Just Know

Bzzt,Bzzt!

I yawned and reached for my phone. Taurtis shifted underneath me as I pushed the unlock button. It was a text from Yuki. I sighed and grabbed the cold phone and opened up the message.

Yuki: Hey y/n, got the perfect idea. Taurtis knows about it some you guys need to come over ASAP.

I nudged Taurtis and told him about the text. "We should get up.." He groaned and nuzzled his face into my neck,causing me to giggle. "Come on!" I smiled, tugging on his arm. "Nooo... I want to stay here and snuggle.." He groaned. I rolled my eyes and squirmed out of his grasp. I tapped my chin and the perfect idea hit me. "Come back!" He whined. I giggled and skipped away to the kitchen. I grabbed an apple and took a deep breath. I couldn't believe that we were going to set Sam up tonight. I carried on my way to the TV room. I was just about to step out of the kitchen when my foot slipped out from under me.

I remember hitting the floor. I sat up and rubbed my head. I heard Taurtis practically turn into an Olympic sprinter as he ran down the steps. He crashed down next to me and grabbed my hand. "Are you ok?!" His face washed with worry. I nodded and blinked a few times before standing up. Taurtis pulled me in for a hug and kissed my forehead. "Phew, my heart just stopped." He ran a hand through his hair. I smiled and kissed him on the cheek. "Thanks for looking out for me." I said. He nodded. "Oh shit! I forgot about Yuki!" He exclaimed. I covered my mouth. I kissed him goodbye and ran over to Yuki's.

I plopped down on the couch next to Taurtis as Yuki smiled. "Alright so here is the plan. Taurtis and y/n, you guys will get all fancied up. You will head to the area, which I'll tell you about in a minute. I'll take a picture of you guys kissing and act like I was spying. I'll send the picture to Soul- Oh yeah, she knows about the plan-, who will "leak" them to Sam. Sam will get mad and come for you. Taurtis will escape via the escape route, police will be ready, Sam gets taken away, you guys escape safely." She took a deep breath and let it out. "Got it?" I looked at Taurtis and he gripped my hand. "Got it." We said.

Yuki finished my hair, adding the last touches to my up-do. I stepped back and looked in the mirror. I had on a simple but elegant nude colored dress and some silvery pumps. I sprayed on some perfume and added my earrings. I touched it up with some lip color and a flick of mascara on my lashes. I smiled and walked downstairs. Taurtis was all cute and adorable with his tuxedo. He paused and stared at me. I blushed and made my way toward him. "Y-y/n.. You look... Incredible." He grabbed my hand and walked me outside. We headed to the little area Yuki told us about. "Don't forgot the plan!" She shouted.

After a while of walking, we reached our little spot. A small, white gazebo with twinkling fairy lights strung up. We took our spot and held hands. I couldn't help but blush every time he looked at me. "You're so gorgeous tonight..." He said, stroking my cheek. I smiled and glanced at the ground. Taurtis place a finger to my chin and lifted it up to make me look at him. "Please don't get embarrassed by the truth." He whispered before pulling me toward him. I glanced up at him as he leaned in. I felt my eyes close as our lips met. We continued kissing until Yuki walked up to us and told us we could stop.

I blushed again and smiled, this was really happening. We stood around waiting for about 25 minutes when Yuki had said that Sam was on the train. I grabbed Taurtis's hand as he pulled me in for a hug. The hardest part about this plan was the waiting. It was almost an hour before we caught word that Sam was at Yuki's house and coming. I slipped out of my heels, knowing that I would have to run shortly.

"Guys! He's coming!" Yuki whispered and ducked away, dialing the police. Taurtis and I resumed kissing as I watched Sam appear out of the corner of my eye. "Y/n..." I heard Sam say. If he wasn't angry before, he was about to explode now. He started charging for us. Taurtis and I split up. He ran to one corner of the wood and I started running through the other corner. My heart was pounding as fast as it could. My dress was starting to rip from the jagged branches and bushes. I looked behind me to see Sam, angry as a bull being taunted. I was so close to the exit, but it all when downhill.

I screamed as my foot was caught under a fallen branch. I hit the ground with a thud. I tried to get up, but Sam grabbed my wrist, pulling me up. I panicked as he smiled darkly. "You though you could escape... How adorable." He dragged me behind him as he stomped out of the woods. We made it to the other side of the woods, which was just a small cliff side, like the one Taurtis took me to. I felt Sam kick me down to the ground. I groaned as I sat up. Yuki walked over to Sam and he wrapped an arm around her waist. "Good job, baby." She purred. I glared at her. "You set me up!!" I shouted. I stood up, ready to fight, but Sam stopped me. "If you want him to live, I suggest you stop." I was suspicious now. Sam nodded in the direction of a silhouette of a young man. "He's over there, probably dying." I blinked back tears."Yuki, let's go." Sam said, causing her to nod in agreement. Suddenly, they stopped and Yuki walked back towards me."You look so cute when you're in pain." She muttered. I grabbed her hair and pulled her down."And you look so cute when your on your knees, but I guess I don't have to say that because you probably hear it every Saturday night." She growled and we got into full-blown fight. Sam came rushing to Yuki's side, comforting her. He growled at me and grabbed my hair."You're nothing but a whore, y/n... And that's what you will always be." He spat, helping Yuki up and walking away with her. I stood up on shaky legs and walked over to the figure. I rolled him onto his back and brushed his hair out of his face. "Taurtis..." He took my hand in his.

"Just know, that'll I will always love you.."
