Chapter Twenty-Nine: Goodbye London

20:56, 25 November 2012

Kayla's POV

I open my eyes to the darkened room. Thank god we shut the blinds last night so we didn't have to wake up to the way to bright morning light. Niall's arms are tightly wrapped around my waist as he holds me against him. I look up to see that he is still sleeping. He's an adorable sleeper. His light breathing making a cute 'whisp' sound while it blows a few strains of his blonde hair up off his face. I watch the strains of hair float down before they go right back up again from another one of his breathes.

I look over at the clock to see that it's 9:37am. Anabelle is  coming over at 11 to hang out a bit with us before I have to go. Not only do I have to get ready but I still have to pack! I careful slide out of Niall's arms trying not to wake him. When I get off the bed I turn around to make sure I haven't disturbed him. I am satisfied to see that he is still peacefully asleep like nothing has happened. He is just such a cute sleeper. I swipe my phone off the counter where I left it and quickly take a picture. I smile at the results. I'll definitely be looking at this photo a million times when I wake up in the morning and Niall isn't beside me.

I grab my selected outfit out of the bag and hurry into the bathroom. I turn the shower on and take my clothes off from last night before hoping in. After a good washing of the hair and shaving I get out of the shower and change. I look in the mirror at my reflection judging my outfit. The cute light pink denim shorts make my summer tan stand out a bit more. I straighten out my flawy cream colored shirt with the light blue floral print on it.

I toss my head forward so my hair is upside down and brush my hair out first before I get started with french braiding the back of my hair. Once done I put it up in a high messy bun to show off the french braid I just did. When my messy bun looks the way I want it to I put a bow that matches my shorts under the bun in the back. I definitely look like a cute girly girl today.

I have become pretty good with styling my hair lately. My mom never really taught me much about make up and hair because she had short hair and wore little make up. She didn't know much about it anyways. I taught myself how to french braid, waterfall braid, fishtail, put on eyeliner, and all kind of stuff like that. I learned everything I know from stuff online and in magazines. It might have taken me longer to learn this stuff then it did for other girls, but from learning it on my own I have somehow become really good at it. People are always asking me to do their hair and make up for things, which I enjoy doing. Makes me feel like I actually have a talent other than all my stuff I can do from cheer.

I quickly put on a little make up making it look pretty natural before slipping out of the bathroom. I come out to see Niall sitting up in the bed rubbing his eyes.

"Morning Niall. Did I wake you?" I ask before putting my old clothes into one of my bags.

"No, you didn't," Niall says rubbing his eyes one last time before fully opening them. "Don't you look cute," Niall smiles.

I crawl up into bed and sit down on his lap. He wraps his arm around my waist as I wrap mine loosely around his neck. "Thanks, you look cute too," I say while  ruffling my fingers through his matted morning hair.

He blushes before saying, "What time is Anabelle coming over?"

"She said 11. Then we'll go down and eat in the hotel and hang out a bit before her mom comes by to take us to the airport," I answer.

I can see Niall's eyes sadden a bit when I mention the airport. He quickly tries changing it not wanting me to notice and says, "Well I better get ready. You still have a lot of packing to do." We both look around the room and how my stuff is all spread across the room everywhere.

I chuckle and say, "I'm not sure if an hour is going to be enough time to get this all packed up." I slide off of his lap allowing him to stand up.

"Well you get started and I'll be out here as soon as I can to help you out," Niall says while reaching down to get his overnight bag off the floor.

He carries it over to the bathroom while I say, "Okay babe."

When Niall shuts the bathroom door behind him I look over the room deciding where to even start.  I decide to start off by putting on some good music, so I pull my laptop out and play some music from my Itunes library. Good Feeling by Flo Rida starts blasting and I dance around a bit looking around to what I should do next. I decide to start by putting all my accessories, hats, purses, and other jewelry that are all scattered across one of the dressers and put it in the original bag I brought them all in. Half this stuff I didn't even use but that's just how I am. I pack everything and use only a little bit of what I packed. I shove all those back in one of the suitcases wondering how I got it to fit in here before. Once the suitcase finally zips up I move on to getting all my clothes to fit in the suitcase they came in. This involves a ton of folding everything to make it as tiny as possible.

I'm halfway done with packing my clothes when Niall comes out of the bathroom. The steam from his shower comes out from behind him making him look like a sex god coming out from heaven. I smile up at my cute boyfriend with his damp hair, "Hey hot stuff. Good shower?"

"Excellent shower," Niall smiles. "Looks like you've gotten pretty far on your packing."

"Almost half way done with it," I nod pretty proud of myself at the moment.

"What can I do to help you?" Niall asks.

I look around the room trying to think of a job to give him, "How about you go through the drawers over there and put all the stuff in the pink suitcase. All of the things in the drawer should fit in there."

