   It's been at least a year since that day. Haven't talked to my family at all. I've been a hopeless drunk living in my weirdo dad's tower. Constantly, I hear him talking to 'Perry the platypus'. Damn, that brings back memories. I have no idea how he has that name. It just hit me. Why did we have a platypus in the first place?

I feel my phone buzz. It's Candice. She's calling from the other line. I let it stop buzzing, then listen to the message.Um. I-i-i have s-s-s-some urgent news- I- um just meet at 2pm tmrw... bye?I sigh, knowing Candice is in trouble of some sort.

Next day
