-background-

most of them met in 1347 when the black plague was beginning, they all came from different backgrounds.

-취 승철-

seungcheol and his older brother were orphans, born in, at what the time was south korea (goryeo), who decided to travel together to get away from their old lives and eventually went to england and met joshua and vernon and later met the other boys.

-윤 정한-

jeonghan was also born in goryeo, was mistreated by his parents and he fled with his younger sister, and coincidentally met seungcheol, vernon, and joshua.

-홍 조슈아 지수-

joshua had the best life compared to all the others. even though his family was very poor, they still managed, his parents were from goryeo but they decided to live in england, and joshua was born there speaking both languages fluently. eventually, his parents died of sickness and he met seungcheol.

-문 준휘-

junhui was born in cathay (china in the 1300s) he was also an orphan, he witnessed the death of his parents and younger brother. his parents were hanged because his father fled the military and his younger brother also died of sickness. in 1345 he decided to flee cathay so he went to england and in 1348 he met the other boys.

-권 순영 | 전 원우-

soonyoung, his older sister, and wonwoo were all orphans who lived in a small orphanage in goryeo. eventually, his sister turned 18 and fled her old life, leaving them behind. in 1343 when they were seventeen the orphanage sold them and they were taken to england together. they managed to somehow get away from their master and they met the others in 1347. they met soonyoung's sister again and forgave her for leaving.

-이 지훈-

jihoon's parents were traders so they went to many places. when he was eighteen (1344), they went from goryeo to england, his father didn't make it to england and his mother was heartbroken. since he lost his father they decided to stay in england and his mother, later on, died from a broken heart. jihoon loved his parents, he adored them. he felt like he lost it all but seungcheol and vernon found him and helped him out of the hole he dug himself in.

-이 석민 | 부 승관-

seokmin was born in 1327, goryeo. he was childhood friends with jihoon and seungkwan, he was told by jihoon that he would come back from england but he never did. so he decided to search for him with seungkwan. they found him in 1347. they had been searching for two years and they finally found him. seungkwan and seokmin abandoned their entire family to find him, they were disowned by them, but they gained a new family with the boys.

-김 민규 | 이 찬-

mingyu was born in 1327, he was born into slavery with his younger sister and chan, one night they managed to escape but his younger sister couldn't go with them, she was too afraid. he said he would come back to find her. he eventually made it back to her in 1351 but she had perished from the plague. he and chan found joshua and he saved them in 1347.

-서 명호-

myungho was also born in cathay, he fled his family because they wanted him to marry a girl but he did not love her, so he fled. in 1349 he reached england and met the others.

-최 버는 한솔-

vernon was born in england, in 1328. his mother was english and his father was korean, he didn't fit in with the people around him, so he was closest to his younger sister. his mother died of sickness in 1339, and his father was later hanged for treason in 1342.

-everyone-

all of them were together by 1349, they became like a brotherhood because they didn't fit in with anyone else. in 1347, the black plague began and they thought they were safe from it but they were very wrong. in 1350 vernon's sister became sick with the bubonic plague and eventually gave all of them the sickness, but before that, a vampire had come into the town planning on making an army but he was unsuccessful, before he could turn the entire town he was killed, but he had managed to get to them. they eventually died and a few hours later they woke up as vampires, all of the boy's siblings had died from the plague except for vernon's sister.

when the boys awoke they tore the town apart and killed everyone, but vernon's sister didn't want to become a monster so she never fed on human blood and eventually died with her brother next to her.

fast forward about 644 years, it was now 1994 and they had just joined the mafia as hitmen. they didn't find any joy in killing but they needed money and it was something they could do easily.

then in 2003, they found areum...
