About a week and a half later

Mark sat, bouncing his leg. Was what Amy said really true? It couldn't be. Mark had known Tyler his entire life. There was no way Amy was right.

Did Tyler really have feelings for Ethan too?

With 3 days left until they were all stuck on a bus, traveling the country, Mark was more worried than he had ever been in his life. He had to do something, and fast. He had been formulating a plan for days at this point. Ever since Ethan had asked about which version of 'To Sexy For My Shirt' they were going to do, Mark had been marinating this idea, however, he had to get his friends in on it, including Tyler, or else it wouldn't work. Mark sighed, and started dialing his friends numbers. He was putting together a meeting. It was for the friends going on the tour, but Ethan wouldn't be included in this gathering. In fact, even though everyone who was going on the tour would be there, except Ethan, this meeting had almost nothing to do with the actual tour, and was more about Ethan.

"Ethan, I'm going out, I'll be back later!" Mark called through the house. He waited for a response.

"Okay! See you later!" Ethan yelled back. With that, Mark left.

Meanwhile, Ethan was editing a video of Mark's. He had a lot more work recently as the two wanted videos to post while they were on tour. Ethan was okay with it though, because it just meant less time spent with Mark, and more money he could put away for his own house. Living with Mark was starting to mess with Ethan's mental health. He was acting weird. Of course there were the usual feelings of jealousy and anger whenever Amy and Mark were near each other, and the butterflies in his stomach whenever he was near Mark. Mark's touch was calming, and instantly brightened Ethan's mood, no matter how he was feeling, but he still didn't understand why. Ethan knew that this next move was risky, but he had no other choice. He picked up his phone and dialed Amy's number. She knew everything about everyone, accept for Ethan because they never got a chance to talk.

Mark pulled Tyler to the side.

"Hey, I just wanted to check with you, I noticed you've been paying particular attention to Ethan. Something going on there?" Mark asked. Tyler's cheeks turned red.

"Yeah, I've taken a liking to him," he said quietly. Mark nodded.

"So do I, so I-" Mark started but Tyler quickly interrupted.

"Oh, don't worry about me getting in the way. I don't really LIKE him, I just think he's attractive," Tyler clarified. Mark couldn't help but smile.

"Thanks for being honest, Tyler. Anyway, let's get back to the others," he said. Tyler nodded, and the two returned to the table.

"Okay, so it's really obvious that you like Ethan, so what's the elaborate plan to tell him?" Bob said, without missing a beat. No one batted an eye. Mark looked around confused.

"Am I that obvious?" he said, laughing a bit. Everyone nodded.

"Mark, we know you too well, you can't hide a crush from us," Wade pointed out, smiling a bit. Mark sighed, and explained the plan. While he was explaining, Amy's phone started to ring. She picked it up with the intention to turn it off, but when she read who was calling, the plan changed.

"It's Ethan!" she said, panicked. Everyone started to panic.

"Everyone relax! Just answer and tell us later, I'll keep explaining to them and fill you in after," Mark said. Amy nodded, and got up to walk away. She answered.

"Hello?" Amy said.

"Hey Amy, I was wondering if you were free right now?" Ethan said. He could tell she was in a busy place, and he figured that's where Mark was too. Must be a date.

"Um, kind of, but it shouldn't take much longer, why, did something happen to Mark?" she said, trying to sound concerned. Ethan breathed a relieved sigh, realizing she wasn't with Mark.

"Mark isn't here right now, but I have a weird question, and I feel like you'd have an answer, but I'd rather talk in person, if it's possible," Ethan said. Amy smiled.

"Yeah, give me like 10 ish minutes? I'll head over," she said. Ethan smiled.

"Thank you so much! I'll see you in 10?" he said.

"Yep, see ya!" and with that, she hung up. She returned to the table. Everyone turned to look at her.

"What did he say?" Mark asked. Amy smiled.

"He wants me to come over. Says he has a question that he thinks I have the answer to," Amy said. Mark nodded.

"I'll catch you up later," he said. Amy nodded, grabbed her things and left.

Ethan sat at the dining table, tapping his foot when there was a sudden knock on the door. He quickly got up, and answered it. It was Amy, as he expected.

"Hey, what's the problem?" Amy asked, concern in her voice

"Amy, I... I need you to be honest with me, do you have feelings for Mark?" he asked. Amy laughed.

"God no. He's like a brother to me. Why?" she asked. Ethan sighed.

"You might want to sit down for this one," Ethan said, taking a seat on the couch.

