(A.N: Warning: Booklow & Fubble Angst...Oh, who am I kidding, I THRIVE ON IT–)

Pillow's P.O.V

Okayokayokay...umm...what do I say??? Umm, ehh, oh! "We...were...planning a-another get together! A..umm s-surprise get together, yeah! Don't tell anyone~" I covered up. Please don't get suspicious. "Oh, re-really?" Fanny asked. She had some sadness in her voice when she said that, "T-That doesn't answer all of my questions, o-or why you all decided to ditch me," Fanny mumbled.

I softly gasped, but unfortunately she heard it. I immediately crouched down to her level and tried to place my hand on her shoulder, but she retaliated and threw my arm away from her. "Wha-GET OFF OF ME! I HATE SYMPATHY! Especially from TRAITORS!" Fanny yelled, loud enough for everyone to hear.

In a flash, I saw Bubble rushing in with Lighting coming from behind. "What's going on?!" Lightning asked as he rushed in. "Oh, I'm so glad you're here, LIGHTNING!" Fanny exclaimed sarcastically and emphasized Lightning's name. She turned around and saw Bubble. "I don't even want to talk to you anymore." Fanny growled at her girlfriend. Bubble knew she was in a dilemma, in which I whispered to her, "Don't worry, she doesn't know about the surprise party." Then I took off and sprinted back to where Book was sitting and that down across from her.

"So, uh, mind telling me what's going on?" Book said as she was tapping the table with her finger rapidly. "Oh! Fanny's here!" I said with my usual smile '😁'.

Bubble's P.O.V:

H-How is she here?! I never even texted her the address, so how did she find out? That's when Fanny cleared her throat and showed me something on her phone, "You left your 'Find My iPhone' tracking system on," Fanny said begrudgingly. I knew she didn't want to say that to me, and the next thing she said as well, "W-Why?!" Both Lightning and I felt really bad. Especially me. We were supposed to have a date today, a-and I even promised that I wouldn't ignore her!

"Well, why are you freaking out? Don't you...I mean, you always seem to hate about...everything..." Lightning hesitated. But that was the final straw for Fanny. Oh my bubble blower, what have we done–

"I'M FREAKING OUT, BECAUSE I GENUINELY DON'T HATE IT!!! Sure, I talk like that sometimes, but that doesn't mean I MEANT IT! I-I HATE when you kick me out of things, I HATE BEING i-ignored, a-and I r-really really REALLY! Hate the fact that...that...yo-you both..." She trailed off with her head going down slowly. I tilted my head to properly see her, but I was taken aback by her tears pouring down from her face. "You b-both think that I wouldn't like this stupid surprise party that you're planning for me," She finally said with some voice breaks here and there.

Lightning and I were staggered. How did she know about the surprise party?! "H-How do yoiu know?" I asked with a soft voice, since Fanny was wiping her tears away with her sleeve. "Yo-You think I don't know my own birthday is coming up?" She sniffled and sighed. Now, I feel guilty. Really guilty.

I tried to give her a hug for comfort, but she softly pushed me away. "Not right now, please..." She said with a frown. Looks like she needs some space after what just happened. I nodded my head and asked, "Do yoiu want a ride home?" She shook her head and placed her hands inside her pockets. "I'll walk. It's not far from here." She said and left to walk back home.

Silence filled up on what happened as I slowly but surely processed on. "Hey, you okay?" Lightning asked as he was approaching me. N-No. No. No, I was not. No, I was not okay, because unlike Fanny, who managed to hold her feelings in, I immediately started to break down in tears. I felt Lightning trying to pull me up from going down, "Shh, shh, it's okay. It's okay..." He comforted me while also letting me throw everything out of my system.

"How're you feeling now?" He softly asked me. At that time, I had calmed down a little bit, but managed to utter the question, "A-Am oi a bad g-girlfriend?" Lightning shook his head and said, "No, you're not. If anything, you're not just a great girlfriend for Fanny, but you're also an amazing person! She's just slightly mad at us, and needs some time to cool off, that's all." I got myself back up, feeling okay and decided to get back to directing!

"W-What are you doing?" Lightning asked with some alarm in his voice. I told him, "Well, doin't we have a party to plan? We can also use it as an apoloigy for ignoring her, and making her f-feel bad a-and," Before I can list anymore, Lightning cutted in and said, "Okay, let's do it!" I cheered and shouted, "Yoylecake!" And went out on stage to check up on everything. When I did, I saw Book on the sidelines, trying to hold on with Pillow as her back supporter.

"Oh, hoy girls!" I greeted them. "I heard Fanny was here, does she know about the party?" Book asked me pretty anxiously. I shrugged my shoulders playfully, "Does it matter? She'll still be surprised either way." We got back to work and after a few hours of planning, working, talking, and dancing, we all decided to call it a day. "Remember, Foinny's birthday is the day after tomorrow, so we have to foinalize everything tomorrow. But other than that, greoit job oiveryone!" I cheered on, and everyone clapped in a good day of hard work and talent!

