Ch15

**Lane's Pov**

"I pick.. Matt." I said.

Matt kissed me on the lips, and I stroked his face.

Cam smiled.

Cam...smiled?."You picked the right one." He said.

"What?" I questioned, I was glad that he took this well, but I wasn't expecting that.

"Listen, I knew you and Matt would hit it off, even before you guys met. From the way you acted on the plane, I could instantly tell that you and him would be a perfect fit. I liked you, so I was kind of mad, and put those thoughts away, but I knew it. You two are meant for each other. Lane, I'm sorry I put all this pressure on you. I hope we can be good friends, like you and Hayes are." Cam surprised me right there...

I hugged him really tight, and so did Matthew.

"Now can we have fun? I hate drama." I laughed, and they agreed.

The band started playing "Never Let You Go" and Matthew and I danced together and everyone was having a good time.

Nash and Katy sneaked off somewhere... probably getting nasty..ahahahaha

Matt twirled me around, and than wrapped me in his arms.

I kissed him on the lips.

"I love you." I said.

"I love you." He answered, with a huge grin that I love.

After that song ended, a beautiful middle aged lady came up to the mic and they started to play "Take My Breath Away", while she sang.

Matt put his large hands on my hips, and I rested my arms behind his neck.

We swayed to the beat of the music.

I rested my head on his shoulder, and he pulled me closer.

I wanted this moment to last forever

As the song ended, our lips met, and my fingers traced his back.

They started playing a Bon Jovi song.

"Can I have this dance?" asked Hayes, as he walked up behind us.

"You sure can." Matt smiled, as Hayes and I danced together.

"Catch me up, Lane." He said.

"Well, I picked Matt." I bit my lip.

"YESSS! I WAS ON TEAM MATTHEW!!! HAH!!!" He started jumping around like an idiot.

"Hayes!" I laughed.

We danced around for a little while, and then "Died In Your Arms Tonight" started playing.

This was Taylor and my song!

Taylor and I shot our heads to look at eachother.

"I..I just died in your arms tonight..." We mouthed, and laughed.

We sang the entire song together, and danced around.

When the chorus came I fell backwards, and pretended to be dead, and Taylor caught me, and it was HILARIOUS.

All the boys came down from the grass, and I danced with Aaron for a while, too.

"Sympathy" By the Goo Goo Dolls started playing.

I danced with Matt for the first half, than I danced with Brent and Cameron.

I looked up at the starry night sky, and breathed in the aroma of the outdoors.

I am not lying when I say this is the best night of my entire life.
