Chapter 19

I was bout to run after Ariana but I just said fuck it. I ran my hand down my face then walked into my room, sitting on my bed. I took out my phone to text Ariana.

Tae😚- I'm sorry baby

She didn't respond back. I have 5 missed called from Giovanna. She texted me a couple of times too. I called her back.

" Hello?"

" Hey. " She said dryly.

I chuckled. " What's wrong witcha?"

" You is the problem.. lying to me. I know you been cheating on me with Ariana, Davontae. So don't say you haven't or aren't, cause I know you are. I don't even know why am I still with you matter of fact, FUCK YOU, were DONE!"

Just with that she hung up on me. I threw my phone, got out of my bed and pushed my dresser. I yelled out of frustration.

" Boyyy, if you won't calm yo' asss down and gon' somewhere, you did it to yourself. You should only be mad at yourself." Momma yelled.

I smacked my lips then looked at my destroyed room, sighing. I just lost Ariana and Giovanna. I fucked up bad it's a 0% chance Ariana would forgive me. I got up and started to pick up the mess I made.

Giovanna.P.O.V.

I ran my fingers through my hair, sighing. I hope I didn't just make the wrong move. My phone started to ring.

Dametrius😍💕 flashed across the screen. He wanted to face time me. I answered.

" Hey."

He smiled back." Wassup ma'.. I heard that you and Davontae not together any more. "

I nodded." We're not."

" Then you should getcho ass over here." He nodded.

I straight face him. " Come on 'vanna, I don't wanna be lonely. We not gonna do something this time but watch a movie or whatever you wanna do."

I was a bit hesitate but agreed. I put on some joggers then a tantop. I put on my shoes, grabbed my charger and my phone. I grabbed my bag then walked out of my room.

" Where you going?" My sister Nia asked.

" Danaejahs."

She nodded then walked into her room. I talked to momma before I left.

Danaejah.P.O.V.

I heard a knock on the door.

" Dametruis go open the door!" I yelled. I didn't want to get up at all. I'm glad tomorrow Saturday.

" Nah 'Nae you get it." He yelled back.

I smacked my lips. It's almost 9 o'clock and someone is knocking on the door. Like go your ass home.

I groaned, rolling out off my bed. I walked out of my room and headed downstairs. The person knocked again.

" Coming." I yelled. I opened the door.

Why the hell is this girl on my front porch?

I moved aside so she could walk in." You didn't tell me you were coming over."

" Yeah, I wasn't planning on to. If I was, I would've texted you to let you know. Dametrius wanted me to come over."

I mentally rolled my eyes. I love my brother and all but this nigga, fucking stupid. " Oh well, he's upstairs....you know where is room is ."

Her and Dametrius had a past together. They dated for about 5-6 months before her and Davontae got together. I began walking upstairs. Giovanna followed behind me.

" So are you and Davontae really broken up?" I asked.

" Yep." She popped the p.

" Oh my Lord." I mumbled.

If Davontae knew what Dametrius and I knew,all hell would break loose.

" Well text me if you need anything or just ask Dametruis." I said, not wanting to be bother.

I walked into my room, close the door behind me. I went to my dresser and began searching for my head phones.

I know damn well, I'm not about to be hearing them moan and groan all night.

Dametruis.P.O.V.

Giovanna walked into my room, closing the door behind herself.

She smiled. " Hey. "

I flashed my smiled back at her. "Wassup ma."

She sat on the edge on my bed taking her shoes off.

" Get comfortable, it's gonna be along night."I smirked.

She shook her head, laughing.

" I'm forreal, you think I'm playing."I laid down in bed. She laid beside me. I gently pulled her closer to me." Whatcha wanna watch?"

She looked up at me , smiling. I bit down on my lip. She got on my lap and began to move her hips down on me.

" Shit, whatcha trying make me do?" I groaned.

" Fuck me." She whrispered in my ear.

It's really gonna be a long ass night.

At dinner I could tell it was tension between everyone. It seem like momma and dad is mad at eachother, but they didn't want to show it.

Davontae pissed, and I'm just every emotion today. Ariana left a hour or so ago to go home. I haven't texted or talked to August all day.

All I wanted to do was go to sleep. I turned of my light, put my phone on the charger, laid down in bed and buried myself in my blankets.

I heard a knock on the door. I groaned. " Come in ." I yelled in my pilliow.

" I didn't know you were asleep." I heard Davontae say.

I sat up. " I wasn't, but was getting ready to." He turned on my light and sat on my bed. " Whats wrong bubba?"

" I fucked up Daejah." He ran his hands down his face.

" With Ariana..?"

" Ariana and Giovanna. She broke up with me." He shook his head.

Damnnnnnn.

"Because of you and Ariana?" He nodded. " Bubba lemme be honest with you."

" 'Ight." He nodded, telling me to continue.