I packed up my things, said my goodbyes to friends, got into my SUV, and started to drive back home. It wasn't that far, just a 10 minute drive, but while driving for two minutes, I felt a drop hitting the metal roof of my moving vehicle. Then another one, and then another, and then another. It started to hit on my windshield, which caused me to turn on the wipers and to drive more cautiously. After what seemed like the longest 15 minutes of my life, I opened up my garage door and went inside. I finally made it home! I cannot wait to cuddle and kiss my little blade-y girl~! I rushed upstairs and plopped myself into my bed–my empty bed?

Huh, where's Fanny? Hmm, maybe she's in the bathroom or something. I layed down in the center and decided to pull up my phone and wait for her. I sent her a few texts saying that I was here, please come, but after waiting and checking for half an hour, something wasn't right. I went up and investigated around the house for any signs of her. "Foinny?" I called out. No answer. The bathroom's lights were off, and the door was unlocked. I slowly opened the door, and there was no one there. I checked around the ENTIRE second floor like all of the guest rooms, extra empty bathrooms, and the attic, but no Fanny.

Now, a worried feeling inside of me grew each second that passed by. Then I heard the back door opening up followed by some rain from earlier. CREEEEK. It's really squeaky since Fanny and I rarely go out in the back. W-Who's out there? My worries grew even larger! What if something horrific happened to Fanny?! What if she got kidnapped and they're here to get me?! I rushed to Fanny's side of our closet and grabbed her baseball bat. I stood guard at the edge of the stairs for a brief moment, before slowly creeping down one step at a time.

Since the light from the stairs was dimming down, my shadow was not that visible for anyone to see. I only had four more steps to go, I was ready to hit the intruder, but that's when I heard a cough...and a familiar voice, "I hate the rain!" That voice shouted as I heard them throwing away something to the ground. "F-Foinny?!" I yelled from the stairs as I dropped the bat to the ground. I finished up the last four steps to see Fanny soaking wet from head to toe. I immediately grabbed a towel for her to dry off. "Weren't yoiu supposed to be home three hours ago?! Where were yoiu?! How long were yoiu outside IN THE POURING ROIN?!" I scolded Fanny. She winced back in fear, taking three steps back from me, "Oi w-was worried sick, oi thought so-something terrible happened t-to yoiu!!" I trembled with worry and guilt penetrating my heart, when I witnessed her walking away from me.

"I-I'm sorry, Bubble..." Fanny apologized while looking down in despair. There was so much I wanted to say to her, but only the sound of rain hitting the window was the only sound we heard. And by the look on her face, sadness, regret, and embarrassment, she had a lot to unpack too. I took a deep breath and said to Fanny in a comforting tone, "Love, Oi'm not mad at yoiu, okay? I-If that's what yoiu're worried about," While I was talking, I was also slowly approaching to her. "But yoiu have to understand that if there's oinything bothering you, oinything at all! Whether it soiunds stupid or not, Oi'll listen. No matter what. I solemnly swear and promise," I finally said and placed my hand on her shoulder, hoping that she'll forgive me.

She looked up and made eye contact with me. Her eyes were filled with tears, ready to fall down and be released. I opened my arms, signaling her for a hug and she dove right in. I can hear her crying and letting everything out, despite the fact that she's burying her face on my chest. "I'm sorry, dear. Yoiu wanna cuddle right now?" I apologized and asked Fanny.

She hugged me tighter as her answer...aww.

Book's P.O.V:

I abruptly woke up in the middle of the night again...1:03am. I looked over to my left to see Pillow fast asleep. This dream was different, very different. Instead of seeing Taco, or getting replays, I was inside the jawbreaker, a-and when I figured out how to escape, there was nobody. I-I was all alone. Nobody was there, no Pillow, Price-Tag, Bomby, Nickel, Gaty, Taco, no one.

I didn't even bother to put my glasses on. Instead, I grabbed myself a green, oversized, hooded, puffer jacket, and decided to take a after-midnight stroll around the neighborhood. I'm blind, but not that blind. The rain had stopped and all there's left in my sleeping neighborhood were big and shallow rain puddles. Along with the pitch-black night sky, my only source of light is the moon and some stars flickering here and there.

I walked around feeling the puddles almost everywhere I step. Then I came across a park bench under a pretty bright lamppost. There were plenty of them when I walked further along the line. I sat down on one, and it felt kind of wet. Mainly because it rained not too long ago. I put my head back in stress and tried to calm myself down. These nightmares have been going on for far too long.

"Why'd you leave the house?" Pillow jumpscared me. "AHH! Pillow, why?! A-Also, how'd you know where I am?" I screamed and asked. She just shrugged her shoulders, "I told you, I don't fall asleep easily!" She went around the bench and sat next to me. "Another nightmare?" She asked. I simply nodded, not wanting to disturb her at 1 in the morning. "Umm, you wanna talk about it? Get it out of your system?" I shook my head. Which made Pillow grow a sleepy-ish concerned expression. "Sooner or later, you'll have to tell me...you will won't you?" That's the thing though!
