Chapter 17

Lucy's POV

After the bright light faded we were able to look around us. And we were left astonished.

You could see dragons everywhere. But the most beautiful thing was that there were beautiful islands that were floating in the sky. Every island was full of trees and each tree had something Special, which I thing had to do with the magic of the dragon that lived there.

After a few seconds we heard a voice. "Welcome home, princess Lucy!" We looked behind us and looked at the dragon who spoke. The dragon had beautiful golden scales and its wings were white with golden. "I'm Stella, the Celestial dragon and your mother's right hand. I was expecting your arrival, so please come with me."

I felt like... I don't know how to say it. Like I was home? I don't know.

We followed the dragon. Stella went into the woods that were behind us. And after 10 minutes of walking we were out of the woods.

In front of us stood a palace. It was big. Reallyyy big! And its walls were golden. Around the palace were some gardens and a river that passed threw the gardens.

We passed over the river By a bridge and soon enough we were in front of the palace's doors. Stella stopped and a light surrounded her. After a few seconds the light faded and there stood a middle aged woman. She had golden hair that were reaching her back. Also at the end of her hair the golden changed to different colors, like blue, light blue and purple which reminded the sky in different time of the day.

While we were walking you could hear my friends who admired everything around us. Natsu was beside me the whole time, holding my hand.

Stella opened the doors for us. The palace was literally huge! The roof was colored blue... Like the sky. The walls were golden, like the exterior of the palace.

"The roof changes color. It depends on what time of the day it is. In the night it takes the dark blue color of the sky with the stars and also you can see some constellations." Stella explained to us. After that she started walking again and we followed.

She stopped in front of a big door and turned to look at us. Me specifically.

"This is the throne room. Your mother is inside. Are you ready?" She asked me. I took a deep breath and I tightened the grip to Natsu's hand. "Before you go in. Your mother doesn't know about you being here. I only new but I didn't tell her. I wanted to be a surprise for her. She hasn't smile in a while" Stella explained with sadness. I nodded and I tried to give her a reassuring smile. Then she opened the door and got in.

Narrator's POV

The queen was talking with some of the dragon's, who were in human form. Specifically, she was talking with some of her most trusted dragons. The dragons had finally found some clues that were leading to Justin.

Suddenly the doors opened and Stella came in.

"My queen! You have visitors!" She said. The queen looked surprised but she didn't have time for that.

"I'm sorry Stella. Tell them to wait. Nothing is more important than my children" she explained.

A certain blond heard that and before Stella was able to answer she stepped forward.

"My friends and I are very sorry for coming uninvited. Let me introduce my self" the queen looked at the Blond. She looked familiar. "My name is Lucy" the queen started to realize. "Lucy Heartfilia" the girl completed her sentence.

Layla couldn't hold back her tears. As soon as she started to cry she run to her daughter. Lucy did the same.

The two women reached each other and hugged. Crying.

"Oh my god! My little girl is a grown up! Do you know how much I missed you?" Layla said to her daughter.

"I missed you too mom." Lucy said back to her mother. Mother and daughter broke the hug so they could see each other.

"How did you find me?" The older one asked. Lucy raised her hand so her mother could see the pink emblem in her hand.

"Master and Porlyusca told me everything. I found your diary and I read it. I needed answers and they were the only ones who could answer them. I know everything" Layla​ was kind of Shocked. I don't know if it was that Lucy was a member of fairy tail or that she had found her old diary or that she knew about her brother but yeah....

Then she realized that she wasn't alone.

"Hey mom. I want you to meet my friends." She told her and the woman nodded. Lucy started with anyone who wasn't a dragon slayer. So first was Erza, Gray, Juvia, Levy, Yukino, Minerva and Romeo. Then she moved to the dragon slayers.

"Those are the twin dragons, Sting the light dragon slayer and Rogue the shadow dragon slayer. Also there is Gajeel, the iron dragon slayer and Wendy the wind dragon slayer. Last but not least is Natsu, my fiance" again Layla was speechless. And so did the dragons Behind her. Because it was a big coincidence that the dragons that were there Were the ones who had adopted those now grown up when they were children. But Lucy hasn't finished with her introduction. "Also he is the father of my children"

At Layla wasn't able to handle it and she lost conscience. Natsu run to her and was able to catch it. And a second later you could hear a certain dragon celebrating.

"Uh hoo!!! Yeah!!! That's my boy!!!! Great job Natsu" Igneel yelled.

"Igneel?" Natsu was the one in shock right now. He did expect to find his father but he didn't know it would be so easy.

The rest dragon slayers were able to finally see who were the ones behind them. Each one of them was crying.

Soon enough Wendy saw a woman, who looked like Porlyusca. The 21-year-old girl run to her arms and started crying. Romeo knew that the woman was Grandeeney, so he walked to them to meet his soon-to-be mother-in-law.

"Oh Wendy" Grandeeney cried with her daughter in her arms "You've grown to such a beautiful girl" Then the dragon saw Romeo and she smiled. "And who will you might be, young man?" And so the mother met her daughter's soon-to-be husband.

The others were pretty much the same. Metalicana met Levy and was also happy to hear that he is a grandpa. Same thing happened with Weisslogia and Skiadrum.

And that's how the dragon slayers got reunited with their dragons after all these years!

Hey guys!! What's up??

So we are back to school and I know that some of you won't be happy. Neither am I. I just wait for my summer holidays, which will last 2-3 months!! There are spring holidays in between but they only last for 15 days, same as Winter holidays, so no.

Just be patient!

I hope you liked the chapter! I'm sorry of the end was a bit of rushed but I wrote it in the middle if the night (it's 2:24am here) and I didn't want to delay it any more.
