Aphmau's POV:

I woke up around six in the morning. Everyone was still asleep on the couch, and Alina was snoring on my chest. I gave her a warm smile and slowly go up from the couch, trying my hardest not to wake up Alina. She was still sound asleep when I was fully off the couch. I stretched my arms and legs and got out of the way of everybody. I strolled into the kitchen and got me something to eat. I put some bread in the toaster and let them heat up while I got myself some orange juice. I poured the juice into the cup and left the glass on the table, while I got myself a plate to put my fresh toast on. I grabbed them toast from the toaster once they popped out, and I placed them onto my plate, bringing it to the table where my glass was. I put butter on both sides of the bread, and began to eat.

I ate peacefully and watched everyone sleeping on both the floor and the couch. I continued eating, until I looked up again to check on everyone, and someone was missing. Aaron wasn't in the picture anymore. I stared at the scene confused. Suddenly, a hand got ahold of my shoulder, and I flinched. I turned my body, ready to hit whoever this person was over then head with my now clean plate. I turned, and my eyes met with Aaron's eyes. We stared into each other for longer than time. I snapped out of my trance that he clearly wasn't sharing with me when he waved his hand in my face, along with calling out my name.

"Aphmau? Hello?" He said. I blinked a few times and shook my head.

"I-I'm okay! What happened?" I asked.

"Nothing, I just wanted to know if you wanted pancakes instead of toast." He explained.

"Oh, okay. If you're offering." I sat by the table and waited for pancakes, keeping my eye on everyone this time. Even if my eyes were fixated on Melissa, Alina and Lilith, my mind drifted somewhere else, thinking about yesterday. I must speak with Hyria. But how? I don't even know if she lives close, let alone if Lucinda would let me speak to her for 'no reason at all'. By the time my thoughts wrapped up, my pancakes were done and the smell of pancakes distracted me. I got up and helped Aaron with putting things away before I ate.

"Aph, you should eat your pancakes warm." Aaron said.

"But you did this all for me. I should at the very least help you clean up." I told him.

"If you want to do anything for me, eat the pancakes when they're nice and warm. Aphmau, please, go eat." Aaron insisted. I put down the pan I had in my hand and went to do as Aaron asked. I began eating the pancakes, and as always, it tasted so good it was like I was getting a glimpse of heaven, uh, again. I looked back to the crew on the couch, and now only two remained, which were Alina and Lilith.

"What the- Gah!" I was cut off by a set of arms wrapping around my chest and squeezing me tight. I let out a little squeal.

"Good morning!" I heard Melissa say from behind me.

"Ow, ow, ow." I kept repeating until she let go of me.

"Sorry, sorry. I guess I don't know my own strength," She chuckled as she put me back on my feet. "So, when did you two wake up? I absolutely would've heard you get up if it wasn't for the babies snoring." She said, pointing to Alina and Lilith.

"I woke up maybe an hour ago. Aaron woke up fifteen minutes ago." I answered, continuing to munch on my fluffy pancakes.

"Ok cool. After I eat I'm gonna head out to get some groceries. Are you guys staying home?" Melissa asked.

"Well I have to visit lucinda before she goes to bed. Since I woke up early, and I needed to see her anyways, I just figured I could do it now. Aaron, are you okay with watching Alina and Lilith? I can stay home if you want." I asked Aaron.

"Yeah, I can watch them. Like last time, I'll just call you if I need anything." Aaron answered.

"Okay good. I'm gonna leave now since I don't know if I can talk with Lucinda later. See you guys!" I got up and grabbed my coat from the rack it was hanging on. Aaron and Melissa waved goodbye and I headed out for Lucinda's, which (or should I say, witch hehehehe) wasn't far. I knocked on her door, praying she was still awake. The door remained silent for a little while.

Just as I was about to head out, the doorknob twitched, and then it twisted. The door finally opened, and Lucinda came out of the other end.

"Aphmau? What are you doing here?" She asked me.

"Oh, Lucinda! I thought you might've went to bed by now. I-I just wanted to ask-" A mysterious voice from inside the house interrupted me.

"Lucinda? Who are you talking to?" Said a voice, raspy and slow.

"N-No one!" Lucinda replied, peering her head through the door. "Listen Aph, I'm kinda busy with something, so if you need something, could you make it quick?" She asked me.