"Aye aye captain," Niall says with a salute. I laugh as he marches over to the drawer and opens it up to start organizing it's contents into the pink suitcase.

I sit there on the floor folding my clothes while Niall dances around while putting all the stuff in the drawer into the suitcase. We both are singing along to the music, me with my horrid voice and Niall with his gift from the heavenly angels voice. Singing was one thing I wish I could do. If I could sing I might have honestly tried being a singer, I have always loved performance. When I was hunger I would play CD's in my stereo and lip sing along pretending I was performing on a stage. Who am I kidding? I still do that!

Niall stops his singing and asks, "Is this what I think it is?" I turn around hoping it's not something embarrassing. Instead it's just an old cup holder to a Starbucks drink. It takes a moment for it to register in my head what made Niall so entertained by it.

"Yeah, it is," I confess with a shrug of the shoulders. It wasn't just any Starbucks cup holder. It was the one I got the day I met Niall. The one that Niall wrote that cheesy song chorus on with his number after it.

"Aww babe, you kept it," Niall smiles after examining it.

I blush and say, "Why wouldn't I keep it? A person just can't throw something that cute away."

Now I've got Niall slightly blushing and he replies, "It was a little cliche, wasn't it?"

"Just a little, but it was definitely cute. I liked it," I admit.

"I decided to take Harry's advice and become a little bit more cheeky. Looks like it worked," Niall smirks over at me before bending over to gently place the Starbucks cup holder carefully on top of everything. He zips up my suitcase and rolls it over by all the other fully packed suitcases.

I then direct him to pack up my bathroom. He wheels my cheetah print suitcase over to the bathroom to squeeze my bathroom stuff in the remaining space left inside of it. I can still hear him singing along to the music from the bathroom. I block out the music coming out of my laptop and focus in on his singing. I pull out my phone and turn on the audio recorder. I know this probably sounds stupid, but I want to have things like this for when I'm back in America. I want pictures and videos of us together. The cute pictures of him. I want to hear his adorable Irish accent and killer singing voice. I can thank the world that there will be plenty of pictures of us together that I haven't seen yet from fans and paparazzi's. That will be one thing that I'll be looking forward to, becoming a true Directioner again. The kind that is always on Twitter stalking the boys. I'll be on looking at pictures and videos all the time. I already know it. But I want a few pictures and videos that only I know about, so that's why I've kind of gone a little crazy with all the picture and video taking.

Niall rolls the suitcase out of the bathroom behind him when's all finished and puts it by the pile of other suitcases. Okay, I do have to admit, I did go a little overboard with the packing. But I was going to be here for almost a month so I didn't know what I would need! I put the last shirt into my suitcase and shut it. I sit up on top of it so I can be able to zip it up. Niall helps me as we squeeze everything in so it will be able to shut. Once it shuts Niall plops down on the bed in exhaustion. I sigh looking around the room making sure everything is packed. I nod of approval when I don't see anything left behind.

Niall smirks at me when the songs changes. It takes me a second to realize why he's smirking. It's a One Direction song. Everything About You to be exact. This probably has to be one of my favorite One Direction songs. We'll I love them all with a passion, but this one is just so up beat. I probably have a 5 way tie for my favorite song, and this has to be one of them. Niall sits up straight on the bed when Liam's solo starts and he begins to sing along.

"You know I've always got your back, girl. So let me be the one you come running to, running to, r-r-running. I see it’s just a matter of fact, girl. You just call my name

I'll be coming through, coming through, I'll keep coming," Niall sings. Somewhere during Liam's solo I grab my phone and start recording this. This is definitely something i'm going to want to keep forever. He goes right into Harry's solo like it was his own, "On the other side of the world, it don't matter. I'll be there in two, I'll be there in two, I'll be there in two. I still feel it every time. It's just something that you do. Now ask me why I want to!"

Niall then jumps off the bed to dance along to the chorus, " It's everything about you, you, you. Everything that you do, do, do. From the way that we touch, baby. To the way that you kiss on me. It's everything about you, you, you. The way you make it feel, new, new, new. Like every party is just us two, and there's nothing I could point to. It's everything about you, you, you, everything about you, you, you. It's everything that you do, do, do. It's everything about you!"

I smile and giggle as I watch him dance around the room like a complete idiot while belting out the song. I don't thing my smile could get any bigger. He comes over by me and kneels down in front of me for what's coming up next. Niall's solo. "Yes, I like the way you smile with your eyes. Other guys see it but don’t realize that it's m-my loving.

There's something about your laugh that makes me wanna have to. There's nothing funny so we laugh at n-n-nothing," he sings. Let me just say it sounds way better live then it does off of a computer.

