A day had passed with the involuntary 'getting the captain hard and him being a grumpy old man the rest of training' going on throughout the whole day.

The fourth day of the deal, yesterday, had gone pretty normal other than after training when everyone had eventually parted ways to take their leave to their rooms, you had went to levis office to have a little spat about his ongoing unfair attitude towards His deal.

You had knocked and got a grumpy 'come in' returned, making you oblige and walk in. You closed to door and turned, facing the man who lifted his head up from his paper and let out a sigh, glaring. "Who said you could come in here runt?"

You stare at him, pressing your lips together. "Uh? You, When you said 'come in', technically that is saying i can come in even if it's not addressed-"

"Okay, jesus fucking christ. What?" He exhorted, leaning back in his chair and let his arms cross over his chest, the whole 'im hot without trying' thing really working for him-

Pulling yourself out of your thoughts you step in to the room more and eyed him. "We need to discuss the deal." You start.

Levis eyes narrow as he goes to speak. Knowing he will argue, you begin once again.

"You stated, that if i didnt purposely get on your nerves, or flirt, piss you off blah blah blah- that you would keep your end of the deal. Yes?-"

Levi opens his mouth but you continue.

"Yes. Okay, so i thought that would then include you acting how you would normally act, as in not trying to make it harder- which as you then brought to my attention i have to earn your end of the deal. Fair enough, since your dick is so worthy- yet now your getting mad because you cant control your oh so amazing peen, which is in not anyway my fault since i have been doing my part of the deal just fine- and if it is really the reason that your mad you cant fuck me- which by the way is your own choice then why am i having to get the backlash of your decisions"

Levi stares at you with displeased look as he stays quiet, as if waiting for you to continue.

"Im done now" you reiterate, giving a small awkward smile after your rant.

Levi lets out a hum, glancing at his watch. "You sure? You can have a few more minutes"

You let out a puff of air. "How genourous. Theres a lot of things id like to bring up but this one is the main topic of today so if you would please at least give me a useless excuse it would be greatly appreciated"

He leans forward, clearing his throat slightly. "Only since youll probably continue if i dont speak soon." He says and stood up, going around his desk and leaned on it, crossing his legs over one another and his hands grabbing the edge of the desk, his eyes staying latched to yours.

"Im not mad" he starts.

Your shoulders slump. "Oh woopty fucking doo i love that answer-"

"Would you let me fucking finish you incessant yapper." He glares making you press your lips together.

You nodded slowly making him let out a sigh and glare before continueing. "Im not mad, not at you. Im.." he turns to his head to the side, gulping. You watch his jaw contract as he clenches, swallows. God he was-

"Im extremely sexually frustrated and having you so blatently try so god damn hard just to get dicked down makes it a lot harder to keep up the deal of waiting- and yes i made it but it was needed. I need to not fuck a cadet.. yet i dont see that not happening for much longer so i made the deal to give myself more time without you flirting and getting to me in ways i really didnt need you doing. Yet i didnt think about you trying so hard and it being the biggest turn on- shut up i dont wanna hear it.-"

His turns back to you glaring. "Your too incessant, you wouldnt have given up and i needed at least some control to at least make the situation less serious about me taking a cadet up on an offer of fucking her when she asks a couple times" he chokes out, his glare even more intense by the end of his rant, which by the way was more shocking than the words himself, levi talking a lot and being truthful? Shocker.

Your head nods slowly as you take in the information. "So you made the deal in order to stop me flirting so you didnt fuck me?" You ask, tilting your head. If he had made the deal just to keep you at an arms length you could have not taken the deal and still got him in bed?-

"Yes. I planned to figure out a solution of my- issues before the end of the week so i didnt end up fucking on of my soldiers in training."

Your eyes narrow. "Rude" you mutter out. "So what changed? You obviously arnt gonna do that now since youve told me"

Levi hums softly, pushing himself off the desk. "The difference is now im too far to push the thought of you being put in your place to back out." He snickered lowly, it sounding more like a throaty chuckle.

"Ah.. so your too horny. Then the deal? Why keep it-"

Levi stands infront of you, his hand reaching and gently grabbing the strands of hair that slid together down your chest. "Well, because watching you, the girl who never watches her tongue or keep her opinions to herself.. be so good just to get my dick really is a sight to see." He breathed out, dropping his hand to your hip and pulled you a little closer.

You let out a small hum as you eye him with an amused smile. "Oh, you think?" You saunter, giving him a teasing smile as his other hand slides up along your arm and shoulder until its loosely gripping your neck, his thumb and index finger on your jaw.

"I do think. So this deal will continue as planned for two more days, and during that time your going to stay away from me. No eyeing me, no asking questions, dont even be in my line of sight. Im avoiding you like the plague, and you will do the same. Got it?"

A small breath leaves your lips as you nod against his hand, making a low hum leave the mans lips as he eyed you. "Good. Now go before you make me regret this and feed you to a titan." He hissed out, letting you go.

You let out a small stiffling laugh as you nod. "Got it captain" you say with a hint of a teasing undertone as you make your exit and go to your room.

The next day, you stuck to the new orders of the deal levi had made for you two as you and levi not so sutly avoided each other, it had been going well, no  issues considering you hardly seen him. Your friends kept you occupied most of training which make the whole situation even more simple.

The blatant avoiding and keeping away from each other ended up the commander finding out not only about his avoidance to one cadet, but also the vulgar spat the two of you had had a few days ago ontop of the wall.

