Valentina's POV

"Lily!!!!!!", I sat up on the bed as I heard Karin screaming my name at the top of her lungs.

I looked around the unfamiliar room. For a second I had forgotten where I was.

"Lily!!"

What is going on? Is that Karin, and if so, what is she doing in Tobi's hideout?

I put my left hand on my chest trying to calm down my racing heart, and with the right I carried the baby and headed towards the sound of the screaming.

I got out the room and walked towards the living room and froze in my tracks when I saw team Taka.

I stared coldly at Sasuke and team "Taka". Why were they here? Was Tobi allies with them?

We don't need them....they're traitors to Orochimaru Sama. I wouldn't be surprised if they backstab us...

"Lily!!!", Karin ran to hug me but came to a stop as her eyes landed on the baby.

"Who is this?", she asked.

Before I could tell Karin the truth, which was that I killed the baby's mother and stole her only to emotionally kill the father, I saw Tobi watching us in the corner of my eye.

"She's my daughter", I quickly lied. "Her name is Lily.... after me. And she is three years old now".

"Oh Lily! Why didn't you ever tell me that you are a teen mom!", Karin gasped as she covered her mouth.

"You are a mom?", Suigetsu exclaimed.

Finally Sasuke took a step closer and looked at the baby.

"Sasuke, I was wondering if maybe my daughter could call you uncle Sasuke", I began. It was his niece after all, and Sasuke was her only living relative.

Sasuke looked at me. His eyes revealing pure shock. Him and I had never gotten along, or had a conversation that lasted more than two minutes.

"Yes!!!! And I can be Aunt Karin!", Karin said as she took the baby from my arms.

"I wanna be cool uncle Suigetsu", Suigetsu joined in.

"Lily.... this girl has strong Uchiha features!", Karin exclaimed as Suigetsu took a closer look at the baby.

Sasuke looked at me but I quickly looked away.Did Sasuke know that this was Itachi's daughter? Did he know that this baby was his niece and only living relative?

He didn't say anything. His eyes traveled to the baby, to me, and to the only other man in the room with a sharingan eye.....Tobi.

Karin soon caught up to this.

"Lily......is  Tobi the dad??", Karin attempted to whisper but it was so loud that I was sure Tobi heard.

"W-What?? What makes you say that!", I could feel my face bright red.I don't even know how this mysterious, crying-in-his-dreams-man looks like!

"Well he's an Uchiha! Look at his right sharigan eye!!", she said chuckling, and I quickly gave Tobi my back so he wouldn't see how red my face had gotten.

"Well, Tobi like I told you. This is my team, team Taka. Karin is a trained medic ninja. She is able to heal severe injuries in seconds . Suigetsu can control water, and can turn into water.....and Lily", Sasuke looked at me. "She's an anbu and a spy. Now that we're all allies, I vote that Lily should be sent back to Konoha as a spy for us", Sasuke told Tobi right in front of me. "She can tell us what is going on over there".

It angered me how he spoke like if I wasn't even here. Like if I was an object.

"I can't. Many, including the hokage, have noticed that I constantly disappear. They are already suspicious of me. The hokage went as far as to make nine-tails Naruto try to befriend me", my voice match his cold and emotionless one.

Sasuke grabbed my arm. "Wasn't asking you. It was an order," he said. "You've come up with lies before, do it again."

I let go of his grip. "I don't take orders from you, Uchiha."

"Guys stop it we're a team", Karin said coming between us.

"Get used to taking orders from me," he told me firmly, ignoring Karin."Your voice won't be heard here......just like it wasn't heard with Orochimaru", a smirked appeared on his face.

That did it. He killed both Orochimaru-Sama and Itachi Uchiha.

"I'm going to wipe that smile off your face", I told him taking out my sword.

Quickly, he took out his and clashed against mine so hard , making mine fly at another direction.

"I am going to show you your place," he said raising his sword causing Karin to scream and making the baby start to cry. I closed my eyes expecting the pain.Nothing.

I opened my eyes and saw Tobi was in front of me, grabbing Sasuke's sword.

"Sasuke, it's time for you to start respecting Lily,", he said letting go of Sasuke's sword. "She's with me.".

After saying that, Tobi lifted his mask and pressed his lips on mine.

Sasuke lowered his sword and shot Tobi and I a deathly glare as he walked away. Karin quickly chased after him with the baby on her arms.

I stared shock at the mysterious -crying-at-night-masked man. Why would he kiss me?

"We're in this together," Tobi told me coldly and left.
