Chapter 28: Two of them

-About 6 years later-

I sat in a hospital bed slowly breathing. Bella, Bill and Dipper sat beside me. I smiled. I was happy to have them here. "You guys, it's not like I'm dying!" I laughed. They all rolled their eyes. Bella poked my tummy. It jiggled. She jumped back surprised. Everyone laughed. "Of have a reason to be here." Bill declared. "Oh yeah?" Dipper agged him on. "Yeah! Mabel's having my children. I just hope they look as good as me. " He smirked. Everyone sighed. I smiled. Suddenly Dr. Qari burst in. "Alright! Let's get these rugrats out!" She clapped her hands. I nodded. "If you're not a doctor or a nurse get out!" I yelled. Bill gave me a kiss. Bella hugged me and followed Bill out. Dipper kissed my forehead. "Good luck Sis." He hugged me and ran out.

2 and a half hours later....

I held two little bundles in my arms. One a baby boy. He had blond hair. One of his eyes were blue the other red. His name is Benji. The other bundle was a girl. She had brown hair and a birthmark of a heart on her forehead. She had brown eyes like me. Her name is Maisy. Quietly Bill, Dipper and Bella tiptoed in. Bella's jaw dropped. "Mabel! Their beautiful." She. Looked astounded. I smiled. "You wanna hold one?" I asked her. She nodded. I put Maisy in her arms. She smiled. Bill looked at Benji. Bill poked Benji's cheek. Benji smiled. "He's a tiny meatsock!" Bill said. I giggled. "Here." I put Benji in his arms. He looked confused. Benji reached for bill's long blonde hair. Bill Grinned. I cried happy tears. Bella let Dipper hold maisy. He hugged her to his body. "Your gonna make a great uncle." I said to Dipper. He smiled. I was very happy. My life was now complete. Dipper placed Maisy back in my arms. He kissed her head. Bill placed Benji back in my arms. The 3 left the room. We slowly fell asleep.
