Chapter 91: (Helena's Point Of View!!)

"Marshall are you sure about this?" I asked him.

"Yeah I am Helena. That little girl isn't going to be happy with Kim." He said as he came and laid down next to me. I was sitting up.

"I can care less what Kim says about me. We were fine in till now." I said.

"You are more of a mother to my daughters then her." He said as he looked up at me.

"I love those girls. They are my daughters. At least I have them if I can’t get pregnant. Whitney is her daughter. I would love another kid in the house but Marshall, Whitney is all Kim has right now." I told him.

"I don't care. I am not going to leave her live with Kim. I don't care if she’s not my daughter." He said as he looked up at the ceiling.

"Okay." I said as I looked down at him. A couple of minutes passed then Marshall said

"I have to tell you something." He said still looking up.

"What?" I said as I looked at the fireplace.

"We're moving." He said.

"What?" I quickly said as I looked at him.

"Helena... I miss Detroit. I bought a house before we got married. It’s beautiful. I got Kim a house too. She’s not staying here when she gets the girls." He said as he sat up.

"You already bought the house!?" I said.

"I was waiting to tell you." He said as he looked at me.

"But, but our life's are here. My daughter is here!" I said as I looked at him.

"Helena. Madelyn is going to be with us wherever we go. Just because she’s buried here doesn't mean she’s only here. I already talked to Julie and Caroline. They are moving with us. It’s close to Chicago! We can drive there! Please. You’re going to love the house." Marshall told me.

Marshall's right. My daughter goes with me wherever I go. My family will be closer to me. It’s like a new start.

"When do we start packing?" I said and once I said that Marshall smiled.

*the next day!*

I ranged the doorbell. Kim came and opened the door.

"What?" She asked me.

"Can I come in?" I asked her.

She opened the door then let me in. I didn't sit down.

"Listen Kim... I know you and Marshall have been through a lot. I am sorry that Marshall wants to take custody of Whitney. I tried to te-" I said then Kim cut me off.

"Helena I don't need your sympathy okay." She said in a bitchy tone.

"You know what... We were fine okay. I wasn't mad at you and you weren't mad at me! What is it huh!?" I screamed at her.

"My daughters! My daughters talk about you all the time! I know I made mistakes but they are my everything." Kim said as she looked at me with teary eyes.

"Kim. Those girls love you. It was never my intention to hurt you." I said. My eyes started to get glossy.

"I mean look at me! I can’t even have kids. My daughter passed away because of me... Me! Those girls are as much mine as they are yours! I love them so much and they don't even have my blood flowing through their veins. I am sorry! I am sorry you feel this way. I never meant for this to happen but for the girls sake we have to get along." I said through my tears. Kim walked over and hugged me.

"I am sorry Helena. I... I promise to work things out. Those girls deserve the world. Thank you. Thank you for caring about my daughters when I didn't." She said crying.

"You’re a great mother Kim. It’s okay. I promise to always care for those girls. I love them." I told her. Kim nodded her head a she wiped away her tears.

"Okay. I have to go. Make sure you start packing." I said as I walked towards the door.

"Pack?" She asked me.

"We’re moving to Detroit." I said then walked out.

That’s it. Kim and I are good.
