17 . Since when was the Devil Goodlooking?!

05:43, 4 June 2025

3rd person POV

A few months passed in prison without much trouble. Goo would have occasional mood swings and trouble sleeping on last 3 days of the week but Gun helped him in getting through it all.

For unknown reasons the blonde found the raven's company quite comforting.  He would sleep better when the raven was around and his mood swings wouldn't cause much trouble when the raven accompanied him through them.

The raven noticed these subtle changes and accompanied the blonde everyday, specially on days where the dose wasn't sufficient for the blonde to get through.

But through these months the things that changed the most was their relationship as "friends. "

The blonde having opened up about his biggest weaknesses to the raven, and raven having taken care of the blonde through all his weak moments, made the two much closer than before. Each of them revealing weak sides of them that they never dared to let out in front of anyone or each other before, and having the other helping them to get through them, accompanying them, made them feel weirdly at ease.

This made the two much more familiar and closer to each other than either of them would like to admit.

Goo's POV

I woke up few minutes earlier than the morning call. Gun was sleeping beside me, faint sunlight illuminating his face.

I stared at him for a few seconds and quietly moved my hand over his face.

Why did I do that? I have no idea, dont ask.

A few minutes passed and I observed the peaceful raven beside me. The sun illuminated half of his face and his shiny black hair was quite messy. His breathing was even and his face was ralaxed. He looked... serene.

.....

".....His face is goodlooking..." I mumbled while lost in thought.

.....

My eyes suddenly widened out of shock and I clasped my free hand over my mouth.

...Where the hell did that come from?!

I looked at gun.

...He is still asleep..  right??

If he wasn't I will definitely dig myself a hole and bury myself in it.

I froze for a few minutes checking if he is still sleep and THANK GOD he was.

Some more time passed and I managed to calm down.

Suddenly I felt gun shift and yanked my hand away from his face. I quickly got up and went to wash my face.

"Ahhhh what's wrong with me?"

I heard gun waking up, but decided to not turn to look at him and continued my attempt at trying to wash the skin of my face away.

After about 10 torturous minutes Gun got up to drink some water.

None of us uttered a single word as we ate our breakfast.

Gun's POV

I've always been a light sleeper so waking up about 30 minutes before the morning call wasn't surprising.

I opened my eyes and was annoyed at the sun shining on my face, but I was too lazy to move so I decided to tolerate it.

I turned slightly to look at Goo sleeping beside me.

He looked peaceful. His blode hair was scattered across his forehead, his long eye lashes rested lightly and slightly fluttered every time he breathed.  His lips were slightly parted and he looked like an Angel.

'AHH?! ... what the hell am I   even thinking ???.'

I quickly turned my head away and closed my eyes.

'What the fuck is wrong with me?!'

I decided to spend a few minutes to calm myslef down.

'Angel?! Goo?! Yeh, No. Devil Incarnate suits him more. I must have hit my head somewhere or something '

A few minutes passed and I felt the blonde shift beside me.

'Did he wake up?'

I kept my eyes closed and pretended to sleep.

'Good now get up and leave so I can wake up too'

I thought to myself and waited for goo to get up.

"......"

..... He didn't.

'What the hell is he doing?!'

'Was he... staring at me?? Is there something on my face?'

I thought as I decided to keep my eyes closed to avoid any awkward situations.

I felt goo shift and suddenly the sunlight stopped hitting my face.

.....

Was he.. covering my face from sunlight??? what the hell?

I tried not to think about why he would do that and tried to distract myself by thinking of something else.

...

".....His face is goodlooking..."

...

My mind stopped working.
