Chapter 63

Chapter 63: (Helena's Point of View!!)

The next day me and Marshall woke up and decided to go shopping for the baby. We headed to Babies'R'Us. When we got there we walked in holding hands. Since it was only 9:30 am there was barely any people. We walked over to the crib isle.

"What color do you want the crib babe?" Marshall asked me.

"I think white. White goes with any color" I replied.

 "How bout this one?" Marshall asked me pointing to a crib. It was a white crib that came with the diaper changer on the side.

 "I like it." I said.

"Well then were taking it." Marshall said then picked it up and put it in the shopping cart. We walked over to the car seats.

 "Aw look at this one." I said. It was a light green car seat with picture of cute animated animals and with little animal toys at the top dangling.

 "It has giraffes." Marshall said.

 "Okay so?" I asked.

 "You know me and giraffes Helena." He said.

 "Oh come on it’s for the baby not you." I said laughing. Marshall grabbed it and also put it in the cart.

"We haven't even started the nursery yet." I told Marshall.

 "Well don't worry we will hire some people to design it. If they don't finish it on time the baby and its things will stay with us in our room." Marshall said.

 "Okay." I replied.

I only have three months of my pregnancy left. The baby is due in October. I was really hoping around Marshall's birthday. My birthday is in September. Hailie’s is on Christmas and Alaina's just passed in May.

"What else do you wanna try and get now?" Marshall asked me.

 "Um for today I think this is fine." I replied.

"Okay." He replied.

 We walked over to pay and right away the cashier recognized us. She asked us for an autograph then we left. We drove home and when we got there Marshall carried the things to the guest room where he kept his tools. He said he would leave them in here for now because he didn't want it falling. Tomorrow is my ultrasound to find out the sex of the baby. I am really excited. The rest of the day i spent it with Marshall and the girls.

(Eminem's Point Of View!!)

It was finally the day. Today we are finding out the sex of the baby. I am really excited and so is Helena. Hailie and Alaina stayed with Julie and Caroline at home. We were at the doctor already and we were waiting for what felt like hours.

"Helena Lopez." The nurse opened the door and said.

 Finally! She led us to the same ultrasound room we always go to.

"Glad to see you again Ms. Lopez. Finding out the sex of the baby today huh?" The nurse said.

 "Yes." Helena said smiling as she laid down.

 "Excited Dad?" The nurse asked me.

 "Very." I replied.

 "Okay then let’s get this started shall we?" The nurse said.

 She put the jelly on Helena's tummy. She started moving around the ultrasound thing.

 "Okay there’s the baby." The nurse said. We were listening to the baby’s heartbeat.

"Hmm...” The nurse said.

 "Is everything okay?" Helena asked.

 "Well it seems like the baby is crossing its legs. She or he doesn't let me check the sex." The nurse said.

"Aw. Is it something I did wrong?" Helena asked.

 "No, no. Sometimes the babies just don't let themselves show. I am really sorry. We won't be able to find out the sex of the baby today. We will try your next appointment." The nurse said them exited the room.

 "This sucks." Helena said.

"It’s okay. The baby is shy today. Next time hopefully we will find out." I said to make Helena feel better.

I felt kind of sad because I wanted to find out the sex of the baby today. Helena got her next appointment. We gathered our stuff and left. Since there is only three months left in her pregnancy it’s time to plan her baby shower.
