Epilogue

This is the epilogue to the first ending! The alternative ending doesn't have an epilogue (sorry!) 

~3 Years Later~

Perrie's P.O.V

"Perrie!" I hear Jesy yell my name. "What?" I yell back at her. "You got some mail!" I walk downstairs to get the mail from Jesy. "What does it say?" Jesy says trying to peek over my shoulder. "You're so impatient!" I say opening up the letter. "Read it out loud dumbass!" I roll my eyes. "Jesus! Give me that." She snatches the card out of my hand. "Bitch" I mumble quietly but Jesy still hears and slaps with the card. She takes the card out of the envelope and starts to read it. "You, Jesy, and Leigh-Anne have been invited to go to Jade Thirlwall's and Camila Cabello's wedding." My eyes widen. "Are you sure that's for me?" She nods. "It says your name on the envelope, stupid." I snatch the letter out of Jesy's hand. "Hey! I was reading that!" She says slapping my hand lightly. "Ouch, You asshole!" She rolls her eyes. "Whatever, that didn't hurt." I read over the letter once more and my mouth opens in shock. "Why me?" Jesy shrugs while eating a bag of chips. "Probably because you guys are friends I guess." I take a chip out of the bag. "Jesy, One awkward run-in doesn't make us friends. Plus that was months ago." 

 Leigh walks down the stairs and heads to the kitchen where Jesy and I are. "Hey, babe," Jesy says to Leigh and gives her a quick peck on the lips. "Hi, Jess."  I fake gag "Ugh, pass me the sick bucket." Jesy slaps my arm and Leigh laughs. "I can't believe you and Jade are still friends," Leigh says while biting into an apple. "Yeah, but we barely talk though." Leigh-Anne shrugs her shoulders. "Jesy, when's the wedding?" She looks at the card. "Next Sunday." I grab the card from her. "Are we going to her bachelorette party?" I look down at the invitation. "Yeah, it says we're invited to that also. "Yes!" Leigh-Anne and Jesy high-five each other. "Just kiss already, I won't look." I laugh at my own joke while Jesy and Leigh-Anne slap me. "Not fair!" I whine while they kiss. "I didn't mean it literally, but go off," I say cheering them on. "Fuck you Pez," Jesy says rolling her eyes and Leigh-Anne blushes. "Woah, Chill Jess. You have a girlfriend!"  Jesy slaps my hand. "Jesus Christ! That fucking hurt!" I pull my hand away from Jesy as it stings it pain. "It wasn't that bad!" She says smiling innocently. "Jesy, My. Hand. Is. Fucking. Red!" I shove my red hand in her face. "You're such a baby, Edwards." I roll my eyes. 

"So are we going to the wedding or not?" Leigh speaks up. "Hell yeah!" Jesy says before intertwining hands with Leigh-Anne. "Sure, I guess," I said unsurely. "You don't have to come if you don't want to Perrie." I shrug my shoulders. "Well Jade and I are good, So yeah I guess I'll come!" Leigh-Anne claps her hands happily and Jesy giggles at her. "You're so cute, babe." Leigh-Anne blushes as Jesy says that. "Ugh, I think I'm gonna be sick," I say pretending to throw up. "You're so overdramatic, Edwards," Jesy says then slaps me on the back of my head. "Ouch! I can't handle all of this abuse." I said before running upstairs. "Coward!" Jesy yells out. "Twat!" I yell back. "You little bitch!" I hear before loud footsteps go up the stairs. I locked my door room and pushed a drawer to block the door. I hear the door handle jingle but not open. "I'll get you next time Edwards." I laugh. "Love you too, Jesminda." I hear footsteps back go back downstairs and I finally let out my breath. "She is fucking scary!" I say before jumping on to my bed. I hear my phone ping and I check my messages. 

balegdah: I heard that bitch

You: jesy! how tf did you hear that?!?

balegdah: I have eyes and ears everywhere

You: you are scary jesminda, i hope you know that

balegdah: i'm kidding dumbass, i'm in the room next to you with leigh and the walls arent that thick. 

You: how did you get in your room so quick i just heard you go down?

balegdah: that was leigh going up stupid.

You: well my phone is about to die gotta go!

balegdah: hoe it was 100% downstairs

balegdah: don't you dare leave me on read

balegdah: fuck you

balegdah: dont answer that 

balegdah: because i'd rather fuck my girlfriend instead

balegdah: cuz she cuter 

balegdah: now if you'll excuse me 

"Oh fuck off Jesy!" I scream at the wall. 

balegdah: 🖕

I laugh at the last message. I get out of my messages with Jesy and I scroll down until I find the contact 'Jadey❤️' I take a deep breath and I click on the contact. I type something in but quickly delete it. I keep deleting what I type until I feel like I got the right one.

