Chapter 50

A/N: Just a simple fluffy chapter~

Small announcement at the end of the story:)

Perrie's POV

Today marks the 91 days aka three months since Jade made me the happiest woman in the world by agreeing to be my girlfriend. I was never one good at Maths, especially not square root, Jade is, but I am confident my counting is right this time because I would have never miscount our time together. It is too precious for me to forget or mix up because I cherish every seconds I spend with my Jadey.

However, today is fully packed with work like usual, we didn't really have time to celebrate this special day. Jade is fine with it because she said celebration is not necessary when everyday we spend together is a blessing. I feel the same way, but being a hopeless romantic myself, I still want to do something for her or else I couldn't sleep tonight. We still got one show left, and by the time we finish and head home, I guessed we would still have about 2 hours to ourselves until it hits midnight, and I am going to make it count.

Right now we are backstage waiting to perform at the Capital's Jingle Bell Ball. Even though we perform nearly every year, it doesn't mean we are any less excited or thrilled to perform on the big stage in front of thousands of audience. That's not the only good news though. 'Glory Days' is number 1 for two weeks and we are optimistic it could stay for the third week! We were surprised and contented to taste the number 1 spot for a week, we couldn't be happier when it continued to stay at the top and who knew how many weeks we could achieve? But the one thing that light me up every day is how close our winter break is. I am counting down the days until Jade and I could make it official to the public and I can't wait

"Girls you are up in 5" The crews informed us.

We nodded and did a group hug, our usual pre-show ritual to wish each other good luck on stage. Once we pulled away, Jade cupped my face and pressed her lips on mine.

"Love you baby" She whispered against my lips.

"Love you too" I smiled and kissed back.

We reluctantly disconnected our lips when Jesy reminded us we are about to go on stage. I pecked her lips one last time and we parted to get in our own position as we will enter the stage in the opposite direction.

We performed a few songs and I smiled when I heard the intro of our next song, I glanced at Jade and she was smiling at me too, we always say it is our song. But it is different tonight, it would be the last time we will perform as bandmates only. Next time we sing 'Secret Love Song', we would be performing as a couple. I am hoping after Jade and I come out to the public, every time we sing this song, we could empower our fans to accept and be comfortable of who they really are, and do not let anyone brings them down. I hope they will believe that one day, they won't have to hide anymore and there will be no secret love, just like us.

Jesy started the song this time as we will be performing with Nathan Sykes and he will sing Jesy's part, so Jesy sang part of Jade's verse. When she finished, I grinned as it's my baby's turn.

Her voice is just...so angelic, vulnerable yet powerful, and will always be my favourite sound. We walked towards the piano where Nathan was on as he started singing his verse. He is very talented and we became really good friends after he opened for the Get Weird Tour, and that's why we have this special collaboration tonight.

For the remaining of the song, when me and Jade wasn't singing, we always catch each other's glances when there are certain lyrics that most related to us, we both had this matching smile on our face because we knew it would soon become a reality. I raised my mic as it was me and Nathan's turn to sing again and once we finished the long high note, Jade ended the song with my favorite line.

Her voice and the lyrics hit straightly into my heart like always. Usually when I sang those words, my heart would clutch in pain and despair. 

But this time I don't.  I feel hopeful instead. 

Because I knew our wishes will soon come true.

I walked out of my old bedroom with my Olaf T-shirt and went in my current bedroom with Jade, with no surprise I could hear water still running in the bathroom as Jade loves talking her time in shower. I left the room and headed down to the living room to set thing up, which was not much because 1) I only got a good couple of minutes and 2) It's kinda a last minute idea. It's gonna be really simple but I hope it was enough to make it memorable for her.

"Baby where are you?" My lips curved up when I heard her cute voice calling me

I turned on the music on my phone, making sure the volume was high enough to get her attention and lead her to the living room. I could hear footsteps from upstairs and it got louder with every step she took, just like the beating of my heart, and soon my beautiful brunette came in sight looking dazzling with my oversized T-shirt on, which covered up to her thigh showing off her long sexy legs.

"What are you doing here? I think we are going to bed?"

She tilted her head looking at me confusedly with her big caramel eyes. I grinned and made my way to my clueless girlfriend, once we were only inches apart, I gently took her arms and surrounded them around my torso while mines wrapping around her small waist, pulling her closer so our chests were touching. As if on cue, the intro of our favorite song started playing and she finally aware of what I was doing.