The two of you now stood in the commanders office, 2 feet apart from eachother and the commader intront of you both behind his desk.

Levi glared at the cadet who was cowering next to erwin, the commanders hardened his gaze on the two.

You stood with your hands laced together behind your back as you glance at levi before the mans speak. "Thank you flock, you can go." He speaks, his voice dripping with authority and demand as the man dips his head low and staggers out quickly. Erwin continues.

"Levi as much as i hate to put you out- but this attiude is expected of her, not you- what were you thinking causing a scene like that? The Emp's even heard it." His voiced lowered and stern, even making levi shift in his spot.

"It was a impulsive action sir-"

"Your implusivness normally includes slicing into the flesh of beasts, not calling one of your cadets a unethical name infront of all of the other soldiers" His eyes narrowing on the man.

You let a small breath out. "Um- commander, if i may.."

"You may"

Nodding at his response, you speak. "Captains reaction was perfectly logical considering i had been not treating him as a subordinate like im meant to be-"

"And what do you mean by that cadet?"

Your eyes dart to levi who had his gaze on you with narrow slick eyes, as if daring you to continue.

The two of you have a silent arguement of 'dont do it' to 'dont worry i got this' before you abruptly turn your head back to the commander.

"I had been making jokes to captain that weren't strictly cadet- captain related-"

"Sir ive dealt with it-"

"Yes he has, but the reason he said those things to me was because i hadnt been-"

"Runt can you shut your damn mouth for once in your lif-"

"Both of you quiet"

Your gazes turn to the commander who had his head in his hand. A small sigh leaves his lips before he leans back in his chair, his eyes meeting yours. "So what, you were making.. jokes?"

You answer will a small nod. "Comments really- not important-" you shake your head, shutting yourself up from digging deeper into the mess.

"What kind of jokes"

You press your lips together, keeping the eyeconact the best you could. "Sir, seriously. its been dealt wit-" levi starts.

"Levi i would like if you let her speak without you interupting."

Levi shifts, looking down as he mutters under his breath. Erwin moves his hand a little as a command to continue.

"Jokes- about well.. uh- him, and me.. and well..- im not really-"

"Sexual jokes. She was making sexual jokes which is why i shamed her" levi sighs, glaring at you.

Erwins face remains stern, the only difference being his eyebrow now raised in an inquizuited way. "Sexual jokes?"

"Um. Yes- commander.." you stiffle out, your feet shifting beneath you.

"Why were you making these jokes?"

Levi lets a scoff leave his lips. "Sir how is that relevent in any way?-"

"Because levi, one does not make sexual jokes for no particular reason"

"In this case, one does. Its her for god sake" he dragged, throwing his hand up in her direction.

You scrunch your nose up at his statement but dont argue as erwins gaze turns back to you. "So theres no underlying reason cadet? Just because?" He says, as if in utter disbelief that someone does something 'just because'.

You clear your throat quietly. "Well- yes? Not that i make uh.. jokes with every guy i talk to because i most definitely dont- i mean, Levi is a very attractive man and i was just being very forward-"

"Shut your blabbering runt. Jesus" levi scowls, glaring at you, muttering a small sorry you lower your gaze to the floor beneath you.

A low throaty chuckle leaves the blond haired man. "Ah i see now. So the young cadet has a crush on you levi, and instead of dealing with it in a mannerly way you shame the poor girl?"

Levis eyes narrow. "Im not sure crush is the right term sir." He grumbles out, straightening his back.

Erwin hums, nodding his head as he has a silent conversation. His hands clap together as he stands. "Well. It seems here the issue is Levi cannot stay professional knowing a young girl took an interest in him. Would you agree?"

Levi lets out a groan. "No sir, its not that simpl-"

"Yes commander. That is exactly it" you say smiling innocently, ignoring the eyes boring into the side of your face as erwin returns the smile.

"Well then. Ill get you two situated on a mission. You will complete the task and report back, all while getting along"

Levis mouth falls slightly agape, looking the most irritated youve seem him, from well, not showing emotions that is. "Sir thats not-"

"Oh and levi? If you ever shame this girl for something so humane again i will personally harm you. Yes? Yes. Okay, finish up with supper and hange will debrief you in the morning on the mission. Is everything clear?"

You ponder for a minute before glancing at the commander. "Uh, am i to stop making the jokes commander?-"

Erwins laugh fills the room. "Ah, your a funny one cadet. As much as id love to allow you to continue your persue on levi, it would be best to maybe find.. a more suited man for your blunt personailty, and not your captain."

You glance at levi who was glaring. You hold back a laugh and look back at erwin. "Aw what a shame.. i was really smitten for him" you pout making levi let a scoff out.

Erwin pats your shoulder. "Youll find a man more suited for you cadet. Cheer up" erwin grins. "Now. Be on your way." He says straightening up.

You and levi nod, making your way out. Levis hand grabs the back of your neck, pushing you along to walk with him as he leans against you slightly. "Smitten huh."

You let out a small chuckle, shrugging. "What can i say, your just my type" you appealed, letting him walk you down the hall.

"Your so getting it tomorrow runt. Hope you pack a foldable walking stick in your rugsack" he breathed out, so close to your ear you could feel his breath crawling along your neck and cheek.

"Will do." You mewled out as levi squeezed the back of your neck before letting go and taking his leave.

You stiffle out a laugh as you watch him walk off before heading to your destination of Le bed to get the sleep youve been dying to have all day, since well, the best activities normally happen in the bed it may aswell be your favourite place.
