Im getting married. How should I react? Im still letting it sink in when my father entered my room. He had that proud of you son smile on his face. "There he is! My best son!" He opened his arms for a hug and I stared at him. After a sec his wide smile faded then I looked back down on my floor

"Look son after the marriage you can just prepare for a divorce. If you want to get to know Joohyun first it's fine just approve to this wedding." I stood up still not looking at him.

"Dad, No woman would ever marry me after this. Because no woman deserve to be the second choice. And even if we did part ways after or divorce as you call it so easily the woman I really love wouldn't like to be a second choice." This time I looked at him. It's true. Who would like to be second best right?

"Is this about her again? Chanyeol, Eunji doesn't even know how you feel. You don't have the guts to tell her. Do you even have a plan on telling her? By the looks of it I'm giving you a favor. A chance to get married." He pointed me when he said the word you.

My father knows me so well. He knows I like Eunji and he knows I don't have the guts to tell her how I feel.

1st year college. I didn't talk to anyone except for that rich guy in math class that gives me ballpen when I need one. My dorm was a bus away from school.

On Wednesday morning I was waiting at the bus stop when I saw a girl and I recognized her uniform. She goes at the same school as me but she doesn't look familiar. I looked away and closed my eyes breathing the cold wind in.

I heard the bus stop infront of me, I opened my eyes and as I was about to go inside someone tapped me on my shoulder. I looked and saw the same girl from earlier.

I removed my earphones. "Uhh sorry to bother you but does this bus goes to Sevit College?" she said. I gave her a nod and went inside. She followed behind me and I can tell she's going to follow me going out too. I catched a glimpse of her taking a good look on what Im wearing. Which is our school uniform.

The bus stopped and like I guessed she did followed me down. I looked back a little fast than I expected that she flinched. She looked at the ground shyly and pulled her skirt down even though nothing's wrong with it.

"I'm—I'm sorry for following you.." she trailed off. "I'm kinda new here in seoul and I don't want to get lost." she said still looking at the ground. I slowly nod "Nahh it's fine. I don't have friends too so maybe it's fine for you to tag along with me." I may look cold and unfriendly outside but I've got a soft side too.

I can tell she likes what she heard because she looked at me and smiled at me with her eyes almost gone. She ran towards me and walked beside me until we reached the school.

That first year together was the happiest. I didn't know I had feelings towards her until 2nd year college.

Years after here I am now getting married to someone I don't even know. I parked infront of Eunji's apartment. She recently got a new apartment closer to the store she said she's going to work with.

I rang the doorbell and looked around. "Looks safe" I said to myself. "It does doesn't it?" I flinched and looked beside me.

"Eunji? Where did you come from?" I said still shocked. She pulled up the plastic bags she's holding and shook it. "Groceries. It's just across the street" she said giving me that eye smile. I reached for the plastic bags and she opened her apartment.

Right away I smelled her fragrance all over the apartment. "What do think?" She asked. "Well..smells like you." she looked at me like I'm being weird. "..in another word! it's amazing. Very cool. Big window. Nice it's great" I really mean it but It came out sarcastic.

"Thanks. It's really hard finding this kind of apartment. Especially apartments with these..." she gestured at the big window I just complimented. We laughed and placed her groceries on the table.

"Why are you here by the way? Any news?" She said. "Well..."  I took a sit at her pink sofa. "I'm happy... not really to announce Im getting married soon."
