Chapter 21: Checkmate

(ZAYNS POV)

Harry, Kayla and I walked over to A game booth where we had to aim water guns to a target.

"The one who squirts their target down first will win a prize." the dude at the booth said in monotone, as if he didn't want to be here. Which he probably didn't.

"Ready, steady, go." he said unenthusiastically. We all aimed our water guns at our targets.

"Aww snap...c'mon...." Harrys target was nearly down, but so was mine.

"no no no no no-YES!" I shouted in victory as my target folded over, signaling that I won.

"Darn it!!!" Harry complained, throwing his hands up in protest as the game booth guys handed me my prize.

"Stick it in your soda can and suck it!" I chanted.

"Um, what?" Kayla questioned.

"I dunno." I admitted, looking down at the stuffed panda in my hands.

"You guys are mean, I didn't even have a chance." Kayla complained, crossing her arms across her chest childishly and pouting her lips. I smiled down at her, having a sudden urge to kiss her pout. Resisting the temptation, I handed her the little panda.

"For you, beautiful." I handed it to her with a grin. She smiled her adorable sideways smile, melting me inside.

"Thanks Zayn." she held the panda to her chest, planting a kiss on my cheek. Oh no...stupid blush reflexes, go away, Nobody likes you. I smiled back, while she looked down at the stuffed panda in her arms.

"Imma name it Mirror." She said with a wink at me.

"Oh, very funny." I rolled my eyes, but couldn't help but crack a smile.

"Well, if you guys are done with your love fest, I bet Niall, Liam and Lou are already finished with their rollercoaster." Harry said with crossed arms. Kayla and I both blushed. Didn't I tell you that nobody likes you, blushing? Following Harry, we walked back to the rollercoaster.
