Chapter 25 - A worried hawk

Mihawk keep dragging me, surprisingly he is very gentle holding my hand. Just like Shanks, his hands is rough due to using sword. The thing is that his hands are little cold, it's very different to Shanks warm hand.

"Where are you taking me?" I asked very curious but he just continue to walk, ignoring me completely. My eye twitch because of that.

Before i can talk again, he suddenly stop and i realize we stop in a restaurant. A waiter walk towards us and he guide us inside. Mihawk let me go and motion me to follow him. I sigh and just do it. It's perfect timing because i'm so hungry right now. If this older handsome man gonna stop me, i'm going to forget he is my crush in one piece!

The waiter led us to the corner with a few around it. It was a table for two. Before i can move a chair to sit on, Mihawk being a gentleman he is, he move the chair for me to sit on, i stare at him in a little surprise. I see fast because i don't want to wait.

After i sit on, he also sit opposite of me, so we are facing each other. The waiter give us the menu, Mihawk order a wine and a pasta. While i order almost everything because i need to eat. I'm still growing so i need nutrients. Mihawk and the waiter stare at me in surprise because of the amount of dishes that i order. I ignore them and play with the my hands.

After the waiter take our orders, he said that the food will be serve in fifteen minutes. After that he leave us alone to attend the other customer.

"So what do you want to ask?" I started and lean at my chair, waiting for him to answered. I grab the glass of water and drink a little of it.

"You need to break up with Red-haired." I nearly choke on my drink on what he just said. I stare at him, because he just brought  that up. I guess i will play along to see his reaction. Hehe.

"Huh? Why?" I asked in curious with matching raising eyebrow. I gulped because i notice his eyes got sharpen.

"He is a womanizer, he will just make you fall to him and leave you behin——." Mihawk was cut off because i suddenly chuckle. I cannot stop my self to laugh because how ridiculous he is acting right now.

"You sound like a jealous ex-boyfriend..." I commented and he seems to realize what he just say a while ago.

"The newspaper are really making up stories... me and shanks are not in relationship.. i know why you are saying this because you saw the picture right? That day me and shanks are in a friendly date. We are just friends.." Then after that, i notice that he got calmed and relax. I stare at him in confuse because of that.

"You seems very close to Red-haired, you are just casually calling him his name..." He said in wonder.

"Well, he said that i should call him that, i also said to him to called me by my name too. Anyway, i know you are not here to know what my relationship with shanks... there is something else isn't?" It's seems i guess correct because he got frozen when i said that. I grin a little and lean my cheek against my hand looking at him..

"You are quiet sharp..." I smirk when i hear him complimenting me.

"Well, i will go straight to the point... who are you really? You look really the girl that i have dream before.. you where smiling at me.." He explain and my smirk disappear because of his question. This is what Mirarin has said to me before i got here. That all the guys that i used to live with in the real world has dream about me.

"I think that you have mistaken me for someone.. i  meet you in marineford for  the first time.." I answered and i can see that he seems to have doubts about what i said. Sorry mihawk, i could not just tell you that i have meet you before but in the other world.

He nod slowly and sigh. "Maybe your right, sorry for my rudeness questioning about your identity.."

"It's alright."

After that, our food that we order arrive, we ate on silent because i know that he will probably leave me after we eat. I cannot really eat properly because i can feel his stare every minute. I will just let him and continue shoving food in my mouth.

We finish eating and he just pay for my food also. He suddenly stand up and walk away. I let out a sigh when he got away from me. I was really tense when he just suddenly appear and drag me to asked me a question. But i'm very thankful to him because he pay for my food tha truth is, i have just a few money and my original plan is that i will find a job to earn some belli for me to live and then i will train my self to become stronger when i will meet luffy and the crew. I have only just one-year and eight months to train.

My thinking was cut off because i hear a footstep walking towards me, i turn towards it and got confuse because it's mihawk and he looks pissed off.

I look up to him when he stop in front of me. I raise my eye brow to show him my confuse expression. He stare at me and sigh.

"Why did not follow me?" He said very serious.

"Huh? Should i? You did not tell me to follow you." I questioned and i stand up and started to walk. I stop and turn to him and said. "Thank you for the food, Mr. Mihawk. Have a great day and i should go, so see ya!"

After that, i walk out from the restaurant and surprisingly he did not stop me. Maybe i will just seek job tomorrow, for now i will got back to the inn and sleep.

"You know, it's very rude to leave the person who treat you food..." Mihawk suddenly appear and due to reflexes, i throw a punch on his direction. He easily dodge it and grab my waist and pulled me closer to him and causing to put my hands to his chest. Wow, his chest is so hard... i should stop my fantasy about them! I need to focus on the situation first.

I can feel irritation coming to me. "WHAT THE HELL?!! WHAT DO WANT FROM ME?!?"