" First of all, of course Giovanna gonna break up with you. You cheated on her with Ariana. Then Ariana mad 'cause it seem like, when you get done with Giovanna your gonna slide over to Ariana like she a hoe or something, when she's not. She's feeling some type of way because of that. And your ass lucky as hell because, all theses nigga that want Ariana and can't have her because she like who?"

" Me." Davontae mumbled, not wanting to admit it.

" Right and you fucked up. She probably plotting and shit on your ass or something. You hurt her and Giovanna really bad.... to be honest, I really don't know if they'll forgive you or not."

He nodded." Me either ... but Daejah."

I looked up at him. " Yeah."

" I'm sorry, I wasn't there to protect you, when Ray abused you. I'm sorry all them times, when he hitted you and I wasn't there to protect you or even stop him or when you needed me the most. Hearing about what he did to you hurted me to my heart." Tears started to fall. " I'm sorry bunny that he did that to you and, I'm the reason he hit you in the first place."

I shook my head. "Bubba its okay, I'm fine and safe now. And it's not your fault he hitted me." I wiped his tears.

" Yes it's, 'cause if I would've just waited 'till you came home that would've never happened."

" Bubba, I promise it's not your fault. Promise." I pulled him up into a hug.

" The next nigga that puts his hands on you or even look at you the wrong way or even call you out your name. Best believe I'm going to jail and you tell me 'Ight. I'm supposed to be your protector, I don't want you getting hurt by no one .... the only thing that stopped me was you from beating that nigga ass. Other than that I would been in jail."

We pulled away. " Okay bubba, I'll." I said smiling.

" 'Ight and I'm dead ass serious ... I'll think about what you said. Night bunny love you."

" Love you too bubba, night." He turned of the night and walked out of my room, closing the door behind himself.

I sat in bed, shaking my head by how he's protective over me. Just imagine when he have his own daughter.

He won't let her have a boyfriend 'till she probably be 70. I laughed just thinking about how he would be if he had a daughter. I sat on my bed, taking my phone off the charger.

I'm wide awake now.

My phone Began to ring. August wanted to face time me and I answered.

" Wassup ma."

"Hey Aug. "

" I wanted ta' fall asleep lookin' at ya' beautiful face." He smiled. "So wassup. Why you been so distance from ah nigga ta'day?"

" I don't know .... alot of stuff just been happening with r-" I sighed. " Everything."

" What was ya' finna say? It was sum'thang 'dat started wit ah R."

The first thing that, I was 'bout to say that started with a R was Ray and I'm not about to bring that up. Exspecally now.

" Relationships." I blurted out.

" Relationships? "

I nodded. " Yep."

" What you mean by relationships?"

I sighed." You know you asking a whole lot of questions right?"

He nodded." Yeah 'cause I wanna kno' what ya' mean by relationships. So whatcha mean by 'dat?"

" Giovanna and Davontae then Ariana and Davontae ... Ariana is pissed at Davontae and then Giovanna broke up with Davontae if you hadn't known by now."

" Damnnn."

" Aug' that how you where just the other day."

" Yeah but at tha' end, I got ma baybeh." I laughed. " And who's your baybeh?" I imitated him.

He straight face me." Ya' ma' baybeh.. man don't tell meh ya' going out wit' 'dat nigga Reese."

" Okay then I won't tell you. " I smiled, shrugging.

He smacked his lips. " What tha' hell so ya' and Reese datin'?"

" Nah we not, I haven't talked to him all day. We didn't even get to go on our date because I fell asleep."

He smiled widely showing his teeth. " Why you smiling like that. "

" 'Cause I can cuff you befo' anyone else does."

" So you wanna cuff me?" I questioned.

He nodded." Yeah fo' tha' longest na'. So..." He scratched the back of his head.

" Ya' wanna be my baybeh?"

"No."

" No?"

She laughed." Nah I'm just playing. Yes, I would like ta' be ya' baybeh." She said talking like me, smiling.

I shook my head. "ya' now imma fool fa' 'dat."

" Fool for what?"

" Ya' pretty eyes and 'dat smile." I smirked.

" Then I'll smile more for you."

" 'Ight baybeh. I kno' fo' sho', we gon' be making some cute ass baybehs." I mumbled.

" Not anytime soon."

" We'll see. When you lemme hit 'dat. It'll happen."

" Okay Aug we'll see. " She yawned , laying back in bed.

" Ya' tired."

She nodded." Just little bit."

" Ma' get some sleep."

" Night August." She mumbled not wasting time getting to it.

" Night baybeh."

Afta 5 minutes or so, she was out cold. I Screenshot ha sleepin'. I went  to Instagram then captioned it.

" This is what I wanna wake up to every morning.This beautiful face. I finally got my baby😘😆."

I posted it, positioned my phonem in a certain way then laid down. In a matter of minutes, I was knocked out with Daejah.

I woke up and saw August, lightly snoring. We was on face Time all last night, well at least sleeping on face time all last night. I got out of my bed, walked into the bathroom, did my morning hygiene, peed and washed my hands afterwards.