"Happy three months baba" I beamed and kissed her nose, chuckled when she scrunched up her nose looking absolutely adorable

"I thought we agreed on not to celebrate?" She crooked her eyebrow trying to sound serious, but the small curl on her lips sold her out.

"Well...I am a sneaky one" I whispered into her ear with a solemn tone like I was telling her a top secret. She giggled and hug me tight, resting her head on my shoulder while I did the same, our bodies swayed to the rhythm of the music while 'Thinking Out Loud' was playing.

"I am sorry I couldn't have come up with something better but to copy my old idea for our first date" I mumbled apologetically halfway through the song.

"No" She pulled away slightly and cupped my face, looking straightly into my eyes

"Like I said all I need is you and you are here with me now, anything else is a bonus to me. "

She smiled fondly and delicately caressed my cheek with her thumb, my head leaned into her touch, trying to control the erratic beating of my heart caused by her fingertips.

"Dancing with you is one of my favorite things to do. I love how our bodies tangling with each other and moved perfectly to the rhythm. I love how you sing every lyric to me like you meant every word. I love how we still hold on to each other and sway our bodies even the song is finished"

She smiled and pressed our foreheads together. My mouth ajar wanna to say something back, but no words could come out as I was so lost in the twinkles in her eyes

"I love you Perrie"

She muttered and slowly leaned in, my eyes shut when her nose was nudging mine's. Her hot breath hit my face and my breathing started to get uneven, impatiently waiting for her to close the agonizing lap. My breath hitched when our lips finally touched. She gently brushed those soft and plump lips of hers against mine for seconds, then pressed them fully on mine.

"Gosh I love you so much"

I breathe out and kissed back deeply. It felt like we were having our first kiss again. The teasing, the longing, and the heavenly feeling

She parted our lips momentarily, and with a brush against my nose she reconnect our lips, only at a different angle. Her hands left my cheeks only to locked her arms around my neck, pulling me closer to her if possible. I hummed and kissed back passionately, hand stroking her hair and rubbing her small back. We took our sweet time to savor each other's lips, until our intimate moment got interrupt when the song ended and a upbeat dance song began to play, causing Jade to pull away and laugh.

"Eh! I should have made a playlist full of romantic love songs" I groaned in disappointment. I unwrapped an arm to reach for the phone and stop the song

"You know what I love you the most?" Jade giggled lightheartedly, hand playing with a strand of my hair

"Because I am the best" I grinned proudly

"Because you are a dork" She laughed and pinched my nose.

"I don't know if I should be happy about it" I whined and rubbed my nose

"Why not? It's a compliment" She beamed, taking my hand away and pecked my nose

"How can it be?" I frowned

"It is. You are a dork because you don't know just a goofy smile of yours could make my heart flutters like crazy. You are a dork because you always let me tease you no matter how much you hate it, and still spoiling me and treating me like a princess. You are a dork because you are willing to do anything that no one else would just to make me smile. You are a dork because you have no idea how your extremely cute and romantic speech always tugs at my heartstrings and melts my entire heart. God it would take forever if I keep listing out every single reason. All I want to say is, you are the only dork that could make me fall harder and deeper in love with every single day"

Jade sniffed when she finished, eyes closed trying to catch her breathe after her long heart-swelling speech. I closed my eyes and dwelled on her little speech over and over again, feeling light-headed as every single word created a swirl in my stomach and now I felt like there is a fucking hurricane inside my body.

"I will continue doing all those things and more to make you feel loved every single day. I love you and I am your dork Jade. Forever and always"

I slowly leaned in until our lips met once again, loving how she immediately kissed me back with such intense passion. I pressed my lips firmly on her making sure to reciprocate her kiss, our lips molding and moving in perfect synchronization.

And that's how we ended this special day with. Lingering and passionate kisses full of love.

A/N: Wow I can't believe I have written 50 chapters so far:D

I still haven't figure out how I would like to end this story but I think there might be about 10 more chapters left for this book, depends on if there is any new idea come into mind that I wanna add into this...but one thing is certain. I won't end this book without an ending I am contented with, which I hope an ending you guys would love too.

I honestly never thought there would be so many people reading my first and crappy story. When I started this, I don't have high expectation I was thinking it would be my first and my last story to write, discontinue it if it is bad. But all your votes and comments made my negative thought go away and motivate me to improve my writing skills and write more.

In case you didn't know, I will be writing another Jerrie story after finishing this and that's because of ALL OF YOU giving me confidence which help me find my passion in writing.