He blows me an overly flirty kiss making me laugh before he hops up off the ground to continue singing, " Every minute’s like the last, so let’s just take it real slow. Forget about the clock that's tick-tick-ticking. I still feel it every time. It's just something that you do. Now ask me why I want to."

I laugh as he hops up on the bed dancing like a complete fool singing the chorus, "It's everything about you, you, you. Everything that you do, do, do.From the way that we touch, baby. To the way that you kiss on me. It's everything about you, you, you. The way you make it feel, new, new, new. Like every party is just us two, and there's nothing I could point to. It's everything about you, you, you, everything about you, you, you. It's everything that you do, do, do. It's everything about you!"

Niall stops the dancing and points to me while singing Zayn's solo, "And you have always been the only one I wanted. And I wanted you to know without you I can't face it."

"All we wanna have is fun, but they say that we're too young. Let them say what they want," he sings as he hops down off the bed landing in front of me. I giggle as I lean back to record him not able to take my eyes off of him.

"It's everything about you, you, you. Everything that you do, do, do. From the way that we touch, baby. To the way that you kiss on me. It's everything about you, you, you, it's everything that you do, do, do. Like every party is just us two, and there's nothing I could point to," he sings prancing around the floor in the hotel room. He even throws in a few leaps that I can't help but laugh at.

" It's everything about you, you, you. Everything about you, you, you. It's everything that you do, do, do. It's everything about you," he sings the last line while pointing at me putting the biggest smile on my face.

I brightly smile up into his eyes when I say, "How did I become so lucky?"

"The only lucky one here is me," Niall says pushing the hair out of my face and leaning in to place his lips on mine. I realize I still have my phone recording so I hold it out hoping to capture the perfect moment.

The perfect moment was interrupted by a loud banging on the door followed by, "Morning! I'm not hearing any talking so I'm just going to guess what's going on. So get your clothes back on and answer this door!" Niall and I both laugh as we recognize the voice. Niall goes to open the door while I stop the recording on my phone.

"Morning Anabelle!" Niall cheerfully ays as she comes into the room. She looks cute today in her cream lace dress with her hair loosely curled. I expected her to not look her best since she was planning on going out with some of her cousins after the wedding. Let's just say some of her cousins are heavy on partying. I wouldn't be surprise if they woke up with it being like The Hangover.

"Did I interrupt anything?" she asks giving us a wink.

"Actually, you did. But not what your dirty mind thinks it is," I tease while getting up off my suitcase where I was seated.

"Aww! I was hoping to ruin some of your guy's sexy time!" Anabelle exclaims getting a laugh out of both Niall and I. She then sighs as she looks around the room, "You all packed?"

"Yeah," I sigh looking over at my messy pile of suitcases I have stacked up against one of the walls.

"My mom said she'll be here by 2:15. We'll pack up the car and then drive over to the airport. She'll rope us off since she knows that it'll be long goodbyes and she wants me to make sure you get your bags checked in and your ticket without a problem," Anabelle explains. She then adds in for Niall, "My mom will come back for us and we'll drop you off." Niall and I both nod, neither one of us wanting to talk about leaving. Anabelle catches on to this and asks, "Whose hungry?"

"Starved!" Niall exclaims.

"Hotel buffet?" I suggest to them all.

"Let's go!" Anabelle says grabbing out hands to drag us behind her out of the room.

We race down to the lobby throwing out stuff on an empty table to save our spot. We run up to the buffet grabbing plates. The buffet is now a mixture of breakfast and lunch food, which is perfect because I was in the mood for both. Niall piles his plate up after the first buffet station that he has to go back and get a second plate to collect food on. How that boy doesn't weight 600lbs will remain a mystery to me. I wish I could eat as much as him and not gain a thing.

We laughed throughout our meal. I wish it could stay like this a little longer, me staying i London. Even though I know I have to go back home, I still wish things didn't have to be like this. The closer we come to me having to board that plane, the more terrified I become. What if it's harder than what we thought it would be? None of us seem to even mention anything about me leaving. Probably because no one wants to face the reality of it all. The reality of me leaving London. The reality of summer is almost over. The reality that I'm about to be a college student which means I'm going to be all grown up. The reality that Niall and I are truly together and not just some small one in a life time fling. I am really dating Niall Horan. The reality of how difficult our relationship could become once I'm on the whole other side of the Atlantic Ocean. The reality that I am going to be one of those girls with a long distance boyfriend in college. It just seems like a lot for this young girl to handle. I'm only 18 after all!

On our way back up to the hotel room, Anabelle asks, "Have you seen the fans outside yet? When I came here this morning there were a few inside tents still sleeping!"

"Yeah, we saw them last night when coming back from the wedding," I explain.

"You should see them when we're on tour. There has to be hundreds of fans outside our hotel when we travel. It's insane!" Niall says.

"How does it feel to be loved by a million girls?" Anabelle dreamily asks Niall as I stick the key into my hotel room door.

