Night Wolf: Go! Your soul is not safe!

(Cyber Sub Zero runs away)

Quan Chi: Earth realm's fate is sealed, Night Wolf!

Night Wolf: Not yet, we fight until the end!

(Night Wolf fights Quan Chi. His magic was strong, but Night Wolf's magic and sheer willpower are stronger)

Night Wolf: Your time is over

Noob Saibot: No!

(Noob Saibot tries to attack Night Wolf)

(Night Wolf counters Noob Saibot and kicks him into the soulnado)

Noob Saibot: (Terrified screaming)

(The soulnado explodes because it was corrupted by Noob Saibot's magic)

(Night Wolf shields himself with his magic)

(Quan Chi walks through a portal)

Night Wolf: Pilamaya

(Night Wolf gets up and travels back to the group)

(At the table is Raiden, Echo, Liu Kang, Jax, Sonya, Johnny, Smoke, Cyber Sub Zero, Jade, Skarlet, Rain, Kitana, Kabal, and Stryker)

Sonya: But how do we know? Raiden could be having visions of possible futures and not THE future

Jax: Sonya's right. Was I supposed to have my arms replaced with these? Or was it clouded by interfering with the timeline?

Echo: That is very possible, wouldn't be unusual compared to what we've seen so far

Johnny: My head hurts just thinking about it

Kitana: This is not helpful, we cannot second guess our decisions. Raiden, what are your thoughts? Raiden?

Raiden: Yes, that is best

Rain: More visions?

Raiden: Yes

Skarlet: He might be going a little crazy

Sub Zero: What is our next objective?

Kenshi: The best course of action would probably be-

Jax: Night Wolf!

(Night Wolf enters the room)

Night Wolf: It is done, all of earth realm's souls are safe

(Raiden's amulet cracks)

Raiden: No! How is it not enough?!

(Raiden slaps his palm on the table)

Raiden: I must speak with the elder gods. Shao Khan's violation must be punished

Liu Kang: But the battle is joined here, in earth realm

Raiden: We cannot win without the elder gods

Liu Kang: But master-

Johnny: Liu Kang, close as a shadow

Raiden: Night Wolf, you will lead until we return

Night Wolf: As you wish, Haokah

(Raiden and Liu Kang teleport away)

Stryker: Well, now what? Standing around here won't do us any good

Rain: I sense a presence here, and it is different from our own

Sub Zero: Wait... The Lin Kuei, They surround us!

(Cyrax, Sektor, and a bunch of cyber Lin Kuei appear out of nowhere simultaneously)

Stryker: So much for standing around

Night Wolf: Attack!

(Cyber Cyrax tries to attack Night Wolf)

(Night Wolf kicks Cyber Cyrax away)

Cyrax: My speed and skill are beyond you

(Night Wolf fights Cyber Cyrax. Speed and skill aren't enough to take down Night Wolf)

Night Wolf: Mere speed and skill will not win this war, Cyrax

(Smoke is fighting Cyber Sektor)

(The rest of the group is fighting the cyber Lin Kuei)

Sektor: You are weak, Smoke

(Cyber Sektor punches Smoke down the stairs)

Sektor: Now do you understand the power of the grand masters vision?

(Before Cyber Sektor can kill Smoke, Night Wolf hits him with an axe)

Night Wolf: You are no match for the power of the spirits

(Night Wolf fights Cyber Sektor. He has to dodge the rockets Sektor fires while trying to land enough hits on him. Eventually Night Wolf disables Sektor with a lightning strike from spirit magic)

Night Wolf: Perhaps even you can be saved

(The rest of the cyber Lin Kuei are taken out)

(Kitana has a worried look on her face)

Night Wolf: What is it?

Kitana: Mother?

(Sindel is using her scream magic, making the ground quake briefly)

Sindel: Come forward if you dare! I will finish what the Lin Kuei could not!

Jax: Lets do this

Echo: Ready when you are

Night Wolf: Attack!

(Echo tries to attack Sindel but gets knocked down several times until he finally falls down and doesn't get up)

(Echo landed a few good hits, but not enough to stop Sindel)

(Night Wolf tries to hit Sindel with an axe, but she blocks it, punches him, and elbows him in the face, knocking him down)

(Johnny Cage tries to punch Sindel and roundhouse kick her, but she blocks him both times)

(Sindel knees Johnny Cage in the face, punches him, and throws him to the side)

(Rain shoots a blast of water at Sindel, which she counters with her scream magic)

(Rain tries to flying kick Sindel, but she grabs his leg and slams him on the floor)

(Kenshi tries to kill Sindel with his sword, but Sindel dodges the blade and elbow drops Kenshi)

(Skarlet makes her dagger into a sword and tries to kill Sindel, but Sindel grabs her wrist in one hand, and rips Skarlet's head off with the other)

(Kabal starts circling Sindel at super speed, delivering some punches and running back away)

