Chapter 3

"So Chibi." Kuroo asks me its currently the next day after my first Practice last night and i bumped into him heading to our last class. "You look really tired."

"Hey I actually joined a club so for today only i am allowed to be tired without judgment.

"Do you stay up all night or something?." Kuroo asked his words were like a ton of books slapping down on my head.

"I was too busy reading my manga again i got carried away stayed up too late." The truth was that i was actually studying up on volleyball rules and terms so i am not completely clueless at the next practice but i would never admit that to Kuroo.

"That wont do Sakura you should get more sleep and eat better for more energy." I stop walking for a moment slanting my eyes towards him in a disappointed way.

"What are you my dad now?." I ask causing him to let out a soft and gentle laugh one that made him look really really good..

"Why torture yourself and make yourself feel tired all the time when you could enjoy your day a little better if you had a good sleep and ate good meals."

"I was wrong you are most definitely my mother." I take the first step beginning to walk once again and gaining another cute laugh from Kuroo.

"Damn your annoying Chibi." The nickname is getting very old very fast. "So we got a few practice Matches in the Golden week." My face now completely drops at the realisation. Now ive joined a club i will need to participate in the golden week Practices.

"Golden week." I say sadly Kuroo just nods his head.

"Sakura, its seriously just a few hours of your day." He states as i still look severely upset.

"Yeah i guess it might not be so bad." I say as we reach the class.

"Glad to hear it Sakura. Were counting on you. He says taking his leave from where I stand and making his way over to Kenma. i sigh for a few seconds before spotting my best friend Tohru sat at her usual spot of the desk next to mine.

"Hey Tohru." I say calmy as i take my seat next to her hanging my bag on the hook at the table.

"Sakura Hey. I hear your actually the volleyball manager now" she Jokes. This is going to get old fast.

"Thanks to Kuroo my idea of a minor role turned into the manager." I sigh placing my cheek in the palm of my hand resting my elbow on the desk.

"This is hilarious." She says barely able to get the words out between laughs.

"Yeah. You laugh. Your just jealous of my esteemed Position." I joke taking my head from my hand.

"Who would have though that you would actually join a club, how was it anyway?."

"Not so bad, if im completely honest i enjoyed it." I whisper slightly "but did you know i have to go to golden week practice." I groan lightly.

"Well yeah bit dont worry, You are part of the coolest club in school now! And you get to spend so much time With Tetsuro." She sighs dreamily thinking about her crush.

"I still don't get why you like him so much he is so annoying." Her crush has always been overbearing and having to hear about him all the time is rather draining.

"Hes so hot, and so kind super athletic and his laugh is super cute." She says her voice all dreamy as she acts all cute.

"Tohru you have strange taste in men."

"Well you don't even like anyone thats not even Normal surely you have a crush everyone has one." She asks getting closer to my face suspiciously.

"Nope." I say popping the P for emphasis. Before taking a drink from my favourite pink water bottle.

"Mhmm i don't believe you, could it be you also have a crush on Tetsuro and thats why you wont tell me." I almost spit the water all over her face. Somehow i manage to gulp it down with a struggle letting out a few coughs to clear my now hurting throat. "huh, You okay Sakura."

"Tohru.. i swear to you i will hurt you if you imply that i like Kuroo ever again. I don't have a crush on anyone okay. And if you like him so much you should just ask him out or something." I say. Taking another drink hoping it will help my throat.

"No way, I could never ask Tetsuro out." She keeps her voice low so that he wont hear although he is having a conversation at the front of the classroom and he probably wouldn't hear anyway.

"Then please don't complain." I say tiredly. "if you dont ask him out then you will never know if he likes you back." Its pretty bad seeing her like this all the time i just wish she would move past it of just tell him how she feels.

"Alright class lets get started." I turn to sit properly in my seat listening to the class as we have tests coming up i decided i really should listen and not sleep.

"Oi, Sakura lets walk to Practice." Kuroo calls out to me as i'm standing from my desk the class just finished and everyone was getting ready to go to clubs or go home.

"Heh.. Oh Sure Kuroo just a second." I quickly gather my things before heading towards him stopping to whisper in Tohrus ear

"il tell him for you if you want." Her head begins to shake Vigorously.

"No way, Dont be crazy." I laugh slightly as i pay her shoulder.

"Only Joking. See you." I run slightly towards the captain waving at Tohru as i go.

"What was that all about." He asks confused.

"Oh nothing. You ready to go?." I ask he nods his head and throws his bag over his shoulder. Both of us walk in silence towards the Gym before Kuroo speaks up.

"Tohru likes me doesn't she." He asks from nowhere.

"Huh, what makes you ask me that." I ask acting confused.

"Well its pretty obvious if im honest shes always blushing around me and will find any opportunities to talk to me."

"Really i hadn't noticed." I dont want to reveal Tohrus secret that would not be very nice of me.

"Well i was thinking of asking her out on saturday." I stop for a moment.

"Oh really." I ask slightly unsure of the situation for some reason i start to feel strange. Its a feeling i dont really understand all because Kuroo wants to ask her out..

"Oh then you should i.. Uhm. i think she would say yes. Just for the record." I shake myself off slightly and continue walking beside him.

"What about you?." He asks causing me to jump. Me?? What about me. "do you think its okay for me to ask her out." I stay silent for a few moments keeping my eyes planted firmly in front of me. Unsure of how i should even answer his question. I know i need to say something though. I can feel his eyes on me from the side watching waiting for me to say something. The air is tense and the atmosphere is a strange sensation that ive never experienced.

"Well if thats what you want then go for it Im sure she will be very happy if you ask her." I turn my head to face his letting my lips turn upwards into a smile. Although i cant bring myself to form a real smile i still manage a fake one. Why do i feel this way?

"Hmm." He says i watch him and notice his eyes are closed His hand planted firmly in his pockets as he walks forward. The cool guy look really does suit him and he plays it very well. "Well then I just might Ask her tomorrow. But do me a favour and dont tell her."

"Oh. Okay Sure thing."

"That is unless you think of any reason why i shouldn't ." I can feel his eyes piercing from the side of my head once again as he glances at me still walking directly forward.

"W. Why? Why would i." As The words stutter from my lips i notice Kuroo let out a slight sigh.

"Well we will see how i feel tomorrow."

"Yeah." I say quietly as we reach the Club room.

"Well im going to go change." I say before heading to the bathroom nearby not wanting to disturb the boys.

"See you soon." She says opening the door to the club room. "Heyy guys." I hear him say faintly before the doors close..

So he really Does Like Tohru.....