"Not gonna lie, fells pretty great. But the only girl I want is right here," Niall says wrapping his arms around my waist hugging me from behind as I open the door up for us all.

"Ugh! Get a room!" Anabelle exclaims following us into my room.

"We've got one, you just need to get out of it," Niall says with a cheeky wink.

I laugh looking over at Anabelle's mocked shocked reaction, "But Niall, I thought you were innocent!"

"Looks like Niall can also be a bad boy," I playfully tease giving Niall a quick peck on the cheek.

Anabelle looks out the window and I watch her draw drop a little, "Okay, the fans have nearly doubled since when I got here this morning." Niall and I shuffle over to the window to get a look for ourselves. She was right, there was a lot of people out there. Way more than there was last night. I guess the Twitcam last night kind of confirmed Niall is with me in some hotel room, and with all the fans saying it was this hotel more must have joined them.

"How about we give them a quick hello?" Niall says putting his hands on the handle to open the window up.

"I bet they would love that," I smile at Niall. I love how this boy cares so much about his fans.

We all huddle around the window while Niall works on opening one of them up. Once he lifts the heavy glass window up, he sticks his head out shouting out, "How's it goin' down there?" I swear his Irish accent comes out a bit more when talking to his fans. The screams from below are deafening but Niall just smiles and waves. Anabelle covers her ears trying to protect herself from the damages fangirls can do to your ears.

I stick my head out besides Niall and smile next to him. We both wave to the people below. Flashes are going off everywhere as Directioners and a few paparazzi's snap a few photos. I can't help but laugh at some of the dirty comments a group of girls are yelling up at Niall. A bigger group of girls are declaring we kiss making the color of both of our cheeks to turn slightly pink.

"Is it a kiss that you want?" Niall asks and the girls below go crazy raising their screams even higher, which I thought was impossible. The main answer we hear are excited 'Yes'es. Niall smirks at me before giving me a kiss on the cheek. He holds it for a long time so the girls below go even crazier screaming out how jealous they are. My blush gets a little darker as I smile at Niall.

"Have a good day!" Niall exclaims waving goodbye to everyone below.

I wave at them all shouting out above their screams, "Bye!". Anabelle just waves from the window still unable to get over how loud their screams are. Niall then shuts the window and I thank whoever designed this hotel that they had thick windows installed.

"Your a natural, babe," Niall smiles at me.

"Why thank you," I say after taking one last glance at all the DIrectioners down outside the lobby. Those girls are going into excessive fangirling mode right now. Knowing exactly how that feels those girls are definitely not getting any sleep tonight. And that is a fact.

"You guys are so fairytale it makes me sick," Anabelle says pretending to gag.Niall and I both laugh before I reply, "Soon you'll be just like us once you have your date with Josh."

"Or even worse. Josh can become quite the romantic if he's with the right person," Niall informs us.

Anabelle blushes before saying, "I guess we'll just have to wait and find out until my date with him."

"Don't get pregnant," I tease and she playfully whacks my arm. I try to look for something to defend myself with incase she decides to further attack but I am saved by her phone ringing in her pocket.

"Hello?" she answers. "Okay mom, will do. Bye," she says before hanging up. "That was my mom," she says pointing out the obvious. "She said she should be here in about 45 minutes or so. But she said we should start taking your suitcases down and have you check out of your room so we're ready to go," Anabelle informs us.

"Oh, okay," I sigh realizing that it's almost time for me to have to go. Time flies by so fast when all you want is for time to freeze.

"I'll help with your suitcases," Niall says walking over by the pile of suitcases taking one duffle bag and hanging it on his shoulder. He then bends over and takes two of the suitcases on wheels and rolls them behind him as he moves out of the way from the rest of the bags.

"Oh look at your strong boyfriend over there," Anabelle says.

"I know, isn't he so sexy," I cheekily smirk at Niall as he cutely blushes with a shy smile.

Anabelle grabs my carry on bag and another one of my suitcases as she heads over by the door where Niall is waiting in the doorway. I grab by over the shoulder purse I left out to take on the plane with me and the last suitcase that was left for me in the pile. I walk over by the door and they start walking off before I stop them, "Wait! I forgot, I need to get some paperwork out of the desk to be able to check out. How about you guys go on down to the lobby and I'll meet you once I get down there."

"We can wait for you if you want, babe," Niall says. I love how caring he is and is not just one of those guys who would just go on. Shows that he wants to make sure i'm alright before leaving me.

"Yeah, go on ahead. I'll be down soon," I say.

"Okay," Anabelle shrugs and starts walking toward the elevator with Niall.

I walk back into the hotel room leaving my suitcase by the door. I go by the desk and start looking through the drawers for the paperwork I was told I would need to checkout with. I collect the papers and fold them sticking them in to the side of my purse. I grab my suitcase and take one last look at my hotel room.