"Okay? What's going on, Ethan?" she asked, sitting next to him. Ethan sighed again.

"I've been having these feelings that I can't explain, and it's only when I'm near Mark," he said, not looking her in the eye. She smirked.

"Go on..." she said, leaning closer, as if it would enhance her ability to hear him.

"Everytime I'm near Mark, or even in the same room as him, I get butterflies in my stomach, and my heart starts to pound. The reason I asked if you had feelings for Mark is because you two seem very close, but everytime you're near each other, I get angry. It's like a rage that I can only describe it as jealousy, but I don't know why, and I mean, Mark is... he's great and all, and I'm so grateful for him for letting me stay here, but I've got to get out of here. I'm starting to act weird, and my viewers are noticing it. All the comments are pointing out all the weird things I do, and it's only if Mark is near me, I-I'm worried because I'm trying to avoid him, because I don't want him to think I'm like, weird, but I also don't want him to see that I'm avoiding him, but not being near him hurts. It's a physical pain in my chest, but I can't be near him because I start acting weird, and my face gets all hot, and I just don't know what to do!" Ethan put his face in his hands. Amy patted his back.

"Ethan, I think you have a crush on Mark," she said simply. Ethan quickly looked at her.

"What? No, no, I'm straight! I've always been attracted to women!" he said quickly. Amy shook her head.

"Ethan. Have you ever felt that way towards a woman?" she asked.

"No, but-!" he tried to defend himself.

"And how long have these feelings been going on?" she asked.

"A couple days after I moved in..." he looked down.

"And when you look at Mark, what do you notice, I mean his physical attributes?" she asked. Ethan sighed.

"He's perfect. Everything about him is just perfect. His smile, his eyes, the way his hair falls over his face. His hands are so soft, and whenever he brushes against me, I just instantly forget everything bad that's ever happened and it's only him, and his perfect voice telling me that everything will be okay." Ethan paused and looked at Amy.

"Ethan, I don't think you just have a crush on him. I think you love him," she smiled. Ethan felt his face heat up, and his eyes widened.

"L-Love?!" he said, surprised and confused. Amy simply nodded. Ethan sighed. The door suddenly opened. It was Mark. Ethan's face turned bright red, and he looked away. Amy looked over to Mark.

"Hey Amy, what are you doing here?" Mark smiled.

"Just getting to know Ethan. We haven't talked much since he moved here, so we wanted to hang out and chat," Amy smiled. Mark looked at Ethan, and smiled.

"Amy's like a sister to me, I think you two will get along. Anyway, I'm going to hit the shower. See you later Amy, and well, see you later too, Ethan," Mark said, as he walked out of the room. Once Mark was out of sight, Ethan breathed out like he had been holding his breath.

"You should have seen the look on your face!" Amy laughed. Ethan pouted.

"Sh-Shut up! He caught me off guard!" Ethan defended himself, but Amy kept laughing. When she was finally done with her giggle fit, she sat up and looked at Ethan.

"Anyway, do you believe me now? You love-" she said before Ethan placed a hand over her mouth.

"Shh! He might hear you!" Ethan said, panicked. Amy rolled her eyes and pulled his hand away.

"Oh please, Mark's hearing is messed up from all the loud games he plays with headphones on. He couldn't hear us if he was standing on the other side of the door!" she laughed. Ethan sighed again.

"Maybe you're right... Maybe I do love him..." he said quietly. Amy smiled, pleased with what she accomplished.

"Told you. Anyway, I've got to get home and pack. Tour is in three days, so I suggest you pack too. Don't worry about Mark. He's a late packer. He'll wait until we're about to leave to throw his stuff together," Amy said. Ethan nodded. The two said their goodbyes, and exchanged a hug before Amy left.

Ethan sighed and headed down the hall towards his room, but was cut off by a half naked Mark, covered only by his towel around his waist. His hair was still wet and fell oh so perfectly over his face. Ethan's temperature sky-rocketed, and his face turned a deep shade of red. Mark gave him a little smile before walking away to his room that was a bit further down the hall than Ethan's was. Ethan quickly slipped into his room, closing the door and locking it behind him. He leaned on the door, and tried to slow his breathing.

Meanwhile. Mark was doing the same thing. He couldn't believe he walked out there at that moment, and Ethan saw him like that. He also was dying to know what Ethan and Amy had talked about, so he dialed her number, not only to find out what they talked about, but also to fill her in on what she missed after she left.
