"i wonder how wonu is doing" i mumbled to myself suddenly, i didn't even realize i said something until i heard a response from someone at the door, "why don't you ask me?" he said

-joshua's pov-

after areum went to her room i met up with seungcheol and jeonghan in seungcheol's study room. we needed to have a meeting about what's going to happen

"what did you want to talk about?" jeonghan asked as he sat down on seungcheol's chair and putting his feat up on the table, he spoke with his usual charisma

"we need to talk about the future" i spoke sitting on the other side of the table in my usual formal way. he looked at me with a confused expression

"areum is being followed" seungcheol bluntly said as he glared at jeonghan because he was sitting in his chair, "what are you talking about, you mean the volleyball player?" jeonghan said sitting from his chair so that seungcheol could sit down, seungcheol nodded at his question, "i guess i know what you mean, he's the one whispering things to seulgi. he was also there with us at the movie theatre" jeonghan said as he walked to sit on the chair next to me

"he was at the movie theatre?" "yeah, but they left as soon as the movie finished" his demeaner completely changed, his usual lustful expressions were replaced by serious and intimidating ones

"he's following her and i wouldn't be surprised if seulgi is also in it as well" "we should get areum away from here" i said what all three of us were thinking

before we argued about this because there were no real signs of danger yet, but now the signs of her being in danger were showing more than ever before

"yeah, but let's watch what happens first. before we get her out of here let's wait a little, maybe till next month so that it will be easier on her. we just moved here not too long ago, i don't think she wants to leave just ye-" jeonghan tried to say, "no. we need her to leave now!" seungcheol snarled as he sat down on his chair

"at the first sign of danger we're getting her out of here, don't worry" he said, "i want to find this guy's motive for following her" jeonghan spoke with a smirk on his face

-areum's pov-

"wonu" i said startled at his appearance in my room, i jolted up from my laying down position and turned to look at him, "what're you doi- your eyes!" i completely sat up from my bed when i saw his eyes

they were completely red and he looked like he could kill anyone

he rubbed his eyes for a moment, "sorry, i can't seem to control them at the moment" he spoke as he continued to try to get them back to normal by rubbing them

"a-are you feeling better now?" i stuttered still a bit flustered at his presence

i wasn't expecting to see him at all today, i thought he wasn't feeling well, and his aura at the moment scares me. he looks like he would rip my throat out without even thinking twice about it

"i thought v-vampires didn't get sick" i nervously chuckled, "the irony really hurts, i came here to apologize for not being there at the celebration downstairs" he tried his best to sound kind but his eyes made him look like he was mad and irritated

"what was wrong with you? why couldn't you come downstairs?" i said just above a whisper as i sat down on my bed

i was disappointed that he wasn't there. that i couldn't have all thirteen of them there to celebrate with me

"i couldn't control my bloodlust at the moment, so i decided to not put you in any danger. that's why i didn't go" he explained, "is it because you didn't have the blood you liked?" i whispered, he walked a little closer to me and sat down across from me, "how do yo-" "jeonghan told me" i interrupted, "how much did he tell you?" he looked at me with a cautious expression, he looked like he was afraid of my answer

"h-he told me that you prefer AB negative blood, that's all" i stuttered once again, "that's also my blood" i whispered to myself as i looked down at my hands for a moment

"he didn't tell you the full story then" he reached out to hold my hand and grabbing it, gently stroking his thumb on it, "i can only drink AB blood because i've grown an intolerance to the other types and i lose control of my bloodlust when i try to drink other types" he paused for a moment, his appearance changed from an angry one to a distressed one when he started explaining

"is that why you weren't there tonight? because you tried to drink a different type of b-blood?" i stuttered when i tried to say blood. i didn't mean to stutter, it just doesn't feel like a natural thing to say so i got flustered when the word left my mouth

"yeah, mingyu convinced me to drink and i got worse. but, don't worry i'm in control now" he tried to give me a reassuring smile

"o-okay" i mumbled

this is when i realized how much his behavior has changed since he's come back

when he first came back he was the same person he was four years before, but as time passed he's become more expressive and caring

but, it's only when we're alone. when we're at school he's still the cold guy but he still manages to show he cares, and when we're alone he's so kind and he shows his beautiful smile a lot