All the memories inside this place. I know it's just a hotel room, but I've spent 4 weeks here. This has been my home for 4 weeks. This is my first time actually living alone so it's kind of a big deal. I will honestly consider this place one of my homes. All the sleepovers with Anabelle. All the times Niall came over to hang out or spend the night. All the times the boys were all over here and their girlfriends too. This place isn't going to be as hard as leaving Niall, but it's definitely still sentimental.

I shut the door for the last time and walk down the hallway to the elevator. I get inside to the empty elevator pressing the button to go down to the lobby. 3 floors into the ride it stops to let someone in. A familiar person in actually.

"Hello there," the old lady smiles over at me. The special old lady who I have experienced previous elevator rides with.

"Hi," I say giving a gentle smile back as the elevator door closes behind her

"Your leaving now?" she asks eyeing my bag up.

"Yeah, I am actually. Going back to the States," I answer.

"How did things go with that lucky boy? Anything more after that 3rd date?" she asks have to look up at me since she's so tiny.

"That lucky boy is about to take me to the airport so we can say goodbye. We won't be seeing each other for a while now," I reply.

"Good, so your still together," she nods approvingly.

"Yes we are," I smile.

"I guess I'll have to start keeping up with your relationship from my granddaughter if I want to know how things are doing," the older woman says. I give her a confused raised eyebrow and she answers, "My granddaughter showed me pictures of you two on that Twitter site you young ones seem to go on now. She's a huge fan. What do they call themselves again? Directees?"

I giggle and correct her, "Directioner."

"Ahh that's it!" she recalls.

"So she's been telling you everything she knows. Sounds like a real Directioner to me," I smile.

"Oh she is. I thought she just about had a heart attack when I told her I met you a few times in the elevator before," she chuckles.

I open up my purse and grab out a pen and tear out a piece of paper from some random scratch paper laying at the bottom of the bag. I quickly scribble something onto it before handing it to her. "Here. It's my number. Call me up if you ever want to do something nice for your granddaughter and I'll see what I can do. I'm sure the boys wouldn't mind meeting a fan sometime."

"That would be lovely," she smiles taking the paper out of my fingers.

The elevator doors open up and we both step out allowing the people who were waiting in the lobby to get inside it. She turns to me and says, "Have a safe trip back home. And good luck with him. Don't let all the miles apart make any difference in how you feel about each other, unless it's a positive feeling. They say that absence makes the heart grow fonder," she says before giving me a hug.

I hug her back and respond, "Thank you. I will remember that."

We wave goodbye and I walk on over to where I spotted Niall and Anabelle sitting down waiting for me. "Who was that?" Anabelle asks and I can tell Niall is now confused because even Anabelle doesn't know who the old lady was.

"She's just someone I've met while in London," I answer not wanting to really explain who she was. To be honest, I realized I didn't even know this woman's name.

I leave my suitcase behind with Niall and Anabelle while I walk over to get checked out. One of Niall's security members is talking to him about all the Directioners outside right now. I can tell through the glass doors that it looks like a lot of girls out there. Even more then before when we stuck our heads out the hotel room window. After getting all the paper work figured out and everything is good I am officially hotel room-less. It's actually kind of a sad feeling right now.

I walk back over to them and Niall smiles when he see's me, "Hello love. Did you get checked out okay?"

"Yup," I nod. "It went smoothly. We can go whenever now."

"Adam from security said that some of the hotel staff is helping them create a path for us up front. They're going to direct Anabelle's mom to park right up front and then we can get in and go. They'll hold the fans back just like they did last time until we get far enough away where they can't catch up with us. A few guys from the security team are then going to get in a car and follow us to the airport to make sure there is no trouble at the airport," Niall explains to us.

Anabelle and I both nod our heads showing that we understand what's going on. "Okay," I respond.

"I'm sorry about this. This is probably extremely different and weird for you," Niall apologizes.

"No, no, no. Don't apologize," I quickly say stepping closer to him so our bodies are almost touching. "It's not like this is your fault. This is who you are. You can't change that. I'm with you, and you comes with millions of fans. I not only like you, but I like the fans you come with.  I know what it's like to be one of those girls out there. And I know that what you do makes those girls out there extremely happy. Besides, it's something crazy and different. I like a little change in my life. Keeps things exciting and fresh," I say smiling up into his eyes.

He smiles back and says, "I knew the second I met you that you were going to be something special."

"Do you people keep forgetting that your not the only two people in the world and that I'm still here with you?" Anabelle asks.

"Just thought I would give you a little something to take notes on for when you and Josh get together," I laugh.

Anabelle's phone lights up as it vibrates in her hand. She looks down with her light blue eyes at the screen and says, "My mom's out front now. She says security is ready for us."