"Y-Yeah! I-I was wondering if I c-could, I dunno, maybe speak with, y-your mom? I-I know it's kind of a random q-question, b-but-" again, the mysterious voice called out for Lucinda.

"I'll be right there!" She called back, and then focused on me again. "My mom? Why do you wanna talk with her?" She asked me.

"N-No reason!" We both stared at each other for a minute, but we weren't paying attention to each other. We were bot focused on our thoughts.

'did I come off too awkward? What if she says no? Crap, then what am I gonna do?!' I panicked. My thoughts were concluded with an answer from Lucinda.

"Okay, you can talk to her." She answered.

"Really?!" I said shocked.

"Yeah, she's actually inside, and she did say that someone was gonna talk to her, for some reason," Lucinda explained. "Maybe she was talking about you!" Lucinda laughed.

"Heheh, y-yep!" I laughed with her to hide my nervousness. Lucinda let me inside, and I met with her mother, who was sitting on the couch comfortably.

"Ah, Lucinda, there you are! Who is this?" She asked.

"This is a friend of mine. Mom, this is Aphmau. Aphmau, this is my mom, Hyria." She gestured to her mother. I gave a little wave. Hyria got up from her seat and looked at me closely.

"Do I know you from somewhere? I swear I've felt this aura before." She said, inspecting my face.

"I-I don't think we have, ma'am." I answered.

"Mom, leave her alone. You're creeping her out." Lucinda said.

"My apologies. Please, sit." Hyria went back to her seat, and I sat down in the chair across from her. Hyria continued to stare at me.

"Lucinda, may I speak with her for a minute? In private?" She asked Lucinda.

"Wha- why? Y'know what, sure, whatever." Lucinda left the two of us alone and walked into a separate room. Hyria got out of her seat and continued her inspection on me. I was extremely uncomfortable. Maybe Blaze meant a different Hyria?

"It's good to see you again, dear." Hyria said, pleased about something.

"Excuse me?" I asked.

"A werewolf with red hair sent you, didn't he?" She asked me. I looked at her shocked.

"How did you-"

"He spoke with me a little while ago. I thought you would've come sooner, but you shouldn't be in a rush." She said, returning to her seat.

"Of course we're in a rush! If you know about Blaze, then you should know-" She cut me off once more.

"The Void? Yes. As long as you follow my instructions with great caution, you shouldn't worry about the timing of the void's arrival. I have something very special for you to use." She pulled out something from behind her back, and it was something I was scared to look at. It was the realm breaker. "I'm sure you know what this is? I know you've used it once before. This is your ticket to the Irene Dimension." She explained.

"But when do I use it? I don't have much time left, and I-"

"With this, you can get in and out of the Irene Dimension without being lost in time." She finished.

"..I-I can?" I asked.

"Yes. So you see, since there is a portal going between both worlds, and as long as it stays open, the time should not change." She explained to me.

"Oh, thank goodness." I sighed.

"You must go this way, that way the Void never attempts to take this realm ever again. If you go through the realm breaker, the portal will close and destroy the Irene Dimension. If the Irene Dimension is destroyed, the Void will no longer come for abnormal activity in our realm, which is the Irene Dimension. If there is no abnormal things, the void will leave us in peace."

"But I thought I was supposed to destroy it?"

"This is the only way I know you can save our world without a sacrifice. Aphmau, if you do attempt to destroy the void, you will die. I can't let that happen. If you destroy the Irene Dimension, we will live." Hyria explained.

"But what about other realms? Won't they die as well?" I asked.

"Yes, but that is none of our concern. They have their ways to protect theirselves, and we don't. We can't help them without a chance of loosing someone." Hyria said.

"...What if I were to destroy it? What would happen?" I asked curiously.

"You would have to use a relic again. Luckily, that relic is the same one you're looking for in the Irene Dimension. Once you use it, you'll have to jump into the void. The rest of the process I don't know, but from what I've heard, you'll just know what to do. Afterwards, you'd...die. And then you would get a wish. One singular wish for anything."

"Then can't I wish myself back to life?"

"You can, but I've seen what is to come, and if you choose that path, you won't come back. There is something in your heart, that when that time comes for you to make your wish, you'll waste your wish on them instead of yourself, hurting more people than you know."

"Oh...I understand," I said. "So all I have to do is get the relic and get out?"

"Yes. Please, if you love your friends and family, don't destroy the void." Hyria said.

"I won't." I promised.
