Ch-1

The dressing table filled with all expensive and different kind of concealer, compacts, lipgloss, mascara and eyeshadows as Sora completed her makeup with the last touch of blush on her cheeks and nose.

"Beautiful as always"

She praised herself in the mirror with a satisfied smile and took her bag before making her way outside.

Looking good, no matter where she goes has always been her first priority and still is. Her parents lives in her hometown whilst she studies abroad, where her dad bought her the apartment she currently lives in.

As she entered inside the big gate of her university, she encountered her friends in the hallway and made her way over to them.

"Look who's finally here"

Ricky let out, sassily rolling his eyes as Sora approached them.

Before they could start a conversation, they heard some girls giggling and whispering about a guy who just walked past them, ignoring everyone.

"Dude is too fine to give a fuck, you see?"

Hanni trailed off, scoffing and drooling at the same time.

"Who is he?"

"Girl? You don't know him?"

Sora gazed back at hanni from the guy and shook her head.

"Well then what should I start with?"

Hanni asked as they all began slowly walking behind the guy, a good meter away from where he won't hear them.

"He's the quiet kid of our class, looks like a nerd and is one as well, he's good-looking and is good at quite a lot of things, but doesn't likes to show off."

Ricky explained as they watched the guy entering inside the library and coming out soon after grabbing a book.

"In our class? I never saw him there"

She wondered, gazing at him leaving for his class.

"Well you don't recognise most of the students in our class, he sits at the last row and always receives compliments from the teacher for being good at study."

She let out a wow reaction at Ricky's explanation.

"But you probably didn't paid attention ever because you were too busy in not studying, isn't it?"

"Shut up"

Muttering, Sora rolled her eyes, looking back at the guy.

As he was walking, a group of boys suddenly crossed his path and one of them bumped into his shoulder purposely, causing his books to fell down on the ground.

"That's Lee know hyung he bumped into, tchh boy is doomed."

Ricky said as they watched that guy staring at the Lee know guy who purposely bumped into him.

"Did you forget to wear your glasses today because it seems like you can't see shits happening in front of you?"

Lee know mocked him, as his group mates chuckled at the guy.

They were all 7 boys who were the senior of the university with one more member but he didn't seemed to be there with them.

As Sora knew that the guy might end up getting bullied because of kept glaring at them like that, she ran over to them and came in between before picking up his book.

"Hey, not him"

She requested, stepping infront of the guy to block his sight.

"What's going on?"

There appeared the older member of the group who was missing earlier.

"Chan oppa, please tell them to not to bully him"

She requested to the said guy, still standing in front of the guy securely.

"Do you know him?"

Lee know asked her, which made her realise that she don't actually know him but she still decided to play along just so she could protect him.

"Yes"

"Guys, junior said she knows him, now let them go."

Chan urged, as they all nodded and walked away from there.

She mouthed a small thank you to him before he also left from there and then she turned around to face the guy.

Their eyes met for a minute which made her heartbeat faster than ever and nervousness took over her as she struggled to start a talk.

Before she could say something, he took the book from her and left, not bothering to even give her a reaction.

"My girl got rejected without even asking him out."

Ricky said with his upset face which was full of sarcasm, as him and hanni tried to hold back their laughter.

"I wasn't asking him out."

"Sure"

Sora stomped out from there, feeling hurt which came out as an anger emotion.

As she went to her class, leaving her friends behind, they also followed after her to the class.

After a while of them sitting on their perspective seats, the class started after the teacher came. Unlike every other day, Sora was rather silent and was only paying attention to the teacher.

The two of them exchanged looks with each other, at the rare sight of her paying attention to the class instead of talking and laughing around with them.

She tried to understand everything the teacher was saying but she was having a lot of difficulties and kept forgetting everything she remembered.

In between the classes, she ran her gaze to different rows and just as Ricky said, she saw the guy sitting at the last row, she wondered, that how come she never paid attention to him and only seeing him today for the first time even when he's literally in the same class as her.

During the math class, she was having even more difficulties because she never took her studies seriously so understanding maths was hard for her.

As the teacher asked to everyone if they had any questions they're having trouble in solving, the students pointed out to some certain questions.

"Is there anyone who can solve these questions or do I have to do it myself?"

The teacher asked after writing down all the questions on the board.

"I was very much expecting that from you."

Sora looked at where the teacher was looking and saw the same guy raising his hand.

With a smile, the teacher called him over and handed him the marker. In less than 10 minutes, he wrote down the answer of all 5 questions, while everyone was still processing.

"See I told you"

Riki elbowed her as they watched the teacher praising him as always.

Sora sighed, watching him going back to his seat without sparing anyone a glance, as the teacher proceeded to explain the questions.

"What's his name?"

She asked to them but then frowned when they didn't replied.

She realised that the teacher was looking at them so she sat straight, waiting for him to divert his attention and once he did, hanni whispered it in her ears.

And the time finally came which she was patiently waiting for, the classes ended and everyone started to take their leave after the teacher left.

She hurried away to find that guy and soon did after leaving the class. She saw him in the hallway, and deciding to approach him again, she mumbled.

"Yang Jungwon"
