"Oh god! Where am I?" Damian shouted as he searched the room. A small dungeon possibly under the sewers with one way out; the iron gate door at the other side of the room. "Oh god..." Damian repeated, cursing under his breath. The iron gate door creaked as it opened, revealing three shadowy creatures, red eyes glowing and white teeth gleaming. Their... Hands were glistened with red, sticky, gooey blood that Damian almost gagged at. Their stench was even worse. It was like they rolled in a corpse, the rotting, vomit smell of a decaying life form. "What do you want?" Damian muttered, shrinking against the wall.
"What we want?" A creature spoke, eyes staring at Damian hungrily. "What we want is for you to be killed." Damian looked into its eyes. It smirked, looking at its partners before leaving the room. The two creatures left smirked as well, stalking towards Damian at a frightening speed. "We're going to torture you before we take you to our master." The creatures rasped, cracking their knuckles- if they even had them. Damian grunted as he was thrashed, bashed, bullied and smashed, his blood running from every rivulet of holes. They had speared him with needles quite large, piercing his skin as if he were a ham being skewered for a dinner feast.
He lunged out in pain, falling to the ground as the creatures laughed, dragging him by the arms now to see their master. Damian heard a voice calling him, an worried and concerned voice, that he only knew of as he was lovers with her. Raven. "What have you done to him?" Raven yelled, rushing to Damian's side. "Oh my god... Damian..." She muttered, searching his bruised and bleeding body for any serious injuries.
"Sister, it is the will of Trigon, for he will come through the gates of your crystal prison, and destroy the boy." Raven shook her head. This was not part of her plan. Her plan was to "join" the demons- secretly leaving Garfield with the others in the T tower- and get Damian back. She organised this the second she had her memories back. Now it was taking a turn for the worst.
"But why does he have to end him? Isn't having me by his side enough?" She asked, still processing the information and looking at Damian lying on the floor. His breathing was shallow, so she placed his head on her lap, healing him painfully slow. The demons shook their head, letting Raven use her magic on the hostage.
"Trigon will not be pleased to have the boy with you." They stated, frowning at poor Damian on the floor.
"I honestly don't care. Just leave him with me ok?" Raven pleaded, touching his cheek as he grunted. Damian's eyes shot open, looking directly at Raven's face, worry and concern etching his handsome features. He blinked, searching the room for any threats. Two demons were there staring right back at him and he locked their gazes. "Damian... I'm here, don't worry. Everything will be fine..." Raven whispered as her eyes were in a distant, long forgotten place. Damian guessed it was Azarath where her mother and her people died. "We'll be with my father soon, and you'll be protected..." Raven whispered again, her eyes glowing red. Damian tried to move, however Raven latched on to his wrist, pinning him on the ground. "You stay with me." She hissed, nails digging into his skin.
"Raven I, I don't understand. Why are you doing this?" Damian stuttered, staring at her angry face. Raven shook her head at him, staring at every aspect of his body. She then spoke in a raspy, seductive voice,
"Becaussse I love you...." Damian didn't know what to think. He lay there, his eyes closed, listening to the demons converse with each other in an unknown language. Then they spoke English, "I know father wants just me to be by his side, but I can't be alone with him forever while we take over realms, I need the human."
"Fine... We'll tell Trigon you are taking the boy no matter what." The shadowy creatures murmured, disappearing from sight as Damian's eyes fluttered open.
"Trigon will be here shortly with his ethereal form... We're going to join him." Raven croaked into his ear, her eyes turning back to normal as she stared at his face again. "I'll keep you from harm Damian, no matter what." Then she let go of his wrists, hauling him up.
Damian didn't respond as he held Raven's hand, squeezing it lightly as Raven teared up. Damian wiped away her tears of sadness, looking at her lips. Then in a flash, he was kissing her with as much passion as he could, letting all his emotions and his regret explode into the passionate eloping. Then he arrived.
At first the portal was a dark shade of red, and as Damian broke away from a shocked Raven, it transformed into a swirling portal of midnight blue. Then Trigon appeared. "Daughter... And Damian. I am always so surprised by you two." He boomed, a human male height, white hair flowing to his lower back, small horns and just two neon yellow eyes.
Then Raven summoned all her feelings for Damian, braced herself, and shot out a white stream of angelic love, of innocence, of protecting those she cares about and protecting the world. It hit the ethereal form of Trigon, shattering him into a thousand pieces. The demons seeing their real master disperse, they imploded into themselves, screaming at the agony of it. "He's dead." Raven chanted, falling to her knees, her hands rubbing her face. "I did it Damian!" She excitedly yelled, hauling herself up and flinging herself onto him. She nuzzled his neck, pecking it lightly and hugging his waist, portaling themselves out of the dungeon.
They arrived and were greeted with cheers from their teammates. "OMG YOU'RE OK!" Garfield shouted, hugging them in a group hug.
"Nice to see you too Beastie." Damian muttered, secretly smiling at all of his friends. Then he did the unexpected, smooching Raven fully on the lips. Muffled cries of surprises were heard as Raven and the others' eyes widened. "I love you Raven. My sweet bird." Damian cooed, leading Raven to his bedroom. Garfield rolled his eyes, not too fond of the love.
"What're we doing now little Robin?" Raven asked, sitting eloquently on Damian's bed. Damian smirked.
"We're gonna have some fun." Then he pounced on her, and they had a good night.