You: hey

Jadey❤️: who's this?

You: lol just read the contact name

Jadey❤️: my fiancee messed around with all my contacts lol

I feel my heart break when I read 'fiancee' but I carry on.

You: lol what's mine?

Jadey❤️: 'stupid cheating cunt'

I cringe when I read the contact.

You: oh haha lol

Jadey❤️: wait i dont think she changed this one, perrie is this you?

You: you caught me

Jadey❤️: oh hey perrie

You: hey, wanna catch up before your wedding?

Jadey ❤️: uhh yeah sure i'm free this wednesday if you wanna catch up

You: sounds great

Jadey❤️: cool

You: do you wanna meet at the coffee shop, I heard there's a really pretty employee there.

Jadey❤️: perrie, stop. i'm getting married in a week.

You: im just messing with you 

Jadey❤️: still stop. also, i dont work there anymore stupid

You: why

Jadey❤️: did you really think im gonna work in a small coffee shop forever, genius?

You: yeah I guess

Jadey❤️: you are so dumb sometimes lol

You: I did not come here to be insulted, I came here to catch up

Jadey❤️: whatever pez, i gotta go now byee

I smile at the old nickname.

You: byee see you on wednesday!

I was about to type 'I love you' but I quickly stopped myself. "Fucking hell, What's wrong with me," I mumble to myself.

~Wednesday~

"Hey, Jade! Long time no see!" I practice to myself at the coffee shop, waiting for her. "Hi Jade, How are you?" I practice multiple ways until I hear the little bell ring. "Wow..." I mumble under my breathe and bite my lip. Jade looked for where I was and smiled when she saw me. She waved at me and I just awkwardly stood there starring. "Damn it, Perrie." I mentally slap myself. Jade comes over and tries to give me a hug, but I try and give her a handshake. "Uh, this is awkward," I say to break the tension and she giggles. "Yeah, It really is." She responds. We start talking, and soon it turned it to a big conversation, us talking and laughing like old times. After an hour she decides she has to go. "Bye Pez!" I smile at her. "Bye Jadey." We go in for a non-awkward hug. She walks back to her car waving back at me.

~Saturday~

"Let's get drunk tonight girls!" Jade screams out. "LET'S GO, BITCHES!" Jesy says already partly drunk. I'm not really a big fan of parties or clubbing. But if it's with friends then why not? We head into the uber, and I sit at the back with Leigh and Jesy. Who are already teasing each other. "Jesus guys! Save it for the club." Leigh blushes and Jesy sticks her tongue out at me. "You're just jealous that you can't get some with miss fiancee over there," Jesy says out loud and points to Jade. "Jesminda!" I slap her arm lightly. "Girls, Girls! No fighting today! This is Jade's night!" Leigh says and we stop fighting. "Okay, fine." I put my hands up.

We finally get to the club and Jesy heads straight to the bar while the rest of us hit the dance floor. The stench of sweaty bodies and alcohol do not mix. I decide after a while on the dance floor to sit in a chair and relax. I get out my phone and earbuds to listen to music since the music here sucks.

~1 hour later~

After about 1 hour, a drunk Jade walks over almost tripping. "Heyy, Pezzz!" Jade says slurring her words from all the alcohol. "Jade! How much have you had to drink?" I ask running over to her.  "J-Just a couple of b-bottles." She says before leaning on me, almost falling. "Oh my god, Jade!" I try to put her back on her feet but she almost falls. "D-Do you want s-some?" Jade hands me a bottle of vodka, which I quickly take away from her. "You're such a b-buzzkill, P-Perrie!" She says trying to reach for the bottle of vodka that I pulled away from her. "No more drinks for you Jade," I say putting the bottle on to a table. "Give me it back!" She whines. "No, Jade. You're getting married tomorrow and I'm not letting you go to your wedding with a hangover!" I say. "C-Can't you see Perrie? I still" She hiccups. "Love youu" She slurs the last word out. "Jade, You're drunk. You don't know what you're saying." I shake my head. "No! You're drunk." She giggles. "But even if I am drunk," She hiccups again. "I still love you!" She leans onto my shoulder. "Let's bring you back to your house Jade." I carry her bridal style out of the club. As I bring her into uber I hear light snoring. 