"come here" he urged me to move closer to him and i complied, sitting down next to him

"you look beautiful tonight" he caressed my cheek with his free hand, his actions making my face hot

"thanks, you don't look bad yourself" i whispered, trying to draw attention from my red cheeks

he suddenly stood up and sat right in the middle of the bed sitting crisscross

"what're- whaa" my question was interrupted when he pulled me to him and made me straddle him, "wonu, w-what're y-you doing?" i stuttered, my cheeks becoming redder by the moment

"i want to look at your face better" with that he gently grabbed my chin and made me look at him (a/n i'm trying to figure out if she looks up at him or down at him, bc she a tiny hooman and wonwoo is a literal titan. but i think she has to look down at him)

his eyes were still crimson red and they shined with the moonlight hitting his face. he looked breathtaking... i gasped a little at the sight of him

"you're breathtaking" i whispered without realizing as i put my hand up to touch his hair, but quickly stopping myself as i realized what i had said and was about to do

but before i can take my hand away from his face he grabbed my wrist

his eyes were full of lust and something else i couldn't quite understand, he gently kissed my wrist. right where my scars were, he didn't seem to mind that they were there. internally i was happy that he didn't ask but my outward expression was different. i had a surprised expression on my face as he continued to kiss my wrist while still making eye contact with me

usually when people saw the marks on my wrist they would either cringe or give me an apologetic face, like as if it was their fault or something. that look just made me feel worse. that look made me feel angry and sad at the same time

"i heard that" he teased with a smirk plastered on his face. my face getting more red from his words if that's even possible

his sweet lips started moving up my arm, teasing me with his every action. his other hand was on my waist, holding onto me tight

"you're also breathtaking" he whispered in my ear, his deep and dark voice sending shivers down my spine

he gently kissed the area under my ear and moved his way to my neck and collarbone

his lips were cold and my skin was hot from all the blood going to my face. but the huge contrast of our temperatures making me sensitive to his actions, i moaned a little without realizing

"wonu" i gasped as he gave me a love bite catching me by surprise

his hand that was on my waist slowly moved under my shirt without me realizing and was now holding onto the clasp of my bra and his other hand was doing the same, teasing me

"s-slow down" i tried to say, but his current actions wouldn't allow my mind to string together any real thoughts

his lips creating dark purple marks all over my neck, decorating it

he took my lips in his. his actions were now more desperate than before, like he was longing for me

-author's pov-

he kissed her with passion and desperation

he wanted her in that very moment, "wonu" she said when he stopped kissing her momentarily so that she could catch her breath

"areum, you're beautiful" he mutters as his lips find there way to her collarbones again

he took off her shirt, leaving her in her bra and completely exposed. areum was too caught up in the moment to realize what was happening around her

he laid her down on the bed and started kissing her stomach, the action by itself making her giggled at the ticklish feeling

he pulled away for a moment to look at what he had created, admiring all the purple and the soft bite marks he had created all over her

but slowly as time progressed he was slowly losing more and more control over his bloodlust

his desires slowly starting to control him

his eyes glowed red and his canines became prominent

as he kissed her he could feel her heart pounding in her chest and the way blood flowed through her. he wasn't in his right mind so he didn't see the signs of him losing control

"areum" he called to her, she was panting, her chest going up and down as she tried to regain her breath. she hummed as a response

"i-i" he stuttered for a moment

she looked up at him for a moment, "wonu, your eyes are glowing" she gasped as she sat up to look at his face, wonu appeared to be deep in thought or to better explain it like he was slowly losing it

the white parts of his eyes were getting dark and the teeth next to his canines were getting sharp

"a-are you okay?" she stuttered, taken aback by his appearance

he suddenly stood up and backed away from her, he looked like he was fighting with himself, "AGGHH" he screamed and tried closing his eyes and covering his ears as he fell to the floor and kneeling

"wonu, what's wrong?!" she asked worries as she walked closer to him

a/n i'm posting today because i'm going to ask my parents to take away my phone because i've become obsessed with it but don't worry i'll update next wednesday🙂🙂
