Chapter 7

"There you are! I was getting worried." Maggie said when you closed your door.

"I'm here. You look really nice." you said and Maggie twirled, causing you to laugh.

"You're not too bad yourself." Maggie said before Viv appeared.

"Good evening ladies. You both are looking gorgeous tonight!" she said.

"Thanks." you and Maggie said at the same time.

You quietly walked to the elevator and before you walked in, Viv broke the silence by saying, "I hope you girls don't mind, but I asked Jared and Jensen from Supernatural to join us tonight."

Maggie and I looked at each other and I just shrugged.

"We don't mind. I think that it'll be nice to know more about the show, besides knowing that they are hot, according to you." Maggie says.

Viv laughs. "Oh just you wait."

The greeters open the door for you and once you reach outside, a rush of cold air hits you in the face.

"Shouldn't it be a little warmer in the fall?" you asked, putting your coat on as quickly as possible.

"Yes, but this year New York is preparing for the worst winter yet, so we just skipped fall. Viv answered. "Follow me and we will be warmer in no time."

A man holds the door for you all and you enter the restaurant.

"I think we are having Italian food." Maggie whispered to you. You chuckled and whispered.

"I couldn't tell from all of the signs." You both laugh and let Viv lead you to a host.

"Hello ladies. Do you have a reservation tonight?" the host asks.

"Yes. For Vivian Smith." Viv answers.

"Please follow me." the host gestures for you all to follow him to your seats.

You are seated near the back of the restaurant. A large table was filled with plates and utensils. You and Maggie sit next to each other and Viv decided to sit across from you.

"The boys should be here in a couple of minutes." Viv says when the host leaves.

"Great. I'm going to go to the bathroom." you say.

"I'll join you." Maggie says and gets up.

You and Maggie take your time in the bathroom. As you were washing your hands, Maggie asked,

"Are you nervous, or is it just me?"

"It's not only you. Do I look alright?" you asked.

"You look fine. How about me?" Maggie answered.

"We look good." you say and you reapply your lipstick.

You turn to Maggie and say, "Let's do this."

You both smile and leave the bathroom.

You and Maggie walk in laughing from a sign that you saw on your way back (pictured below). You both suddenly stop to see two men stand up as you enter. A pair of familiar green eyes meet yours and you couldn't help but blush.

"Welcome back ladies!" Viv said, breaking the intense stare you were having. "I would like to introduce Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles from Supernatural." You and Maggie were shocked to see that Jared came up and hugged you.

"It's nice to meet you. Your work is amazing." he said as he pulled away.

"Thank you. It's nice to meet you too." you replied.

He smiles and nudges Jensen's shoulder, breaking him from a trance.

"Sorry. Hi, I'm Jensen." he says and holds out his hand to you. You hesitantly take it and a shock of electricity goes through your body.

"I'm Jane. It's nice to meet you." you say, feeling a blush rise on your cheeks. His green eyes stayed on you until Viv said,

"Let's eat. I'm starving!"

You and Maggie take your seats and the boys sit across from you. You kept thinking to yourself that Viv was right, they are hot. Jensen stole a couple of glances before you ordered your food and you couldn't help but glance at him too.

"That was amazing!" Maggie said to you before you all left the restaurant.

"I agree." you said and you thank the host.

"So, how about Jensen?" Maggie teased.

"What about him?" you asked.

"He's totally got the hots for you!" she says hysterically. She had a couple glasses of wine.

"You're totally drunk." you laugh and wrap your arm around her waist, keeping her up on her feet.

"Yeah mixing vodka with vine is not a great combo." she laughs.

You roll your eyes and see Jared and Jensen walking in front of you guys, following Viv back to the hotel. You thought about what they were talking about and walked a little faster, but Maggie was holding you down.

"Hey!" you yell and Viv stops. "I can't keep up with you guys because Maggie's super drunk!" You see Jared run up to you.

"How drunk?" he asks.

You look down at Maggie and ask, "How many of me can you see Mag?"

"Woah. There's three no four of you! Jane, I didn't know you had siblings!" she answered, slurring horribly.

You and Jared laugh and he says, "Okay. I got her."

"Thank you, but you don't have to." you say, trying to keep Maggie up.

"If I don't take her then it will take an hour just to get back to the hotel." he says, carrying Maggie bridal style like she weighed nothing.

"Thank you." you say, taking a deep breath.

"Always here to help." he smiles and you both walk back up to Viv and Jensen.

"We have a casualty." Jared says to them and we all laugh.

"Oh goodness. Let's get back to the hotel before she gets sick." Viv says and starts speed walking.

You enter the hotel and quickly walk to the elevator. Maggie started singing with the music in the elevator. You looked at Jensen to see his reaction. He was laughing along with everyone else, but then his eyes met yours.

Gosh that never gets old. you think.

You lead Jared to Maggie's room and he sets her down on her couch.

"Thank you." you say and Jared takes a deep breath.

"No problem. Excited about tomorrow?" he asks, changing the subject.

"Yes! I can't wait to see so many people!" you answer and you hear a knock at the door.

You open it and see Jensen.

"Oh my gosh! I'm sorry. We totally left you out here. Come in." you say laughing.

"It's fine." he chuckles and you both see Jared putting a blanket on top of Maggie.

"Ready to hit the hay?" Jensen asks and Jared jumps.

"Yeah." was all he said and blushes.

You and Jensen look at each other and smile. Jared is the first to leave Maggie's room, leaving you and Jensen by the door.

"I'll see you tomorrow I guess." you say, breaking the awkward silence.

"Yeah." he said quietly.

"I'm a little nervous to be honest. This is my first time doing an art show. I never would have thought that it would be at a luxury hotel." you laughed and he smiled.

"It'll be fun. At least you won't have a million girls running after you and you don't have to sing in front of hundreds of people." he said, trying to reassure you.

You laugh and look up at him.

"I know you're going to do great." you say.

"I hope so. It's going to be my first time singing in front of anyone." he says, rubbing the back of his neck.

"Well, I wish you good luck and I hope to see it." you say and smile.

"I hope so too." he winks at you and your face gets hot.

"I'm gonna check on Maggie to make sure she isn't puking." you say before he could notice you blushing.

"I'll be here." he says and you walk over to the couch. She was fast asleep, but you knew that she wasn't going to be this peaceful in the morning. You tiptoed back to the door and Jensen was standing there, rubbing his eyes.

"How is she?" he asked.

"She is sleeping for now, but I have a bad feeling about tomorrow morning." you answer.

He chuckled and said, "Well, I better head off to bed. I'll see you later?"

"Definitely! And Jensen?" you say before he enters his room.

Yeah?" he asked, standing by his door.

"Thank you again for my paintbrush. Good night!" you say walking next door to your room before he could see how red your face got.

"Night." he said with smile on his face, and walked in his room, quietly shutting the door.

You jumped onto your bed, letting out a relaxing sigh. You looked at your phone to see the time and it read 10:30. You put it on the nightstand and went into a deep sleep, all of your nerves relaxing as you thought about the conversation you had with Jensen earlier.
