Chapter 7: We're all together

Brianna's POV

   I turned around and saw Mirabel ran out of nowhere from broken pieces of casita,"Mirabel!" I yelled out to her as she turned her attention to me. I sighed in relief as I saw her. I ran to her and gave her a hug "You got me so worried, Mira. Do not ever do that again or else. Bueno?" I looked at her sternly, She smiled then nodded.

   "Sí, Prima" She agreed then turned to Tia Julieta who just ran from the opposite way where Mirabel came from shortly followed by Tio Agustin who has his head stung by many bees a while ago, They hugged each other. I walked back to Dolores and stood beside her.

   "There were bees everywhere" Tio Agustin said to Mirabel as she smiled and held her father's cheek, Tio Agustin smiled  "I'll be alright" he patted Mirabel's shoulder.

   "Not that we don't have a house-.." Camilo commented before getting elbowed by Papi "What? I can't say we don't have a house?" He pointed at the ruins of Casita "look! What is that? Not a house?" He continues as Me and Dolores chuckled at our little brother.

    Mirabel went inside— well went up Casita's ruins, Where the entrance should've been.

   "Look at this home, we need a new foundation. It may seems hopeless but we'll get by, just fine" She sang as we went in following her.

   "Look at this family, a glowing constellation" She held Isabella's hands as her sister smiled at her. Wow, talk about that. "So full of stars and everybody wants to shine. But the stars song shine they burn. And the constellation, shift." Antonio and Mirabel smiled at each other after connecting their foreheads. Mirabel then saw Luisa who is trying to move a piece of Casita aside. "And I think it's time you learn, your more than just your gift" Mirabel helped Luisa move the piece as she put a hand on Luisa's shoulder.

    "And I'm sorry, I held on too tight" Abuella came in too as she held a sorry face. She came up to Mami and Tia Julieta. "Just so afraid I'd lose you too" she, Mami and Tia smiled at each other. What made me surprised was when Abuella reached her hand out the entrance and tio Bruno came into view! "A miracle is not some magic that you've got, The miracle is you, not some gift just you." Abuella and Tio Bruno held each other's hand as Abuella showed that she doesn't care about Tio's gift anymore. "The miracle is you" she held her arms out as Mami and Tia Julieta held a surprised and shock face that they saw Tio Bruno and they ran and hugged Tio almost lifted him up the ground. Well, They did.

   Me, Camilo, Antonio and Dolores smiled at each other, everyone is now reunited. "Okay so we gonna talk about Bruno?" Camilo sang along a bit of a question. "That's Bruno?" Antonio asked again.

   Tio Bruno chuckled awkwardly "yeah, there's a lot to say about Bruno" his tone started awkward "I'll start, Okay. Pepa I'm sorry about your wedding" then Tio Bruno pulled Mami in the middle of the room to Papi as he was like rapping "you don't need to be upsetting, that wasn't a prophecy. I just see you were sweating, and I want you to know that your bro, loves you so." He hugged Mami for a meer second then started throwing, salt or sugar? In the air. "Let it in. Let it out. Let it rain, Let it snow. Let it go!" He sang while doing so.

   "That's what I was saying, bro" papi said giving mami a look as she playfully rolled her eyes. Tio Bruno then slides to Tia Julieta.

(A/N: Okay so I was too tired to type anymore lyrics with action in some parts so I'm just gonna type the lyrics of the song, I'm so sorry in advance if I typed some wrong clips )

(A/N: okay this part I know)

   I heard some other people singing, more like a (oOoOh) as I know the others heard it too "what's that sound?" Abuella questioned as Antonio looked outside and answered her questions. "I think it's everyone in town"

"Hey! Lay down your load (lay down your load)We are only down the road (we are only down the road)We have no gifts, but we are manyAnd we'll do anything for you" the town folks started bringing us many supplies to rebuild Casita as I saw Theodore and Diego carrying some bricks. I laughed as Theodore handed me one and patted my head. Theodore then looked at Diego and winked at both of us as he went to the other to help making cement.

   "Miss me?" Diego joked as I giggled at his words, He puts down the bricks. He was such a gentleman when he took that one brick I had and put it down for me. I smiled as he did so and when he got up, I kissed his cheek. Why are they so tall?

   He was taken aback at me as I just smiled at him innocently. "What was that for?" He questioned with an eyebrow raised as I shrugged then walked away making him even more confused, Inside I'm laughing at his face. Well, now that I got to know what Diego truly is. I think I don't need to cancel what Abuella wants. I think Im already starting to like the real Diego, Starting! Means, he still needs to court me so I can fully accept him. I don't want to get married when I turned 21 like Isabella. As i thought of that, I saw Dolores walking with Mariano, Her arms around his. EEEKKKK! They're finally together now?! That's great! Hope they don't get marry yet though.

   I left them alone and helped with the building of Casita, By the next day at noon we finished it. It's like the real think but without the bright colors. But it's good enough to be a home.

   "Look at this home, I like the new foundation" Mirabel sang as her and Abuella looked at the new build house of madrigal's. Arms linked together.

"It isn't perfect"

"Neither are we"

    Abuella chuckled "that's true. Just one more thing, before the celebration" Abuella continued.

    "What?" Mirabel looked at Abuella but Tio Bruno popped in to answer her.

    "We need a doorknob" he said as Antonio walked forward to Mirabel. Holding the doorknob that we made

     "We made this one for you" I heard him whisper putting the doorknob on Mirabel's palm. She stared at it then looked at us. She walked towards the door with Antonio.

    "We see how bright you've burn" Me and my family sang, smilling at Mirabel as she walked. "We see how brave you've been" Isabella and Luisa smiled and nodded at their little sis.

    "Now see yourself in turn" Tia Julieta and Tio Agustin sang together, While their arms are around each other.

     "Your the real gift kid, let us in" Tio Bruno smiled at Mirabel, She smiled back and walked to Abuella who is now standing Infront of the door. It feels like Mirabel is just getting her gift now, A bit late actually.

     "Open your eyes" Abuella held Mirabel's cheeks "Abre los ojosWhat do you see?" Abuella motioned to the doorknob on Mirabel's palm.

      "I see me, All of me" Mirabel said almost tearing up, She walked up to the door and put the doorknob on. Then the unexpected happened. Casita turned bright! The windows waved. We all gasped and Mirabel waved back at the house "Hola, Casita" She said as the tiles under her tilted up then lifted us all up going in the house, The town folks followed us in.

    I felt this rising sensation through my body as I looked in my hands, It was now cold almost letting out smoke as I grinned and twirled around as I produced an Ice circle around me then it melted, I was now in a new outfit. My hair tied into a braid and my clothes turned to my normal liking, white on the top then fading into blue when it reaches the bottom, My shoes are glass, Like ice. Snow flakes designed in every corner of my silky dress as I giggled and Made it snow in my place and the kids ran around the snow, I chuckled as everyone is happy. 

   I saw Theodore and Diego as they were chatting happily, Theodore turned to me and winked as he nudged Diego. I smiled then went to them. I kissed Diego's cheek again as I chuckled at his look before I was lifted up by Casita and the other Madrigal's were in the middle of the room. I was beside Dolores as We smiled at the camera. "la familia madri-...gal!" We were pushed together when the camera clicked. That's where our whole family came together, literally. Ever since then our family lived together in perfect harmony, Every member of the family understood each other. No one ever thinked of somebody else as a bad family. Oh! And about me and Diego? We are still working things out in our relationship. This is where our story ends, And a new one starts.