One of the guys from Niall's security team sticks his body half way through the door waving us towards him to come outside. We get up off the comfy lobby chairs we were seated in. Niall swings my duffle bag onto his shoulder before positioning the other suitcases he's in charge of behind him. "Ready?" Niall asks.

Anabelle and I answer with a nod been thoughI really am not ready. I'm not emotionally ready to say goodbye. Niall puts a smile on his face even though I can tell by his eyes that he's not emotionally ready either. Niall's going to see me cry, I just know it. I'm a sensitive person, and if he even looks sad I could have the potential to fall to pieces. Seeing other people cry makes me just want to sit for hours and cry. It's like tears are contagious.

"Then let's go girlies!" Niall says impersonating us American girls. He puts on a real smile on both of our faces as I laugh. I shouldn't be laughing this hard. It's not like I haven't seen the video of Niall doing American accents plenty of times before on Youtube. I do have to say his impersonation is way better in person than the videos. But I guess everything about him is better in person that in the videos.

"I hope you know we do not talk like that," Anabelle says defending all girls across America.

"How do you know what you sound like?" Niall asks as we walk over to the door dragging the heavy suitcases behind us.

"I don't know! But I know for a fact that we do not sound anything close to that," Anabelle chuckles.

"Two can play at this game lad," I say putting on my best Irish accent. I was pretty okay with accents too. As long as I know them well enough and get pretty familiar with it, I can do a pretty good job at them. My Irish one has become outstanding after all this time with Niall.

Niall's laugh that I love so much sadly gets drowned out by the screams when we walk out through the door a hotel staff member has opened up for us. The screams get louder as Niall smiles at fans since his hands are too full to wave at them. Girls are jumping around waving over at Niall calling his name hoping to get his attention. Their camera phone's are snapping pictures while paparazzi's try to get the perfect shot to sell off to the media. Their are ropes set up keep the fans back and security stands around making sure no one even considers trying to get to the other side near us. I feel like I'm on the red carpet, just without the red carpet and fancy dress part. I swear I even hear mine and Anabelle's names getting shouted out by a few of the fangirls. Anabelle and I wave to them giving the Directioners bright smiles.

I see Paul who is trying to direct us to Anabelle's mom's car that's pulled up right at the front of the hotel. "come this way," Paul says herding over to the car.

Some of the hotel staff come up to us to take my bags. One of them opens up Nancy's car's trunk. Paul takes my suitcase to help out and he shoves it in with the rest of them. Once all the bags of mine are stuffed in, one of the works shuts the trunk. Paul opens the door for and Anabelle slides in. I wave goodbye to my fellow Directioners before getting into the car.

"You guys are the best fans in the world!" Niall exclaims before getting into the seat next to me while shutting the door.

"Once we drive off far enough where the screams aren't as loud, I rest my head on Niall and say, "You are just so sweet with your fans."

"Because they've done so much for me," Niall smiles before resting his head on top of mine.

"You have some loud fans," Nancy says looking at us through the rear view mirror up front by her.

"Be thankful you were in the car. I thought I was going to become deaf!" Anabelle exaggerates.  She then mumbles, "And to think that was only a little people compared to what you boys normally get."

"Yeah, our fans are very… vocal," Niall says.

"I'll be dropping you off in front of the baggage check in area. Get your bags checked in and then go get in line to get your ticket printed out. You guys then can say your goodbyes before you walk over getting into security. Anabelle, honey, just call me when your ready for me to pick you up. I'll come back to the area where I dropped you off to get you both. Then I'll drop you off Niall. Kayla, your mom says she's coming to get you so just text her when you get on the plane so she knows how long it should be. Then text her when you get off the plane so she can start finding a spot to get you. Do we all understand? I don't want anyone getting lost or stuck inside an airport. Oh that reminds me! If your plane does get cancelled or something to that extent just call me and I'll come by to get you until we can figure out how your getting back over to the states." Anabelle mom says making sure we all know what's going on.

"How long is the flight anyways?" Anabelle asks me.

"Like 7 hours long!" I answer.

"Yeah, the flights to America are long. I don't know how they expect people to sit that long!" Niall exclaims.

"It's called school, which starts back up for me in a week," Anabelle groans.

"College starts for me soon, too. I still have to see if my mom received the letter of who I have been roomed with," I say.

"Your must be freaking out, her first child going off to college," Nancy says.

"I'm surprised she hasn't had a heart attack or a stroke or something!" I laugh.

"Are you rooming with someone you know?" Nancy asks.

"My friend and I are trying to get a room together but we don't think it's going to happen. If we can't room together them our rooms will be right by each other. Which will give us a chance to meet new people," I say.

"You better not forget to send back UW Madison stuff for us. I need a sweatshirt to replace my UCLA one  own," Niall reminds me.

