Chapter 22: (HELENAS POINT OF VIEW!)

 I woke up at 7 am. I was really nervous about my interview with E! News today. I quickly took a shower. Juliana and Caroline were probably more nervous than me. They were all over the place changing over and over again. I giggled to myself just watching them freak out. When my hair was dry I called Caroline to help me curl it.

"Ugh. I am so jealous of your hair!" She said as she curled it.

 After that she helped do my make-up and choose my outfit. After 2 hours we were all ready to go. I decided to let Julie drive. It was a 2 hour drive but we were finally here! At this point I was really nervous but I was doing my best at hiding it unlike Julie and Caroline.

"Calm down! Everything's fine... Just looking at you two makes me even more nervous." I told them.

"Okay... Okay were just a little worried! It’s like our first official day!" Caroline said.

 I giggled. When we got upstairs everything for the interview was ready.

"Helena what if they ask you a question you can’t answer?" Julie asked me.

 "Like what?" I quickly asked.

"Like about Marshall" she replied.

 "Well I don't think I will say anything. I mean I am still getting use to calling him my boyfriend and I didn't even ask him.” I said.

They called me to set and I sat down. Caroline came over to put more lipstick and makeup on me.

 "Good luck!" she said as she got off the stage.

Guiliana Rancic came over and introduced herself. All of a sudden I heard “Were on in 5,4,3,2,1!”

"Hello everyone! Joining me today is the lovely Helena Lopez! It’s so nice to have you here Helena!" Guiliana said.

 "Thank you! It’s so nice to be here." I said as I smiled.

 "How’s your career been going so far? I heard the new song with JT. I loved it!" She said.

 "Well it’s going really well! And I am really glad you like it." I replied.

 "How was it working with Justin? And are you currently working with anyone else?" She quickly asked.

 "Working with Justin was wonderful. He's really kind and he gave me a lot of advice career wise. Currently I am working with Dr.Dre which is really amazing." I said.

 "Wow! Dr.Dre? Over the weekend paparazzi actually caught you and Eminem! Is there anything between you two? Is he also helping you out?" Guiliana asked me as the picture of me and Marshall came up on the TV behind us.

 Shit! I knew they were going to ask me this.

"Well Dre has been out of town so Marshall actually stepped up and is helping me out." I replied.

"Wow well how is Marshall? What’s he like?" She quickly asked me.

 "He's really amazing. He's really down to earth and he's really easy to talk to. I have opened up to him over the past few weeks." I replied.

 "Well that’s really nice. It’s good to have people that share the same love for something open up to each other." She said.

 "Yeah it really is." I quickly replied.

 For the rest of the interview Guiliana asked me a lot of questions about my family and life.

 "Well Helena it was so nice to have you here today! Hopefully you come back soon." She said and then hugged me.

"Thank you! It was nice being here today. I will definitely be back." I replied.

 Soon the man yelled "off-air!"

"You did a really good job Helena. It was nice to meet you! Make sure to come back soon." Guiliana said.

"Thank you so much! I will be back." I said bye and thank you to everyone.

 "Helena you did so well!" Julie and Caroline said.

"Thanks. I am tired though. I want to go home and wait for my cousins." I said.

 "They are coming tomorrow though." Caroline replied.

 "Yeah but I am really excited for them to come. By the way you guys can take the day off. I was thinking of calling Marshall over."

"Aw and okay me and Caroline have been craving frozen yogurt." Julie replied. We got all our things together and left E!