I was force to stop talking because he lean down his face to me. I can feel his breathe, blowing to my face. I feel like i was in a movie where the love interest is sweet to the main character... dammit! I should stop thinking about movies!

"For a woman, you have a sharp tongue, should i soften it for you?" That statement cause me to blush very hard. We are staring at each other and our faces are so much closer. He is still grabbing my waist and my hands are still in his chest. He is so bold!!

Then, we hear a squealing at the side of the street. I turn to it and see a girls in my age, blushing slightly. Mihawk did not turn to him and he is still focusing on me.

"Are they gonna kiss?!"

"What a bold statement..."

"I wish my boyfriend will do that to me.."

"The girl is so lucky, her lover is not afraid to show his affection to her!"

"Shh! Keep your voice down! They are having a love quarrel!"

I remove my self to him and give a distance so we are not very closer to each other. I glare at him and the jerk is not giving a damn.

"Leave me alone.. i already answer your question.. what do you still want from me?" I whispered to him and i notice the girls are still staring at us. So i turn to them and scowl, they immediately understand and they leave fast.

I turn again to Mihawk and he is still staring at me like he was thinking.

"Hey! Answer me! Don't do that again, i don't want again to be put on the newspaper and a new article will come out, stating that i'm cheating to Shanks! Or worse i will have a bounty! " I said and waited for his response.

"You are not aware? You have now a wanted poster.. the newspaper arrive when you did not follow me after we eat " He said and he pulled something from his coat. He give it to me and i immediately reach it. My eyes widen because of it.. he is telling the truth i have now a bounty. The amount for my head is high for a rookie.

"Hundred million?!?!? What the hell?!?! What's with the flame maiden?!? How come i have a high bounty for a rookie!" I yelled because this is so shocking. Does it mean, i'm part now of the worst generation?

"Yeah you have really a high bounty and i sight some bounty hunters here roaming around. That's the reason why i want you to keep close to me.." Mihawk stated and i feel very touch because he is still worry about me even when we are living in the same roof for one month in the Real World. I suddenly remember when he held my hand before we go past through to the shrine for them to go back to this world.

"You barely know me..." I mumbled.

"I just want to protect you, i feel like it's my responsibility..." He said and he held my hand. "Come on, let's go..." Then he walk still holding my hand.

"Huh? Where are we going?"

He turn to me and said. "Where are you staying right now? I will take you there and leave when i know you are surely safe."

My face got warm because of that, he is really worried about me. I smile at little on that and told him where is direction of the inn, that i was temporary staying. The sun is setting down means in a few hours the night will come.

We arrive at the inn, still holding hands. The owner of the inn was a little shock when see a warlord coming here. We go to the corner to have a privacy since the owner are not stopping staring at Mihawk.

I turn to him and bow, saying. "Thank you for taking me here, i really appreciate it." I stand up to see his response.

He nod and he raise my hand and kiss it. He is staring at me while he is doing it. I can feel his lips staying a little longer. I blush on the affection. Just how many times does this guy are making me blush for a single day?!

A thought enter my mind and i hope he will answer it.

"Mihawk-san, do you know a island where i can train? I mean i have a bounty now so my life will be in danger.. i want to get stronger to protect my self and my friends.." I inquired and he stare at me very attentive. Whoever woman capture Mihawk's heart, she will be really lucky because of the caring side of this guy.

"I know a certain island, it will be a two days trip to reach there from here. You can get stronger there. Just ask the locals here, i'm sure they know how to get there." He answered.

I nod and smile at him. Satisfied with his response.

"I will get going now. Don't go outside and sleep early. Take care of your self." He stated then he walk away. I wait a little longer until his form are getting little. I turn around and scream because the owner of the inn is standing in front of me.

I put my hand im my chest to calm my self because of shock.

"Are you dating that guy? You lool very young to have a lover. Be careful he is a dangerous pirate." The owner commented and he walk away.

I stare at him with mouth agape because i was shock when he just say that. I shake off the thought and decided to reach the room that i'm temporary staying to take a bath and sleep early.

When i arrive in my room, i immediately go to bathroom to have my bath. I keep smiling thinking about Mihawk.

After i'm done taking a bath and put clothes i lay down in my bed and stare at the ceiling. I turn around and bury my face on the pillow and squeal. The guys are showing their care for me! My heart cannot take it! I'm really a simp, dammit.

I stop squealing and think about the other guys, i'm really hoping i will meet them again. If i really join luffy, i will surely meet sabo when the crew is going to dressrosa after the punk hazzard arc. While katakuri i hope i will meet him in the whole cake island arc. I remember Corazon, i feel sad because i know he died saving Law.

"He is the only one i will not meet again.." I mumbled sadly.

I sigh and close my eyes and wait for the sleepiness to visit me.

I will get up early tommorow morning and go to the island that mihawk recommended to me. For me to get stronger. Just wait, Luffy and crew. I will prove my self that i'm fit to be in his crew... Also, mirarin. I will get stronger before we face the world government.
