Chaerin's POV

(THURSDAY)

I woke up as I heard my alarm rang. It's 2:30 pm and I am still sleepy. I only have 4 hours of sleep. Oh my gosh. I stood up and quickly went to the bathroom. I can't be late. I am the personal damn assistant. I should be the first to wake up. I took a quick bath and did my morning routine. I wore my OWN clothes not the one that Prince Felix bought for me. I would never wear something that is from his money. I can't be indebted to the Prince besides those are expensive.

I brushed my hair and started doing my makeup. I did what the woman told me yesterday. I slightly put my makeup on and put some tint so I won't look like I am sick. 

I got out of the room carrying my bag and phone-

"What do you think you are wearing?" Prince Felix asked while sitting on the couch drinking coffee "You are late"

"I am wearing my clothes, your highness"

"We are going to a fashion show" Prince Felix eyed me from head to toe "I don't want to get laugh at"

"I am not going inside, your highness"

"You have to. You will be the one to talk to those people who wants to talk to me. You are my personal assistant, you have to be there wherever I am..." Prince Felix said and stood up as he smirked "Except in the bathroom, Ahn Chaerin"

"W-We have to go, your highness"

"We are not going unless you will change what you are wearing" Prince Felix said and sat on the couch "You don't want Father to be disappointed, again, right?"

How can he be so annoying?

"I will change, your highness" I bowed and quickly went to my room. I locked the door and took a clothes from what he bought me that suits the fashion show we are going at. I quickly changed my clothes and shoes.

I went outside and saw him chilling.

"You seriously gonna wear something like that?" Prince Felix rolled his eyes and stood up "I'm gonna choose the clothes for you" he said and went to my room

Did he just offended me?

I quickly followed him and saw him holding a black dress with another shoes "Uh..."

"Change" he handed me the clothes and left my room

I locked the door and quickly changed my clothes. If he won't let me go with this one, I quit. I will seriously quit this job.

I went outside and he finally looked satisfied with the clothes he chose for me.

"Much better" he said and left the palace

ARGH. FINALLY.

I quickly followed him and got in the car. I am currently sitting beside the driver, while he is alone sitting at the backseat.

"The runway show will start at 4 pm and there will be a small party event at 6 pm. The part is an event to thank everyone that arrived, especially you, your highness. We can go home if you want-"

"We will show up at the party" Prince Felix

"Noted, your highness"

Calm down, Chaerin. This is normal. You wanted to keep your distance and he is finally doing it. You just have to do your job properly. You'll be fine. Just bear with him. You will soon be fine. Just trust yourself, Chaerin.

"My dreams are weird" Prince Felix said

The driver and I stayed quiet, trying to hear the next words.

"I kept dreaming about this one girl. First, she appeared on my dream a few days ago. She kept talking to me and annoying me in my dream. Then, the second one is she brought me somewhere far. I can say that I enjoyed the time with her. Third, she kept repeating that she wants to marry me. Last night, she was about to kiss me and kept flashing her smile" Prince Felix

"She is in your dream always? How is that possible, your highness?" driver

Maybe he is thinking of her before he goes to sleep. That's what Sungho tells me. If you are dreaming of someone or some event. That means you are thinking about that before you go to sleep.

"Do you know her? Did you recognized her face?" driver asked again

"I do know her very well. I know every side of her face so well. I can't even forget about it. The way she smile and laugh. It kept making me go crazy every night. It was like she is intentionally appearing in my dreams just to kept me stay away at night" Prince Felix

"Maybe you are thinking of her before you go to sleep, your highness?"

"Maybe I am" Prince Felix

Who is that lucky girl? I wonder if the Prince is dating someone or does he likes someone? Is she pretty? Smart? Kind? Or someone opposite from what I mentioned

"I heard that if you kept thinking about someone before you go to sleep. You will dream of that person. That's what Sungho told me"

"Sungho? Is he your boyfriend?" driver asked me

"My childhood bestfriend. We grew up in an orphanage together"

"Wow. That's nice. You have someone beside you ever since then, until now" driver smiled at me

"Are you saying the truth?" Prince Felix asked

"Yes, we are bestfriends-"

"I'm not talking about that. The one that you mentioned earlier" Prince Felix

"When you are thinking of someone before you go to sleep? Yes, your highness"

"I must've been thinking about you a lot" Prince Felix

So, I am the lucky girl?