"I'll send back boxes of things for you all!" I reply.

"Are you going to do college cheer?" Nancy ask while we're stopped at a red light.

"Yeah, hopefully I'll make it," I sigh.

"You were a Raider, of course you're going to make it," Anabelle insist.

"From what I've seen your pretty amazing. I don't know much about cheer but you are good," Niall smiles.

"I'm sure you'll have loads of fun in college no what happens," Nancy motheringly says.

"Yeah, I'm pretty stoked about all this college stuff," I say.

"Have loads of fun for me since I never got to college. You'll have to tell me what it's like," Niall says. I can tell he honestly wants to know, like college is mystery of him. It's weird that Niall is around Anabelle and mine's age and he isn't going to school. This is what it's like when your some international celebrity. It's even weirder because he is just a normal boy. I've always wanted to meet Niall and the rest of One Direction and just see what they are like as normal people. My dream came true. And it was way better than I ever could imagine.

"Hate to break it to you, but we're here," Nancy says as we pull up to a club. I didn't even notice that we were even near the airport already.

We all get out of the car and Niall helps get my things out of the car trunk like the good boyfriend he is. We all gather around my things on the sidewalk and Nancy says, "I'm gonna k=miss you honey. Come back to London soon. Well I guess you actually will be coming back soon now because of Niall."

"Yeah, I guess your right," I say giving Niall a smile.

Nancy leans in to hug me and I wrap my arms around her, "Have a safe trip back. And have fun in college. Don't make stupid choices, be the smart and responsible girl I know. Promise me to just enjoy the whole college experience."

"I promise," I say before letting go of her in the hug and stepping back fitting myself between Niall's arm and side.

"Okay, well I'll be back to get you two later," Nancy says to Niall and Anabelle before getting in the car. I wave goodbye to Nancy as she drives off.

We kind of stand around awkwardly not sure of what to do I break the awkward silence and says, "Let's go check my bags in and get my ticket." They both nod and we walk over to the bag check in station.

Once we get my bags checked in we walk inside and get in line to get my ticket printed out. Niall insist on holding my carry on bag for me. I've always wanted a boyfriend like that. The prince charming to hold my things for me just because he wants to do something for nice for absolutely no reason at all and nothing in return.

I could see two members of the security team watching us as they lean on one of the poles in the distance. It's kind of weird that they are here to watch us. I understand why they need to be here, but I still need to get used to the idea of this all. You can't just go from a normal life and get used to this whole new concept easily. My life has changed just because I was added as an important person in someone's life. I can tell Niall and the boys are still amazed by it all. Who knows if a person can ever truly get used to all of this.

Niall holds me close to him while we wait in line. After 15 minutes of us talking, it's finally my turn. When I get my ticket printed out we walk over by where the walkway leading to the Security area starts. We stand off to the side so we're not in the way of the other travelers coming through.

Now it's time for the highly dreaded goodbyes. I know it was to be done so I just say, "I'm really going to miss London."

"And London is going to miss you," Anabelle smiles.

"Come here girlie," I smile holding my arms out to allow Anabelle to wrap her arms around me.

"I'm going to miss you so much! But I can thank Niall that you'll be visiting London more often now," she whispers the last part in my ear.

I giggle pulling away and say, "Hopefully you'll be seeing me soon.

"I know. And your going to have to save a few Skype dates with me too you know," Anabelle smirks.

"Of course. You can work the schedule out with Niall," I laugh.

She leans back into my ear so she can whisper, "I know this is going to be a difficult goodbye for you. So I'm just going to you two be. Just know that if you ever need me I'm just a phone call across the ocean away."

I nod my head blinking my eyes quickly to dry out the tears. I didn't think saying goodbye to Anabelle would be this sad. I was more expecting this with Niall is how I am saying goodbye to Anabelle then I have high possibility of being a hot mess with Niall. "Okay. Bye Anabells!"

"Bye my love," she smiles waving to me as she walks over by the wall and leans up against it. I can tell she's watching us but I don't even care. The only thing I care about right now is spending this last moment in London with my boyfriend.

"These 4 weeks have felt like the shortest 4 weeks of my life," I sigh coming close to Niall as he wraps his arms around my waist.

"They've been the best 4 weeks of mine," Niall smiles before kissing me on the forehead.

"I couldn't have asked for a better vacation before college," I say looking up into his glassy looking eyes.

"We can do this, the whole long distance thing. I just know it," Niall admits.

I smile before saying, "Your right. We can do this." Even though I'm not sure if I believe it I say it anyways. I'm completely terrified having no clue of what I'm getting myself in to. The only thing I do know is that this is what I want to do and nothing would change my mind of that.

"I know you'll probably be tired and catching up with your family when you get home, but text me. Like when you get off the plane just so I know you're alright and you landed safely," Niall says.

