Third person's POV

It was finally the day that they are going to leave. They all talked about it the other day and planned about it for one day only. They already bought foods and cooked something that needs to be cooked. Everyone stayed the night at the palace to leave early in the morning. It was originally Felix and Chaerin's trip only but Chaerin thought it'll be easier and she will be fine once she saw his friends taking care of him after what might happen between them.

Chaerin woke up and went straight to the bathroom. She did her morning routine and wore her clothes. They will leave later when everyone is ready, she can't be late and she doesn't want everyone to wait for her-

Suddenly, someone knocked on the door.

Chaerin quickly opened it and saw him "Good morning? What are you doing here this early?"

"Nothing. I just want to tell you good morning" he smiled

She nodded slowly "Alright? Good morning-"

"Are you done packing what you need?" Felix

"Yup, since last night. Why?" Chaerin

Felix shook his head "Nothing. I'll go and get ready. We will leave later" he left and went to his room

Chaerin chuckled as she saw how cute Felix is. She never expected to see that kind of side of Felix everyday. Felix is such a cold Prince and always focuses on the work. Now, he is also focusing on making her fall in love even more.

"Chaerin" Heiran called as she appeared in front of Chaerin

"Why? Are you done packing?" Heiran asked

"Yeah, you even helped me last night. What's wrong with you all?" Chaerin

Heiran shook her head and chuckled. She quickly ran away leaving Chaerin confused with her actions.

She was about to close the door when somene blocked it "Uh..."

"Good morning" it's Hyunjin

"Hey, good morning. Is there something I can help you with?" Chaerin asked

Hyunjin shook his head "I was just checking on you. If you want, I can bring out your things"

"It's fine-" Chaerin

"It's also fine. So, let me help you with that" Hyunjin said

Chaerin nodded and carried her things from her bed to the door "Just those. Thank you in advance"

"No worries" Hyunjin smiled and carried her things to the living room

Chaerin just watched him walk away.  She suddenly thought if it's right to tell Hyunjin about what happened, but she already told him. It felt like she is betraying herself, even Felix. She is so wrong for doing that but what can she do? It already happened.

Meanwhile, upstairs, Felix is getting ready as well. He just wore some casual clothes since it was just them who are going to be there.

"Let's go!" Jisung shouted as he opened the door of Felix "Are you gonna keep moving slow? We're late!"

"Yeah, you know Chan is a slow driver" Changbin 

"Are you two seriously backstabbing me?" Chan asked as he appeared behind them "Drive for yourselves, you fools"

"I was just kidding. It was Jisung who started it" Changbin said

"Hey, I never said anything to insult Chan's driving skills. It was you" Jisung defended himself

"Are you two seriously gonna scream?" Jeongin asked as he went upstairs "Your voices are loud and can be heard downstairs. You should be thankful that the King and Queen weren't here"

"Be thankful" Minho repeated to them

"I am thankful" Jisung sarcastically said and went downstairs leaving them

"You guys, make it fast" Hyunjin told them

"You know it's first come, first serve. We're still here" Seungmin said

"Chan reserved it already" Felix said as he got out of his room

"Then, let's move slower" Chan rolled his eyes

They all left the palace and got in the van. It was rented by Hyunjin, he volunteered to pay for the van since he suggested riding it instead of driving their own cars. Chan is going to drive, Hyunjin is sitting at the shotgun seat. First row is Felix and Chaerin, second row is Changbin, Heiran and Jisung, Third row is Jeongin, Minho and Seungmin.

"Are we good to go?" Chan asked and checked if everyone is there and then he drove away from the palace

They are excited at first, talking loud, playing music, planning and everything. After 1 hour, they all fell asleep except for Chaerin, Chan and Hyunjin. The three didn't talked loud nor laugh with them, they just listened to them and that's the reason why aren't they getting tired.

"You want me to drive?" Hyunjin asked Chan politely

"No, I'm fine. Just rest" Chan answered as he continued driving the car

Hyunjin nodded and looked at the rear view mirror to check on everyone, but he suddenly saw Chaerin staring at Felix who is currently sleeping. He sighed as he hoped that it was him whom she is staring at. He hoped that it was him whom Chaerin loves so much and is willing to do everything for him.

Chaerin intertwined their fingers and held it tightly as she stared at his face, trying to analyze everything. She smiled as she saw that Felix is sleeping peacefully like a baby that can't be bothered. She is hoping that one day she can still stare at him like that, like there is now tomorrow. She is hoping that one day the obstacles will suddenly disappear.

She is hoping...

She caress his cheeks "Why does it us who needs to suffer our happiness?"
