Part 5

Clarke POV:

I had spent the majority of the weekend with Raven and Octavia, cause that's what we always did, we had sleepovers and movie nights every weekend. But I couldn't get my mind off of the brown headed girl from the beach. I still couldn't wrap my mind around what happened. They saw this on my face and said "Clarke you there?" "Earth to Clarke" I was snapped out of it. "What? I'm sorry what did you say" I responded. Raven looked at me and said "are you ok?" "I'm fine,'' I responded trying to keep my mind off of her.

"Well Octavia was just telling us about her new crush" Raven said to me, mocking Octavia and laughing. "Shut up Reyes, I don't have a crush on him" Octavia said blushing, obviously lying to herself. "Oh, do tell" I said, leaning in now interested.

Octavia has had a lot of issues with boys, they always break her in some way. Raven is a little more protective over her then I am, but I still look out for her. The guys she has been with always leave her, broken, in pieces and me and Raven always bring her up again. But she never loses hope that she'll find someone, and I respect her for that.

Octavia POV:

As I was telling them about this new boy I met, I tried to hide the fact that I was crushing on him. I didn't want them to get too worried about me. I have been through a lot regarding boys but they have always been there for me and I love them more than anything.

"Ok so this is what happened," I started telling them. "He is in my environmental science class, and the teacher made us go outside to examine the wildlife, the plants, the animals, all of it. It was amazing, I was so focused on everything, all the colors and smells. Then he came from the side and stuck a flower behind my ear. I didn't even see him until I felt the flower on my ear. It was beautiful. He was so tall and strong, I had to look up to meet his eyes, then he said "you're so beautiful." I didn't even know what to say, I hadn't seen him before and all of it was so overwhelming." I told them.

"Oooooo" Raven replied in a voice that made us all giggle. "Shush, let her continue" Clarke said, coming to my aid.

"I couldn't form words so we just sat there for a moment looking at each other, then he broke the silence by saying "my name is Lincoln" I felt so dumb I didn't ask for his name in the first place. I'm Octavia, I replied but the look on his face didn't change so I'm pretty sure he already knew. Then the teacher called us that class was over so we had to leave, but OMG HE WAS SO CUTE!" I squealed at them.

"Aww O, that's actually a really cute story" Raven said leaning in to hug her from the side.

Clarke POV:

The rest of the night was like that, telling stories, laughing and watching movies. But my mind was on school tomorrow, where I could see those emerald green eyes again.____________________________________

Sorry for the short chapter, the next few chapters will be a lot bigger and more important to the story!!!