"Okay, I will. I'll call you sometime soon, probably tomorrow. Once I get enough sleep to catch up with all this time zone craziness. I don't think I'll be able to go very long without hearing that Irish accent of yours," I smile. I watch as Niall shyly smiles at the ground like he always does when someone says something flattering to him. That's one of the many things I love that he does. It's just so adorable and makes him look even cuter than he already does.

"I wish you could stay," Niall says pulling me closer so we are now in a tight hug. I wrap my arms around his than body as he holds me around my waist.

"You have no idea," I mutter into his chest.

After a few seconds go by, Niall's head snaps up and he says, "Come with me." Before I have time to protest Niall is dragging me across the airport. I turn back to Anabelle and am met with a confused look on her face. I shrug my shoulders to show that I have no idea what is going on. She just smiles and mouths, "Use protection," before Niall pulls me around the corner with him. I roll my eyes trying not to laugh at her tip.

Before I can even guess where he's taking me, we are standing in front of a fountain in the middle of the airport. It's nothing real special for a fountain. Just an average sized fountain you would find in the middle of your local mall. Niall is digging through his pocket while I try comprehending what's going on. Niall smiles when he pulls out a shiny coin from his pocket and holds it up.

"Can you explain what we are doing?" I ask.

"We're going to make a wish!" Niall exclaims.

"A wish?" I question.

"yeah! A wish," he confirms. "We are going to wish for everything to work out just how we want it to. That we'll be able to talk to each other all the time. That the time difference won't be difficult with us. That we'll actually become friends with the time difference and not enemies. That i'll be able to visit you and maybe a few times I can fly you out to where ever I am at since I'm going to be doing loads of traveling soon with the new album. Let's just wish that you leaving doesn't change a thing about this amazing relationship."

I smile, stunned t how sweet that was, "I wish for us to stay as happy as we are right now."

Niall smiles and then kisses the coin. He holds it out in front of me and says, "A kiss for luck." I giggle as I put my lips against the warm from his pocket coin. Niall then puts the coin in his hand and holds his hand out for me. I grab his hand and the coin gets stuck in-between our tight grip. We turn so our backs are facing the fountain. "On 3," he says.

I count along with him, "1… 2… 3!" We toss the coin back over our heads and listen to the 'plop' sound it makes as it enters the fountain. We turn around to watch our con sink o the bottom with the rest of the shiny coins.

"I can't believe we just made a wish in a fountain inside the airport," I laugh.

Niall pulls me into his side and says, "Now we have the power of the Wishing Gods in our favor. We already have fate. It was fate that I met you. Fate had me pick that day out of any other day to try that Starbucks. But even without all of this and fate, one thing will remain the same. We are meant to be. Nothing could ever change or ruin that." He then turns me so we are facing each other and he continues on," I don't really know how to put this into words, but I'm going to try my best. I know it's only been 4 weeks, but what I've felt in these 4 weeks has made me the happiest I've been in a while. I've been happy before this, but always felt like I was missing something before. When I met you, that emptiness was filled. You were like the missing puzzle piece that I found on when I wasn't even looking. You complete me. You fit into my life perfectly. You're all I could have ever wanted. The boys love you and so does the One Direction Girlfriend Club. Everyone of my other friends seem to like you and even some of our crew members. Everyone who mets you just seems to love you. The fans are even starting to love you. And once they get over the whole 'I'm now taken' thing and get to know you, they'll love you even more. There is only one way to describe these feelings I have for you. I feel so much for you that what I'm about to say is going to be a complete understatement. But Kayla, I love you." He ends it off giving me that cute, irresistible Irish smile.

I smile like a complete idiot just beaming in the middle of this airport. I reply by getting up on my tip toes and placing my lips on his wrapping my arms around his neck. He wraps his around my waist and presses me against his body. I let one of my hands go up into his blonde hair while Niall squeezes my sides. That spark that you always hear about in movies and books, well it exist. The spark definitely exists.

I pull away when I realize that we are still in the middle of the airport and not the only two people in the world. I blush looking around before focusing back on Niall and saying, "I could give you a long speech too. But I do have a flight to catch so I'm going to keep things simple. I love you too."

"Simple but effective," Niall jokes and I can't help myself from laughing. Niall looks over at something and his eyes widen, "You really do have a flight to catch, if you don't get going you'll miss it!"

I look over at the clock and my eyes widen too, "Your right. There is barely enough time to get through security and get to my flight!"

"How about I give you a little lift," Niall says as he turns around and squats down a bit.

I am a little confused at first until I finally understand, "Oh my god, yes!" I hop up on his back wrapping my legs tightly around him. He holds me up as he strands up and starts running over back towards the security entrance. We might not be riding off into the sunset on a horse, but that's too fairytale for my liking. I like my version of a fairytale much better.