(Sindel eventually catches Kabal with a kick, then she drives her heel into his heart, killing him)

(Stryker pulls out his pistol and fires a few shots, but Sindel uses her hair to block the bullets)

(Stryker throws a grenade at Sindel, but she catches it and throws it away before it blows up)

(Stryker pulls out his baton and tries to hit Sindel, but she blocks the baton and kicks the inside of Stryker's knee, making him kneel down)

(As Stryker is kneeling, Sindel delivers a strong punch to his face, caving it in)

(Cyber Sub Zero tries to hit Sindel with a blast of ice, which she dodges)

(Cyber Sub Zero summons dual ice swords and tries to attack Sindel, but she quickly blocks the attacks from his cold blades)

(Sindel delivers some punches to Cyber Sub Zero, cracking his power core, and disabling him)

(Jax charges at Sindel and tries to punch her, but she dodges his charge. Jax throws a few more punches, but Sindel blocks his arms and drives her heel into his throat)

(Smoke throws a ball of smoke at Sindel, but she dodges it. As soon as she does, Smoke teleports behind Sindel and punches her)

(Smoke tries to kick Sindel, but she grabs his leg, kicks him in the nuts, and snaps his neck)

(Sonya Blade tries to spin-kick Sindel, but Sindel ducks under the kick sweeps her legs, and delivers an axe-kick to Sonya)

(Jade pulls out her staff and spins it around, trying to hit Sindel)

(Sindel grabs Jade's staff and breaks it in half)

(Jade throws her ninja star at Sindel, but she grabs it and throws it on the floor)

(Jade tries to fight Sindel hand to hand, but Sindel digs her hand into Jade's chest and rips her heart out)

(Kitana tries to hit Sindel with her fan blades, but she gets blocked. She then tries to kick Sindel, but gets blocked again)

(Kitana and Sindel fight hand to hand briefly before Sindel gains the upper hand and lands enough hits on Kitana to knock her down)

Kitana: Mother, please...

Sindel: I am no longer your mother

Kitana: Mother, this is not your way. Shao Khan has corrupted you

Sindel: Shao Khan has resurrected me! You have betrayed him. Embraced a pathetic cause

Kitana: Remember Edenia, mother. Remember your rule before Shao Khan's invasion!

Sindel: Quiet, child. It is time for you to join your friends

(Sindel starts using her magic on Kitana)

Night Wolf: Monster!

Echo: (Throws a star, cutting Sindel's arm)

Sindel: Still alive? No matter, you both will soon reunite with your ancestors!

(Echo and Night Wolf work together to take down Sindel. They use teamwork and well placed attacks to gain the upper hand, and they clutch the win with a synchronized uppercut)

Echo: For earth realm!

(Echo knees Sindel in the chest, breaking a few ribs, then again in the face, breaking her nose. The he spinning kicks the side of her head, causing her to become dizzy)

(Night Wolf punches Sindel in the face, breaking her jaw)

(Echo flips kicks the top of Sindel's head, causing it to crack open a bit)

(Sindel staggers back)

(Echo picks up Kabal's hook swords, drives them into her shoulders, then flips Sindel over his shoulder, causing the swords to rip out of Sindel's shoulders)

(While Sindel is flying, Night Wolf delivers a flying kick to Sindel's back, breaking her spine)

Night Wolf: Now, Sindel. Face the spirits judgement

(Night Wolf chants some magic words and uses his magic on Sindel)

(Sindel tries to use her scream on Night Wolf)

(The reaction destroys both, Night Wolf, and Sindel)

(The explosion knocks Echo into a wall, causing him to hit his head on the wall and blacks out)

Sonya: Raiden! Raiden, where are you?

(Meanwhile)

Raiden: Elder gods, I beseech you. Earth realm is in danger

Elder gods: We are aware of your plight, Raiden

Raiden: Then you must intervene on earth realm's behalf

Elder gods: We cannot

Raiden: But Shao Khan. Liu Kang has bested him twice, yet he still-

Elder gods: Shao Khan has not violated the rules of mortal kombat

Raiden: What?! He invades earth realm as we speak!

Elder gods: Invasion not itself transgression. It is the merger of worlds that is proscribed

Raiden: A distinction without a difference! Innocents are dying at the hands of out world!

Elder gods: It is regrettable, but the mortal kombat tournaments are not intended to prevent certain outcomes. They are intended only to maintain balance among the realms

Raiden: Please, you must-

Elder gods: We have spoken

(The elder gods disappear)

Raiden: The last doors are closing. We are nearly trapped

(Raiden and Liu Kang teleport back and see the bodies that litter the ground)

Raiden: By the elder gods!

(Kitana weakly groans)

Liu Kang: Kitana!

Kitana: Liu Kang, you were right. I wish that we had met under different circumstances

(Kitana takes her last breath)

Liu Kang: Kitana... They are dead