I walked back into my room. Then ook my phone of the charger then walked downstairs.

" Yeah 2 dozen." I heard Davontae say.

Flowers?

" Yeah..."I walked into the living room and sat on the couch. " Okay, thank you." He hung up.

" Who you buying flower for?"

" Your Bestfriend."

" Ariana.....? Nuh uh, she probably 'bout to cut them things and send 'em right back to you." I laughed.

" I hope not bruh. Shit cost me." I shook my head, chuckling.

" So, did you buy Giovanna some too?"

" Hell no." He shook his head, scoffing.

"Why not. " I laughed. "Thats your baby remember? "

" Not anymore. She moved on faster then me bruh. Look on her story." He told me.

" Why you stalking 'tae?"

" I'm not." He smacked his lips .

" Okay, whatever you wanna say." I got on snap and went to my friend story's.  Giovanna posted a hour ago.

" And look at Dametrius too."

" Okay." I put 2 and 2 together. They must've been together last night. I looked at their snaps. They were both all over each other.

" They back together or...?" I asked, closing out of my snap.

He shrugged. " I don't know. And I don't care./

" You mad or nah?"

" Nope." He shook his head.

" Mhm."

" I'm not . I got somebody wayyyyy better than her hoe ass." Momma came out it nowhere and smacked him upside his head.

" Just cause you turning 19 tomorrow, that don't mean the rule have changed."

Davontae rubbed his head to ease the pain. I laughed, shaking my head. I walked into the kitchen and got out some milk and cinnamon toast crunch.

Its one of my favorite cereal to eat. I made me a bowl and began eating.  I heard shuffling. I forgot I even had him on face Time.

" Ma' why you loud? A nigga trying to sleep." He mumbled.

" I'm not even loud..... can I not eat?"

" Till I get ta' eat ya'." He smirked.

I walked downstairs into the kictchen, then made me a boal of cereal. I heard a knock on the door.

" Imma get it." Reese made his way to the door.

" Okay." I continued to eat my cereal, while going through my phone.

Bestfriend- Morning bestfriend 😘❤🙅!!

MyMainBitch- Morningggg baby 😘. You feeling better?

Bestfriend- Alot. what bout you ?

I heard the front door close. I looked up and saw Reese walking into the kitchen holding roses. " Those are for momma or some?" I covered my mouth, so he wouldn't see me chew my food.

He shook his head." Nah for you."

I started coughing. I put my stuff down, clearing my throat. " Me?"

" Yeah aren't you the only Ariana-Marie living here?"

" Yeah. "

" Okay then." He put them down next to me. I finished my boal of cereal, washed my boal and cleaned up before I went upstairs with the roses. I put the roses down on my dresser and read the card.

~ Baby I'm sorry. Forgive me ma. I know you can't get enough of me . These roses remind me of how beautiful you are but your way more beautiful. But for real forgive a nigga I'm sorry... even if you don't I hope you like these .~

I put the card down and took a picture of the roses. Then I called davontae. He awnser on the first ring. A smiled spread across his face.

" Hey baby. "

" Hey Davontae."

" Did you get the roses I sent to you?" He asked.

" Yeah I did." I nodded.

"Do you like  them? "

I nodded. " Yeah, but that don't change the way I feel right now. I'm still mad at your ass."

I heard Daejah laugh in the backround. " Told you."

He sighed. " I know."

" Then why you buy them? I love them though. "

" 'Cause, I thought it would be a little bit easier to forgive me, if I gave you those."

" It didn't work then."

He sighed. "Ariana imma pick you up 'round 2ish, please be ready. I wanna talk more about this in person."

" Okay."

We disconnected.

" You can't buy her love either."

He smacked his lips. " I know and I'm not trying to do that. I just wanna talk 1 on 1 by ourselfs."

I nodded." Okay davontae."

" I'm." He assured me .

" I believe you, dang."

" Bunny, I see you gotta boo." He teased, looking at his phone.

My face scrunched up." What?"

" You. Got. A. Boo."

I fanned him off. " Who is it?"

" August. "

" How the... How you know? I haven't even told anyone yet. Not even Ariana."

" Look at August new post."

I ran my fingers though my hair. " What he do know. " I mumbled to myself. I looked at his story and smiled.

" Thirsty to let people know." I shook my head, smiling. I screenshot the picture, then it hit me.

Reese.

My phone rang, it was him. I let my phone ring." How I'm I suppose to tell reese?" I mumbled to myself.

" You want me to?"

I shook my head. " No, I'll do it  myself. I know he's gonna be hurt by it." I sighed.

" He should've asked you out then."

I smacked my lips." Arent y'all suppose to be best friends ."

He nodded ." I'm his friend, I just saying what's true."

" Okay lemme say what's true then.... you should have asked Ariana first because she goes with Jayden."