I carry Jade into her house. "Camila!" I yell out. "Hello?" I continue to yell out. "Perrie?" I hear a small voice say. "Shit," I mumble. "What are you doing here?" She asks while slowly getting up. "I just came to bring you back home." She smiles. "Thanks." I smile back at her. "Where's Camila?" I ask her before sitting on the couch. "Probably still out." I give her some water and we continue talking for a bit until she falls back to sleep. I carry Jade up the stairs and tuck her into her bed. "I love you, Jade," I said before kissing her forehead. I walk back downstairs and head out the door. 

No one's P.O.V 

Little did Perrie know, An awake and sober Jade heard what Perrie said. "I love you too Pez," Jade mumbles before drifting away to sleep. 

Jade's P.O.V

I wake up without Camila by my side, but I find this note on my drawer next to me. "Didn't wanna see the bride on our wedding day. Heard it was bad luck, So I'm out with my family, Love you!" I smile. "She is so sweet," I say to myself holding the note to my chest. 

I walk down the stairs and went straight to the kitchen, only to find myself a pre-made breakfast. "Aww!" I smile at the already made food. "She even got biscuits!" I go straight to the biscuits and start eating them. I look at the note next to the biscuits. "Knew you'd come here first. Hope you have a beautiful day soon to be wife -Camila" I blush. "I hear my phone ring and I get it out of my pocket. 

Pez: hey -stupid cheating cunt

Me: hahaha very funny, I changed your name to pez. happy?

Pez: yes very 😌

I smile at her text.

Me: anyways what's up

Pez: nothing just checking in on you 

Me: pez im fine just a little headache 

Pez: anyways, i have to go see you later mrs. cabello

Me: yeah, bye!

Pez: bye

I read over Perrie's second to last next again. "Yeah... Mrs. Cabello." My mind goes into deep thought. 

~Before Wedding~

Perrie's P.O.V 

I run up the staircase to the church, only to see Jade sitting on a bench. "Jade?" She looks up and she runs over for a hug. "Where were you?" She whispers in the hug. "I'm sorry, the traffic was horrible." I lie to her.

 "Perrie, I know you're lying." She says and breaks the hug. "Jade, I'm fine," I say looking down.  "Perrie, Look at me." She faces my face towards her with her hands on my cheek. "I know you Pez, I know you're lying." I smile knowing how well she knows me. "Fine, I'm sorry. I was just nervous watching you get married, and it's nottome." I say the last part quickly so she couldn't hear. "Perrie, Say it again. Slowly." I groan.

 "I'm... nervous watching you get married because... it's not to me." My voice cracks at the end. "Oh, Perrie." She gives me a big hug. "I know this is a bad timing Jade but, I still love you. I never stopped. I'm sorry for those stupid mistakes. I regret everything I've done to you. I know it's too late now. But I just want you to know, I never stopped, I never stopped loving you. I never stopped loving your smiles that could light up an entire city, I never stopped loving your laughs that are music to my ear, I never stopped loving those beautiful eyes that are so sweet and adorable, but can also be so deep and so serious, I never stopped loving those lips that feel so warm and sweet every time I kiss them, I never stopped loving you, Jade. But I'm too late, I'm sorry Jade." 

She looks at me with those perfect eyes. We stare at each other until I feel a soft pair of lips touch mine. Our lips move in sync until one of us need air. "I... love you too Perrie." I give her a smile. "We can't do this Jade, You're getting married in 10 minutes." I frown. "I guess I'll be a runaway bride." She gives me one last kiss. "Now get your ass in there." I salute her. "Yes, Ma'am!" 

I go into the church and take a seat next to Jesy and Leigh-Anne. "What took you so damn long?" Jesy whispers at me. "The traffic was wild," I respond back. She shrugs. "There was no traffic, but okay Pez," she says and starts talking to Leigh-Anne. 

The service starts and I see Jade walk down the aisle with her father. She looks at me and I give her a soft smile. She sends back a smile as well. 

"Do you take Karla Camila Cabello Estrabao, To be your lawfully wedded wife, to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better or for worse, for richer or for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and cherish until death do you part?" The priest says to Jade. "I-I, I can't do this," Jade says quickly and runs away grabbing a hold of me. 

We run out of the church hand in hand. We hop into the nearest taxi and sit in the seats breathless. "Well, that was" I catch my breath. "Fun." Jade gives me a smile, then leans in for a kiss. "I love you, Perrie," I break the kiss. "I love you too Jade. There really is, Nobody Like You."
