had carresed her soft skin. The way he had sometimes gotten carried away and shook the building, probably the rest of the neighborhood as well. The way their bodies had moved in time with each other. The pleasure it gave the both of them to be together in that way.
Then, she became worried. What if it had not been as good for him as it was for her?
She rolled over to face him, his body pressed against hers with an arm draped around her. He was sleeping so soundly.
She brushed the bangs from his face, making him stir slightly and press closer to her. She felt something big brush her leg.
She looked down at the spot between his hips. It was covered by the blankets, but she could still remember the size of it. His large man-hood had been inside her, making her feel a pleasure she had never felt before.
Truthfully, she had been afraid before he had entered her. Afraid of how it would feel.
As if sensing it, or quit possibly smelling it, he had said, "I will be gentle."
He had been gentle, most of the time, but it had still hurt when he had entered a place not a one had ever entered before. He had not been so gentle to her clothes, though, when he had taken them off, hence the fact that they were now scattered around the wood floor. The only thing that had been saved were her shoes, and that was only because they had fallen off her small feet before any clothes had been removed.
Before she knew what she was doing, she brought her lips to his. He was kissing her back before he was even awake.
His eyes slowly opened and their eyes met when they broke the kiss.
He smiled down at her and wrapped both his arms around her.
"Morning," he said sleepily.
"Morning," she replied, a small smile on her face.
"Did you sleep alright?" he asked, an undertone of some emotion she could not hear in his voice.
"Yes. Did you?" she asked, wanting to ask him something else but afraid to hear the answer.
"Like a man who just had the best night of his life," Alucard chuckled.
"So, it was good for you? I did not do anything wrong?" Caralina asked, looking up at him like a lost kitten.
"Of course it was. How could you think you did anything wrong?" Alucard asked.
"I.... I am inexperienced. I was worried that I had not made it pleasurable for you," Caralina said, a blush on her fair skin.
"You are not the only one without experience until last night, My Sweet Angel," Alucard chuckled.
"Really? Someone like you... I would have thought..." Caralina blushed harder.
Alucard flipped himself so that he was partially lying on top of her and cupped her face in his hands.
"You are the only woman I have ever wanted. No one could ever grab my attention the way you do," Alucard said as he moved a stray lock of hair from her beautiful face. "I am hopelessly and endlessly in love with you, My Sweet Angel."
She wrapped her arms around his neck and smiled at him as she partially arched her back from the ground.
"And I you, My Dark Prince," Caralina replied, her beautiful blue eyes sparkling in the soft candle light.
Their lips met each others and Alucard wrapped an arm around her back, gently putting some of his weight on her and easing her to the floor.
They enjoyed another round of each others company that night. He had to be more careful with her this time. She was still sore from the previous time. Had she still been human, she may not have survived him.
(Several Hours Later)
Caralina lay on top of Alucard's chest as he gently stroked her back with the tips of his fingers.
She sighed to herself.
"Is something the matter?" Alucard asked.
"No, I am just so happy right now," Caralina replied.
"As am I," Alucard said as he kissed the top of her head and took in the sweet smell of her hair. She always smelled like orange blossoms and roses. Even more so now that she was a vampire.
"We can go anywhere. Do anything. We do not even have to worry about aging. We can be together for all time," Caralina smiled.
"Of course we can. Until this body fails on me, I shall never leave your side," Alucard said. "Besides, do you really think I would ever leave you? Or let you leave, for that matter?"
"Oh, I know you would never leave me. I just not so sure about the last part," Caralina teased as she folded her arms aross his chest and placed her head on her hands.
"I could chain you down. Or burry you in a coffin. Let us see you leave me then," Alucard teased back, seasing her arms in a playful manner and rolling on top of her.
"I would like to see you try," Caralina said, wagging her head in the air and tangling her fingers in his hair.
"Do not tempt me."
They were quiet for a while as they lay next to each other.
"Where do you want to go?" Alucard asked.
"Pardon?" Caralina asked, surprised at the sudden question.
"Anywhere in the world. Name it and we will go," Alucard said.
She tilted her head at him. She had not really given it much thought.
The world was such a big place. So many places to choose from. Then again, they had the rest of their unnatural lives to see it all.
"Shall we start with England?" Caralina asked. She had always wanted to go and see Big Ben in London.
"England it is, then," Alucard replied. "We shall go tomorrow."
"So soon? How shall we get there?"
"I heard down at the docks about a cargo ship taking new inmates to England tomorrow. We will get to see the ocean and have a few snacks along the way."
Caralina smiled at this. She did not know if she actually would kill any of them, but what harm could come from simply tasting? Vampires needed to eat, too.
"However, there is one downside," Alucard said, a warning tone in his voice.
"What is that?" Caralina asked.
"Flowing water restricts our powers. I do not know what may happen on the ship."
"I do not care. As long as we are together, it does not matter."
Alucard smiled at her once more.
"My brave little kitten," Alucard said, nuzzling his face with hers as if he were a dog.
"My viciously frightening dog," Caralina replied, nuzzling him as if she were a cat.
As the sun rose to bring the start of a new day, Alucard wrapped a sheet around Caralina and carried his mate to one of the larger coffins, lying her down and getting in beside her.
The next day, neither of them knew what the futter would hold as they snuck abord the cargo ship to take them to England.
If they had, they probably would have gone anyway.

Short chapter, I know. But I think you'll like the next one. It's going to be bringing in a few new players to the game.
Hope you liked it! Sorry if it got a little messy at some parts!
